As part of a startup within the holding, we are creating a TOP team and inviting an ambitious and experienced Head of Affiliate, who will be able to create and scale an affiliate program capable of bringing the project to the top.Main tasks:
- Development and launch of an affiliate strategy for the Latam market (with a focus on Argentina)
- Formation and development of a network of partners (affiliates, media buyers, agencies)
- Building a transparent system of KPIs and analytics of affiliate channel efficiency
- Budget management, cost and ROI optimization
- Negotiations, concluding contracts and supporting key partners
- Creating a strong team (selection, motivation and development of affiliate managers)
- Monitoring the market and competitive environment, implementing best practices
What we expect:
- Experience in iGaming / Gambling / Betting as Head of Affiliate or Senior Affiliate Manager (from 3 years)
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and CPA/CPL/RevShare models
- Confident knowledge and understanding of traffic analytics: working with Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar systems
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing traffic sources (SEO, PPC, media buying, social networks, content marketing, push, pop, etc.)
- Ability to assess traffic quality, identify fraud and implement anti-fraud tools
- Ability to build partnerships and negotiate at a high level
- Analytical mindset, ability to work with data and make decisions based on metrics
- Fluent English (required), knowledge of Spanish is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies tailored for online casino players

- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and improve retention funnels and player engagement metrics.

- Track and optimize KPIs such as Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, Churn Rate, ARPPU, LTV.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Retention Manager / CRM Manager in iGaming.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Optimove, Smartico, Salesforce, Ometria, Emarsys or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Expertise in customer segmentation and building user journeys.
- Deep understanding of retention and monetization metrics in iGaming.
- English (B2+) is required; Spanish is a strong advantage (especially for LATAM).
