The Enterprise Sales Manager for a cloud provider drives the adoption and revenue growth of the company’s cloud solutions within the enterprise segment, positioning the provider as a strategic partner for large-scale organizations to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategy, identify target markets, and build a pipeline of potential customers.
- Engage with senior executives to understand their cloud solution needs and present tailored offerings, maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Maintain product expertise and conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback for product enhancements.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets for cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and customer onboarding.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contract discussions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
 
Requirements:
 - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional certification is a plus.
 - 3+ years in enterprise sales, focusing on cloud solutions or SaaS products. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
 - Understanding of cloud computing concepts, technologies, and market landscape. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 - Customer-oriented mindset with experience in managing and supporting enterprise customers throughout the sales cycle.
 - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape in cloud solutions.
-  Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

Experience and Skills:
 

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Active Directory, and other core services.
• Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and its ecosystem: Hyper-V Manager, Virtual Machine Manager (VMM), Failover Clustering, SCOM, MOM, etc.
• Familiarity with Azure Stack / Azure Local solutions.
• A strong grasp of virtualization concepts, including designing, deploying, configuring Hyper-V environments, resource allocation, migrations, and high availability.
• Understanding how to optimize Hyper-V resource management for maximum hardware efficiency and performance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and requirements.
• Confidence in deploying, configuring, and managing virtual machines and cloud resources in Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure Site Recovery for VM backup and disaster recovery.
• Experience working with container technologies (Docker) and Kubernetes: deploying, managing, and maintaining containerized workloads.
• Scripting and automation skills: PowerShell, Python, Terraform (others are a plus).
• Ability to write scripts for automating installation, configuration, and operations in both Azure and Hyper-V.
• Understanding of configuration management tools like Ansible for task automation.

 
What You’ll Be Doing:
Cloud & Virtualization Projects:
 

• Develop and implement strategies for migrating workloads to Microsoft Azure.
• Work with Azure services — deployment, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Design and maintain solution architecture using Azure Local and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Configure and optimize Hyper-V networking: virtual networks, VPNs, routing, load balancing.
   

Architecture & Implementation:
 

• Take part in planning and executing projects based on Hyper-V and Azure.
• Define optimal configurations for Hyper-V and Azure environments based on project/business needs.
• Design and implement secure, reliable, and high-performance solutions using Hyper-V and Azure.
   

Automation & Monitoring:
 

• Build and maintain automation for cloud and virtualization environments (PowerShell, Terraform).
• Develop monitoring solutions and ensure service quality for Hyper-V and virtual machines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams.

We are looking for an experienced OpenStack Architect to join our team. 

General requirements:
 

• Knowledge and experience with OpenStack and its components, including Nova, Glance, Cinder, Neutron, Keystone, Horizon, and others.
• Understanding and experience with networking technologies, including virtual networks, VPN, routing, and load balancing. Ability to configure and optimize network resources in OpenStack to ensure high performance and availability.
• Knowledge and experience with data storage technologies, including block, file, and object storage.
• Experience working with OpenStack components such as Cinder and Swift for data storage management. Knowledge and experience with SDS Ceph.
• Knowledge and experience with Red Hat products, such as Red Hat OpenStack Platform and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, including installation, configuration, updating, and support. Ability to troubleshoot issues related to Red Hat products.
• Experience with containers and container orchestrators: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge and experience in programming (Python, Bash, etc.).

Main tasks:
 

• Development and support of the architecture for public and private clouds based on OpenStack.
• Development and implementation of a strategy for deploying and managing public and private clouds on OpenStack.
• Development and implementation of monitoring mechanisms and quality of service management for OpenStack.
• Determination of the optimal configuration for OpenStack, including various services (e.g., Nova, Glance, Cinder, Neutron, Heat, and others).
• Participation in planning, management, and implementation of projects based on OpenStack, Red Hat OpenStack Platform, and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
• Development and implementation of data storage strategies to ensure security, availability, and scalability based on SDS Ceph.
• Development and implementation of automation processes and tasks in OpenStack.
• Development and implementation of strategies for using Red Hat products to ensure security, reliability, and performance of OpenStack.

Наш кандидат має:
• Експертизу в інструментах та методологіях IaC для проєктування, розробки та впровадження автоматизованих рішень для хмарних та локальних середовищ. 
• Практичний досвід розробки та впровадження рішень для автоматизації інфраструктури (не AWS/Azure/GCP). 
• Досвід роботи з REST API та розуміння його принципів.

Наш кандидат має: 

• Досвід роботи з віртуалізацією vmware / microsoft / xen
• Знання основ роботи з апаратними СЗД, досвід налаштування СЗД для розподілених навантажень
• Досвід участі в проектах з побудови мережевої архітектури, топології на L2 / L3;
• Знання мережевої моделі OSI і розуміння SDN
• Знання та досвід роботи з продуктами VMware: ESXi, vCentre Server, NSX, VSAN, SRM
• Знання англійської мови на рівні, достатньому для читання професійних текстів

• Участь в проектах міграції, модернізації та аудиту інфраструктури потенційних і існуючих клієнтів;
• Моніторинг профілю використання ресурсів VMware і управління ресурсами хмарних майданчиків;
• Планування і проведення заходів, спрямованих на збільшення ефективності і продуктивності системи;
• Підтримка клієнтів компанії — виконання технічних запитів рівня L2, консультування з питань роботи сервісів компанії.
