    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the full game development process, from ideation to release.
    • Contribute creative ideas for game mechanics, themes, and innovative elements to boost player engagement in collaboration with the CPO and other Game Producers.
    • Develop Game Design Documents that include comprehensive descriptions of all relevant features.
    • Ensure all Game Design Documentation remains current and accurate.
    • Coordinate production efforts, ensuring smooth collaboration between art, sound, math, and development teams.
    • Collaborate with mathematicians to fine-tune game balance and mechanics.
    • Run playtests, evaluate feedback, and refine gameplay to enhance the user experience.
    • Analyze post-launch data to uncover opportunities for optimization and inform decision-making.
    • Monitor risks, track project milestones, and adjust priorities to keep development on track.

    Requirements

    • 3 years of iGaming experience in Product departments (positions: Mathematician, Game Producer, QA, BE Developers)
    • Awareness of slot game mechanics, player psychology, and market trends.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage development pipelines and produce detailed documentation, such as GDDs.
    • Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, with strong written and spoken English proficiency.
    • Project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
    • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
    • Enthusiasm for games and a focus on delivering player-driven experiences.
    • Skilled in using tools like Jira, Confluence and Figma

    Be a part of a team where you will:

    • Take full ownership of client accounts, acting as the main contact and ensuring satisfaction and performance
    • Manage promotions and campaigns, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports
    • Communicate with clients (email, Skype, Telegram), addressing their needs and providing timely solutions
    • Use market research and competitor insights to shape client-focused offers and solutions
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Jira) and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

       

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of proven experience in account management, ideally in iGaming or Tech, with strong client-facing skills
    • Solid understanding of account goals, revenue targets, and gaming KPIs
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Jira), Excel, and reporting tools
    • Excellent communication, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving abilities
    • At least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency

    Nice to have:

    • Develop and implement a system of metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities, working within the OKR framework

    Responsibilities

    • Administer and optimize Jira Software, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools
    • Create and maintain custom dashboards, workflows, filters, and automations
    • Support PMO and engineering teams in tracking delivery metrics and reporting
    • Integrate Jira with other tools (e.g., Slack, Bitbucket, GitHub, Teams)
