    Daily operations

    • Monitor active workflows to ensure consistent performance and stability.
    • Detect and address incidents promptly; take ownership of raised issues.
    • Perform quality control on AI-generated responses sent through support platforms.

    Implementation

    • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like n8n, prioritizing modularity and reusability.

    What you will do:

    • Own Web2Web acquisition funnels
    • Define and optimize funnel structure, messaging, and user flow to maximize CVR and LTV
    • Partner with UA, Creative, Design, Product, and Engineering teams to launch and iterate funnels
    • Drive checkout optimization
    • Translate product features into high-performing acquisition narratives
    • Define user personas and intent-based segments
    • Lead A/B testing roadmap across landings, pricing, and offers

       

    Key qualifications:

    • 1+ years in Product Marketing, Growth, or Performance-oriented roles
    • Hands-on experience with Web2Web or Web2App acquisition funnels
    • Strong understanding of paid traffic dynamics (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
    • Proven experience improving conversion rates and acquisition efficiency
    • Data-driven mindset with experience reading funnel analytics
    • Experience running A/B tests at scaleStrong cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Ability to prioritize experiments based on impact vs effort

       

    Would be a plus (flexible requirements):

    • Familiarity with Stripe, Paddle, or other web payment platforms
    • Ability to build funnels in no-code tools
