In this role, you will be responsible for product growth using paid marketing in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
 

About the role

Findies is scaling through multiple product angles — each with its own audience. Creative output is the single biggest lever on growth and today the single biggest bottleneck.

We are hiring a Head of Creative Marketing to own the creative function across all angles: set creative strategy, build production processes, develop our team of junior/mid Creative Producers, and personally drive the thinking that unlocks winning ads on Meta, TikTok, and beyond.

This is not a production role and not a brand role. This is a performance creative leadership role: your success is measured by ad win rates and scaling paid spend, not by portfolio aesthetics.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Own creative strategy across all Findies product angles — triggers, hooks, formats, narratives, visual language — and drive the creative roadmap.
• Build scalable, documented creative production processes from brief to launch (ideation → production → QA → testing → iteration).
• Personally drive creative thinking on priority angles — you are the most senior creative thinker in the company, and you set the standard.
• Hire, onboard, and develop junior/mid Creative Producers and Motion Designers; raise the bar of the creative team.
• Partner closely with the Marketing team to translate paid performance signals into testable creative hypotheses.
• Conduct competitor and trend research; distill insights into prioritized creative bets.
• Own and evolve Findies’ internal AI-powered creative pipeline to compress time-to-creative.
• Set and enforce clear quality and performance standards for all creatives shipped by Findies.
   

What you’ll need

• 2+ years as Creative Marketing Lead / Head of Creative / Creative Strategist in subscription or high-velocity B2C apps.
• Direct ownership of ad performance metrics — you think in win rates, CPI, hold rates, and thumbstop rates.
• Proven track record of creatives scaled to ≥5% Meta win rate, with specific numbers you can cite.
• Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring creative teams of 2+ people.
• Hands-on mastery of paid social creative (hooks, pacing, UGC, vertical video, AI-generated formats).
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, CapCut AI) and documented workflows.
• Data-driven approach — you argue in metrics, not in taste.
• Leadership: ability to set vision, build process, raise standards, develop people.
• Comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — you ship and iterate rather than wait for briefs.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

About the role

We are building an AI-native company where core business processes — product development, content production, and growth — are executed by systems of AI agents.

As an AI Product Engineer, you will work on real product features, using AI tools and systems to move faster and build smarter solutions.
 

What you'll be doing

• Build and ship product features end-to-end using AI-assisted development (Claude Code, AI-agents, skills in Claude Code, etc.)
• Integrate AI capabilities into the product (e.g., generation, automation, decision logic, internal tools).
• Work with APIs, services, and data to create scalable and reliable functionality.
• Continuously improve development speed and quality using AI tools, automations, etc.
   

What you'll need

• Strong engineering background (3-6 years as a Backend or Full-stack engineer).
• Experience building real products or systems with high ownership.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI tools in practical use cases (not only theoretical knowledge).
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end workflows, including defining inputs, outputs, and system logic.
• Experience integrating multiple external services and APIs (e.g., Notion, analytics tools, CRM, CI/CD).
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills — ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments without fully defined requirements.
• Ability to quickly prototype and iterate on solutions, balancing speed and quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.

Твої основні виклики:

• Масштабування на ринок США: запуск, аналіз та оптимізація рекламних кампаній (Meta, Google, TikTok) для забезпечення сталого зростання активних користувачів
• Growth-hacking: безперервний пошук нових точок росту через тестування маркетингових гіпотез, рекламних сетапів та нестандартних UA-воронок
• Стратегічне планування: формування UA та монетизаційної стратегії на квартал/рік, прогнозування результатів для C-level
• Deep Analytics: проведення глибокого аналізу (cohort tracking, advanced LTV modelling) та прийняття рішень на основі даних у ситуаціях неповної інформації
• Контроль KPI: утримання цільових показників (CPA ≤ таргету, ROAS ≥ цільового рівня) при агресивному масштабуванні бюджетів
• Колаборація та менторинг: тісна співпраця з Creative та Product командами для покращення конверсій та розвиток Junior-спеціалістів


Що ми очікуємо від тебе:

• Досвід: від 2 років у performance-маркетингу
• Аналітичний стек: впевнене володіння Mixpanel, Amplitude або PostHog; професійна робота з Excel/Google Sheets
• Data-driven підхід: вміння працювати з Big Data, будувати прогнози та приймати рішення 
• Soft Skills: лідерські якості, ініціативність та "ownership mentality" — ти відчуваєш особисту відповідальність за успіх проєкту
• Креативність: вміння знаходити нестандартні шляхи залучення аудиторії (growth-hacking)
• Англійська: рівень Upper-Intermediate та вище
