We are looking for an organized and proactive Travel Manager who will take full ownership of business travel operations across the company. This role is being introduced as part of the expansion of our Commercial Department and will become the central point of coordination for all employee and management travel worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize end-to-end business trips for employees, managers, and external partners, including flights, hotels, transfers, visas, insurance, and travel allowances.
• Coordinate and maintain travel calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and avoiding conflicts.
• Research and propose optimal travel solutions balancing comfort, timing, and cost-efficiency.
• Manage booking processes and coordinate approvals with stakeholders before finalizing arrangements.
• Monitor travel expenses and ensure compliance with company budgets and travel policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and service providers.
• Prepare and manage travel-related documentation, confirmations, insurance policies, and expense information.
• Support employees during travel disruptions, cancellations, delays, and emergency situations.
• Continuously optimize travel processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for management and support high-priority business trips.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Travel Management, Travel Coordination, Operations, Executive Support, Business Support, or a similar role.
• Proven experience organizing multiple business trips simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating travel for external stakeholders, partners, or clients.
• Strong understanding of travel logistics, booking processes, and international travel requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under time pressure.
• Experience managing travel budgets and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of ownership and responsibility.
• English level B2+ (written communication is especially important).

• Manage and grow Gamzix’s LinkedIn presence by planning, creating, publishing, and analyzing content performance
• Build and maintain relationships with industry media, coordinating interviews, articles, and PR opportunities
• Support game release communications through LinkedIn, media publications, and review platforms
• Drive executive branding initiatives by developing content plans and increasing the visibility of company leaders
• Track industry awards, prepare nominations, and promote achievements across PR and social channels
• Support communication activities around conferences and events, creating content and coordinating media interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of communication materials and consistent brand messaging

We are looking for a talented Sound Designer & Composer who will help us create immersive audio experiences, bring our games to life through music and sound, and contribute to the overall player experience.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Create music and sound effects for slot game projects
• Produce, mix, optimize, and prepare audio assets for implementation
• Collaborate closely with Audio, Game Design, Animation, Art, and Development teams
• Plan, estimate, and manage your own tasks effectively
• Analyze existing audio solutions and continuously improve sound quality across projects
• Contribute to the creation of engaging and memorable game audio experiences
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a Sound Designer, Audio Producer, Composer, or in a similar role
• Experience creating high-quality sound effects and music for games, digital products, or entertainment projects
• Strong understanding of sound design principles, audio production workflows, and music composition
• Proficiency with one or more DAWs (Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, FL Studio, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with audio editing, mixing, mastering, and file optimization
• Ability to create and adapt audio assets that support gameplay, product vision, and user experience
• Knowledge of one or more of the following areas:
  • SFX creation
  • Foley production
  • Soundscapes and ambient audio
