As part of a startup within the holding, we are creating a TOP team and inviting an ambitious and experienced CEO who will lead the project in the LATAM region (with a focus on Argentina).
This is a key role, which involves responsibility for strategic business development, team building and achieving financial results.
Main tasks:
- Defining the project development strategy in the LATAM region
- Business process management: marketing, operations, product, finance
- Formation and development of the project team, coordination of the work of the C-level and departments
- Interaction with investors and shareholders of the holding
- P&L control, budget and financial efficiency planning
- Making key decisions on product and market development
- Representing the company at conferences, forums and industry events
What we expect:
- Experience in a management role (CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, COO, CMO) in iGaming/Gambling/Betting from 3-5 years
- Deep understanding of the LATAM market, preferably Argentina
- Experience with P&L, budgets, strategic planning
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Fluent English, Spanish is desirable
- Results orientation, ability to work in a startup environment

As part of a startup within the holding, we are creating a TOP team and inviting an ambitious and experienced Head of Affiliate, who will be able to create and scale an affiliate program capable of bringing the project to the top.Main tasks:
- Development and launch of an affiliate strategy for the Latam market (with a focus on Argentina)
- Formation and development of a network of partners (affiliates, media buyers, agencies)
- Building a transparent system of KPIs and analytics of affiliate channel efficiency
- Budget management, cost and ROI optimization
- Negotiations, concluding contracts and supporting key partners
- Creating a strong team (selection, motivation and development of affiliate managers)
- Monitoring the market and competitive environment, implementing best practices
What we expect:
- Experience in iGaming / Gambling / Betting as Head of Affiliate or Senior Affiliate Manager (from 3 years)
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and CPA/CPL/RevShare models
- Confident knowledge and understanding of traffic analytics: working with Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar systems
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing traffic sources (SEO, PPC, media buying, social networks, content marketing, push, pop, etc.)

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Retention CRM Manager to take ownership of player lifecycle management and CRM communications. You will develop retention strategies, design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app), and drive personalization and automation that maximize player LTV, reduce churn, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies tailored for online casino players
- Segment player base by key parameters (LTV, deposit frequency, activity, geo, etc.)
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and improve retention funnels and player engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to create personalized offers and promotions.
- Track and optimize KPIs such as Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, Churn Rate, ARPPU, LTV.
- Run A/B tests and implement data-driven improvements.
- Support local marketing activities for LATAM players.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Retention Manager / CRM Manager in iGaming.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Optimove, Smartico, Salesforce, Ometria, Emarsys or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Expertise in customer segmentation and building user journeys.
- Deep understanding of retention and monetization metrics in iGaming.
- English (B2+) is required; Spanish is a strong advantage (especially for LATAM).
- Creativity and ability to generate engaging and relevant content for different audiences.
