Be a part of a team where you will:

• Supervise and Support the Team: Lead a segment of the AM team as first contact for support and escalations; onboard, coach, and develop members; monitor performance and provide feedback
• Align with the Head of AM: Sync on goals, KPIs, and plans; share insights, blockers, and team needs; ensure clear communication between leadership and team
• Oversee Client Relationships: Manage key accounts for retention and growth; support team with strategy and escalations; handle critical client interactions when needed
• Drive Revenue and Growth: Help identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities; support revenue and margin targets
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Check invoicing accuracy and follow up on overdue payments; enforce internal processes and systems

• Track and Report on Performance: Monitor KPIs and team metrics; recommend improvements to the Head of AM

   

Requirements:

• 3+ years in iGaming Account Management (game provider preferred)
• Proven track record in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth
• At least one year of team leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strategic mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Solid understanding of key account metrics (e.g., GGR, TB)
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Jira), account management tools, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with financial data
• Fluent in Ukrainian; at least Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or Coordinator in game development (preferably in slots or other gambling products).
• Understanding of slot game production pipelines.

• Coordinate end-to-end slot game production from concept to release.

Responsibilities
Risk Management:
 

• Monitor client activity to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of existing risk logic and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and address identified risk cases.

Level 2 Support:
 

• Investigate and resolve issues related to the operation of gaming products.

Requirements
 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Technical Sciences, or a related field.
• Prior experience in risk management, technical support, or customer support is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Payroll calculation and payment for employees (both PEs and full-time staff).
• Full accounting and tax support of Ukrainian LLCs, including Diia City residents:
  calculation and forecasting of taxes,
  preparation and submission of reports and declarations (including combined reports, balance sheet, tax returns),
  payment of taxes and salaries,
  communication with tax authorities, statistics office, Pension Fund, and banks,
  preparation of documents and support during annual external audit.
• Maintenance of PEs (3rd group, 5%):
  submission of quarterly tax declarations,
  maintenance of electronic income books,
  monitoring of income limits.
• Execution of banking payments (Ukrainian and foreign banks).
• Assistance with registration/closure of PEs, liquidation reporting, and opening bank accounts in Ukraine.

Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of accounting experience (PEs and LLCs).
• Location - Kyiv is a must
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation, accounting standards, and labor law.
• Experience working with non-resident banks (Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, etc.) will be an advantage.
• English proficiency at A2–B1 level 
• Confident user of: Electronic Taxpayer Account,BAS accounting software,Google Workspace,MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full game development process, from ideation to release.
• Contribute creative ideas for game mechanics, themes, and innovative elements to boost player engagement in collaboration with the CPO and other Game Producers.
• Develop Game Design Documents that include comprehensive descriptions of all relevant features.
• Ensure all Game Design Documentation remains current and accurate.
• Coordinate production efforts, ensuring smooth collaboration between art, sound, math, and development teams.
• Collaborate with mathematicians to fine-tune game balance and mechanics.
• Run playtests, evaluate feedback, and refine gameplay to enhance the user experience.
• Analyze post-launch data to uncover opportunities for optimization and inform decision-making.
• Monitor risks, track project milestones, and adjust priorities to keep development on track.

Requirements

• 3 years of iGaming experience in Product departments (positions: Mathematician, Game Producer, QA, BE Developers)
• Awareness of slot game mechanics, player psychology, and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to manage development pipelines and produce detailed documentation, such as GDDs.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, with strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Enthusiasm for games and a focus on delivering player-driven experiences.
• Skilled in using tools like Jira, Confluence and Figma
