We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join a new R&D direction — an opportunity to become one of the first people shaping the creative production approach from the ground up. The role is focused on creating high-performing video creatives for Meta Ads, experimenting with new formats, leveraging AI tools in production, and helping the team find winning concepts that drive growth.

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join a new R&D direction focused on subscription-based mobile products. The role centers around building strong web and mobile user experiences that improve activation, retention, and monetization. You’ll work on launching and scaling a product from MVP to growth stage, driving product decisions through analytics, experimentation, and direct impact on core business metrics like LTV and retention.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of UA experience focused on Meta for web funnels and mobile apps
• Proven track record of scaling Meta spend profitably – campaign setup, audience strategy, bidding, creative testing
• Strong analytical skills: confident with cohort analysis, LTV / ROAS modeling, payback calculation, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)

In this role, you will be responsible for a product vertical from start to finish, with a strong focus on engagement and retention. Due to the expansion of the company’s headcount, we need a specialist in HR records management and military records management. The role requires a hybrid work format, as it will be necessary to exchange and transfer documentation (all documents are stored in the office).

• Monitor and assign incoming tickets, ensuring proper prioritization

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join a new R&D direction focused on subscription-based mobile products. The role centers around building strong web and mobile user experiences that improve activation, retention, and monetization. You’ll work on launching and scaling a product from MVP to growth stage, driving product decisions through analytics, experimentation, and direct impact on core business metrics like LTV and retention.

• 2+ years of product management experience in B2C mobile and/or web products
