About the role

Hi, we’re the Findies team, and we’re hiring our first dedicated Email Marketing Manager.

You’ll own email end-to-end: picking and implementing the ESP, setting up deliverability foundations, and launching the lifecycle flows that turn one-time subscribers into retained, recurring revenue.

Reality check

This is a from-the-ground-up role in the truest sense — there is no existing playbook to inherit, no legacy flows to ’optimize,’ no team to lean on. You’ll be selecting the ESP, wiring up SPF/DKIM/DMARC yourself, and deciding what the first welcome email even looks like. If you want a channel that’s already humming and just needs incremental tweaks, this isn’t that. But if you want to build a revenue channel from a blank page and see your name on every flow that exists a year from now, this is exactly that.

Your mission

• Select, implement, and own the ESP — including integration with product/subscription data and deliverability setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
• Design and launch the foundational lifecycle flows: welcome/onboarding, Day 0–3 retention (cancel-prevention), cancellation/win-back, and transactional emails.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and segmentation, and turn results into action.
• Build reporting that ties email directly to revenue: open rate, CTR, S1—S2 rebill rate, and % of total subscription revenue.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and design to turn user behavior and cohort data into targeted campaigns.

What makes you the perfect fit

• 2+ years of hands-on email/CRM/retention marketing experience: you’ve built a channel from scratch before, not just maintained one.
• Practical ESP experience, including technical setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, deliverability basics).
• Strong grasp of A/B testing methodology and how to turn results into decisions.
• Comfort with analytics tools (Amplitude/Mixpanel or similar) — you can read cohort and funnel data and know what to do with it.
• Ownership mindset: you spot the bottleneck and go fix it, you don’t wait for a brief.
• Language: Ukrainian, Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher.

About the role

Hi, we’re the Findies team, looking for our first dedicated Product QA Engineer. Right now, our dev team uses AI to move incredibly fast, but quality still lives in everyone’s head and gets caught only in the final checks before a release. Your job is to change that. You will own quality across our entire product infrastructure: two mobile apps (iOS & Android) and our web platform.

This is not a typical ’run the checklist’ role. We are looking for a product-minded QA who will build our testing strategy from scratch, align quality with engineering workflows, and directly influence whether we are ready to ship to our users.

Reality Check

We are a fast-moving team transforming how people shop, using non-linear AI experts. This means there are no legacy QA processes or pre-written test plans here yet. You will face constant ambiguity and will need to establish best practices entirely on your own. If you prefer rigid corporate structures and ready-made documentation, this role will likely feel overwhelming. But if you want total ownership and the chance to build a QA ecosystem from zero, you’ll love it here.

Your Mission

• Build the QA foundation from scratch: establish risk maps, design clear test cases, maintain a regression suite, and set up test environments/accounts for our web and mobile applications.
• Embed QA into the SDLC: join features at the requirements stage, define acceptance criteria alongside product and engineering, and implement structured bug triage and release checklists.
• Own critical user flows: validate core customer experiences, including non-linear AI chat interactions, personalized shopping expert recommendations, product search, and database responses.
• Leverage AI tools natively: actively use AI in your daily routine to optimize test coverage, analyze logs, streamline reporting, and keep pace with our development team’s high-speed deployment cycle.
• Drive metrics and monitoring: track and report on crash-free rates, app store performance, support tickets, and API behavior to help prioritize what the engineering team fixes next.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit

• 3+ years of experience in QA roles testing both mobile products (iOS/Android) and web applications.
• Proven track record of building QA infrastructure from scratch, rather than just maintaining an existing framework.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture and hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman/Swagger, or Fiddler).
• Solid technical toolkit: comfort analyzing database behaviors (SQL), navigating backend structures, and reviewing logs/crash reports.
• An exceptional eye for detail and product taste: you care deeply about smooth animations, intuitive UI layout (Figma proficiency is a big plus), and the overall consumer feel of a product.
• Extreme autonomy: high ownership and the ability to execute without requiring a manager to hand you a predefined test plan.
• Language: Ukrainian, Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher.

• Own the Engine: audit, validate, and rebuild the Google Ads strategy (search-first, global markets) from scratch.
• Aggressive Scaling: push the current $100k/mo foundation to a profitable $1M+/mo, tearing down any setups that break.
• CEO Collaboration: work directly with the CEO on budget forecasting, growth planning, and P&L strategy.
• Data-Driven Growth: deep-dive into funnel data to optimize the entire user journey from impression to conversion.
