We're looking for a Sales Manager — SaaS / SMB, Ukraine & Europe to join the Getpin team!

Getpin is a SaaS platform that helps businesses grow sales by automating customer communication and managing their business information online. We also build Getpin AI — an AI marketing assistant that keeps a business's Google, Apple, and Bing listings up to date, publishes posts, and manages reviews without manual input from the business owner.

We have operated for 6 years in Ukraine, Europe, and the US, and have worked with more than 50,000 client locations, including Kyivstar, EVA, Brocard, Dobrobut, lifecell, PUMB, Fora, Podorozhnyk, Rozetka, MHP, and hundreds of other companies.

Getpin is an official partner of Google, Apple, and Microsoft for their mapping services, and integrates with Facebook and Instagram to give clients centralized management of their communication and reputation.

Role goal:

Sell our SaaS product to small and medium businesses in Ukraine and European countries — from first contact through payment and further client growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound leads.
• Conducting discovery calls, presenting, and selling the SaaS product.
• Identifying client business needs and shaping a relevant proposal.
• Guiding the client through the full sales funnel: Lead → Qualified → Demo → Proposal → Won.
• Negotiating price and terms.
• Preparing commercial proposals.
• Handling objections and closing deals.
• Following up with potential clients and working with "warm" leads.
• Maintaining the CRM and keeping the sales pipeline up to date.
• Gathering market feedback and passing it on to the product/marketing team.
• Testing new sales scripts, offers, and sales channels.
• Working with clients from Ukraine and English-speaking clients from Europe.

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / IT sales or digital product sales.
• Experience independently closing deals.
• Understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
• Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections.
• Discipline in working with CRM and pipeline.
• Ukrainian — fluent.
• English — B2+, C1 preferred.
• One of the EU country languages B1-B2 — is a plus
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Willingness to work with international markets and different sales cultures.

Role goal:

Build a predictable B2B pipeline generation system through LinkedIn, email, and automated outbound for small, medium, and large businesses in Ukraine and Europe.

This role owns the full outbound process end to end — from ICP and prospect database research to launching, automating, and optimizing outreach sequences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Building ICPs for different segments: SMB / Mid-market / Enterprise.
• Researching potential clients and companies.
• Building and segmenting B2B databases.
• Identifying decision makers: Founder, CEO, COO, CMO, Head of Marketing, Marketing Managers, and other relevant roles.
• Collecting and enriching contact data.
• Validating email databases.
• Maintaining the accuracy of the lead database.

Email Outreach

• Creating outbound email campaigns.
• Writing and testing cold email sequences.
• Personalizing messages for ICPs and specific segments.
• Building multi-step sequences.
• A/B testing subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and timing.
• Analyzing open/reply/positive reply/booked meeting rates.
• Continuously optimizing sequences.

LinkedIn Outreach

• Building LinkedIn prospecting strategy.
• Researching and segmenting potential clients.
• Automating LinkedIn sequences within allowed tools.
• Testing connection messages, follow-ups, and different messaging angles.
• Synchronizing LinkedIn and email outreach.

Automation

• Building automated lead generation workflows (Nethunt, Reply, etc.).
• Setting up integrations between CRM, email, LinkedIn, and enrichment tools.
• Automating the transfer of qualified leads to CRM / sales team.
• Building lead scoring and segmentation.
• Monitoring deliverability and email reputation.
• Automating repetitive sales operations.

Who We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation / SDR / outbound / sales automation.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and cold email outreach.
• Understanding of ICP, buyer personas, and segmentation.
• Ability to independently build lead lists.
• Understanding of cold email copywriting principles.
• Experience working with automation tools.
• Ability to work with large datasets.
• Analytical thinking and a metrics-driven mindset.
• English — B2+.
• Ukrainian — fluent.
• Systematic approach, attention to detail, and an experimental mindset.
