    We’re Gaxos Labs — a fast-growing company building B2C AI tools (Utilities, Entertainment, Creativity). Our products include UnGPT.ai (AI text humanizer for creators) and Art-Gen.ai (AI image generator).
     

    We’re looking for a Product Analyst with subscription-product experience — someone who knows how to build analytics from the ground up and turn user data into clear business decisions.

     

    What you’ll do

    • Build and maintain analytics architecture: events, dashboards, funnels, cohorts, and attribution systems.
    • Create dashboards from scratch (Mixpanel / Amplitude, Tableau) and ensure they stay accurate and usable.
    • Analyze subscription metrics: LTV, CAC, churn, retention, payback, ARPU, cohort behavior.
    • Automate recurring analytics, pipelines, and reporting processes.
    • Set up and evaluate A/B tests end-to-end.
    • Work closely with product & marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and uncover bottlenecks.
       

    What we expect

    • Experience working with subscription-based products (a big plus).
    • Hands-on experience building analytics systems — not just using prebuilt dashboards.
    • Strong grasp of product & marketing analytics (LTV/CAC, attribution, funnels).
    • 2+ years in product analytics.
    • Solid SQL skills (1+ year practicing).
    • Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude, plus Tableau or similar BI tools.
    • Ability to clearly communicate insights and push data-driven decisions.

    Who we’re looking for

    We need a Vibe Coder - someone who builds 80–90% of their work using AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and loves rapid prototyping, experimenting, and thinking in systems.
     

    But the real spotlight is here:
     

    You must have strong UX/UI skills.

    Not “I understand design” - but actual, provable experience creating interfaces, designing flows, and shaping user experiences.
    We’ll need proof: Figma files, screenshots, case studies, anything that shows you’ve really built UI.
     

    What you’ll do

    • Design, shape, and refine digital flows and interfaces with the team.
    • Use AI tools to build prototypes, automation scripts, and workflows.
    • Help document architecture, logic, and integration patterns.
    • Jump into small coding tasks when needed (JS/TS, frontend or backend).
       

    What you should know

    • How modern web services fit together (client–server, APIs, databases).
    • Basic development flow: Git, testing, deployment.
    • Confident use of AI-assisted dev tools.
    • Ability to read/write simple JavaScript or TypeScript.
    • Clear communication and structured thinking.
    • Up to 1 year of experience is totally fine — we care more about curiosity and clarity.

    We’re Gaxos Labs — a fast-growing team building B2C AI products. Now we’re looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who can create, adapt, and test high-performance ad creatives for Facebook Ads.

    What you’ll do

    • Set tasks for designers to create and adapt static creatives for Facebook Ads (including competitor-based iterations).
    • Analyze competitor ads, spot patterns, and quickly turn insights into ready-to-test creatives.
    • Generate new concepts, angles, and hooks for performance campaigns.
    • Work closely with the UA team to test creatives, evaluate results, and scale winning ideas.
    • Produce simple edits and variations yourself (static assets are a must; light video edits are a plus).
    • Use AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) and Figma to speed up creative production.

     

    What we expect

    • Experience creating performance creatives for Facebook Ads (mobile apps or digital products are a big plus).
    • Ability to produce static ads fully by yourself (Figma or similar tools).
    • Understanding of performance marketing basics: CTR, CPA, hooks, angles, competitive advantage.
    • Experience with creative research, competitive analysis, and market trend scouting.
    • Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Bonus: light video editing skills (CapCut or similar).
    • Bonus: familiarity with AI tools for creative generation.

     

    Nice to have

    • Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or other paid channels.
    • Understanding of how to adapt creatives for different audiences.
    • Interest in consumer psychology and messaging.
