We are seeking a skilled and experienced React Frontend Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will specialize in building modern, scalable, and high-quality web applications for our iGaming platform, contributing to both the maintenance of existing systems and the development of exciting new features.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing interfaces using React.js.
• Build scalable and maintainable components using TypeScript.
• Integrate REST APIs and manage global/local application states (e.g., Redux, Recoil).
• Implement responsive and cross-browser compatible UI designs.
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to maintaining a design system.
• Optimize front-end performance to enhance user experience (UX).
• Improve the frontend development environment and toolchain (Vite/Webpack, CI/CD).
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  
   

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, with a strong understanding of types and interfaces.
• Proven experience integrating REST APIs and a solid understanding of HTTP fundamentals.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Recoil, Zustand, etc.
• Familiarity with modern styling techniques (e.g., CSS-in-JS, Tailwind CSS, Styled-components).
• Experience working in Git-based collaborative environments (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
  
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js.
• A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and component-based architecture.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques in React applications.
• Experience writing test code using frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library (RTL).
• Previous experience building design systems or working with tools like Storybook.
• Basic knowledge of backend development or DevOps practices.

Hiring Process & Timeline

We are tentatively planning to open our new office in Tbilisi in January. Our recruitment process is designed to be efficient and transparent:

• Initial Interviews: We will begin conducting interviews via teleconference as soon as possible.

In-Person Interviews: Strong candidates will be invited to schedule in-person interviews in Tbilisi during the first or second week of December.
 

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer to take on a hybrid role that combines technical leadership with project ownership. You will play a key role in shaping and developing our iGaming platform, driving critical architectural decisions, managing delivery timelines, and guiding the engineering team.

This position is ideal for an experienced developer who enjoys building resilient systems while leading projects from concept to deployment.f

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop core backend services using Laravel
• Lead refactoring efforts and service modernization using Refact-js and TypeScript
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure on-time delivery
• Conduct thorough code reviews and establish engineering best practices
• Maintain and improve Dockerized environments; optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
• Architect, maintain, and scale infrastructure components: Redis Queue, MySQL, Elasticsearch
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests
• Support frontend development when needed using React.js

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial backend development experience
• Strong expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework
• Proficiency with Refact-js and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Practical experience with: MySQL, GitLab, Redis Queue, Elasticsearch
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and make strong technical decisions
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles
• Solid experience with unit testing and test automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to contribute to full-stack efforts with React.js
• Experience building and maintaining scalable, high-load systems
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development practices
