Our current main focus is Art-Gen, our flagship product, an AI-powered image and video generator that helps users easily create high-quality visual content.

As we continue to scale a product that is already profitable, we’re looking for a Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager to own and grow our paid social acquisition channel.


Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns with a strong focus on CPA,ROAS
• Run continuous A/B tests (creatives, audiences, placements and etc.) and develop growth hypotheses
• Analyze marketing and product metrics such as LTV, ARPPU, ARPU, churn, and retention
• Manage and scale budgets across Tier 1 GEOs
• Work closely with the creative team to brief, test, and scale winning creatives
• Participating in the development of a marketing strategy together with the team
• Researching and launching new traffic channels (TikTok, Applovin and etc)
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Proven experience managing $500k+ monthly budgets per product
• Mandatory experience with subscription-based B2C products (minimum 2 years)
• Strong performance mindset with a clear focus on CPA, and ROAS
• Experience scaling paid social campaigns in Tier 1 markets
• Solid understanding of key metrics: CPA, ROAS, ARPPU, LTV, churn
• Confident use of analytics and reporting tools (GA, Looker Studio, GTM, Sheets)
• Self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and result-driven thinking

We’re hiring a senior engineer to help improve the reliability, scalability, and overall engineering quality of Art-Gen AI — our product for AI image and AI video generation.

art-gen.ai is a platform that lets users create images and videos with different AI models, with dozens of ready-to-use presets designed to make the experience faster, easier, and more intuitive.
 

This role starts with analytics and tracking, but it goes far beyond that. We need someone who can go deep into the code, fix fragile areas, improve engineering quality, and help a small team build with more confidence.
 

This is a hands-on role with real ownership across product, architecture, reliability, and development practices.
 

What you’ll own

• Audit and rebuild analytics and event tracking
• Improve accuracy across GA4, Mixpanel, Facebook CAPI, and BigQuery
• Find and fix weak points that create bugs, unreliable tracking, or marketing risk
• Review and improve the current architecture and codebase
• Ship product features hands-on
• Introduce stronger engineering discipline across code review, testing, release flow, and team workflows
• Help the team make better technical decisions and execute with more confidence
• Support and mentor less experienced teammates through reviews, collaboration, and day-to-day technical guidance
