    Responsibilities
     

    Studio & team building

    • Build the slot game studio from scratch and manage its growth

    • Build studio-level development and release processes from scratch

    • 3+ years of experience in a Head of Studio / Head of Game Development role within slot game development

    • Assist in managing relationships with aggregators, platforms, and major operators: сommunicate with partners on a daily basis, acting as their first point of contact 
    • Provide commercial and contract support:
      • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of distribution agreements, NDAs, and amendments
      • Track contract timelines, renewals, and compliance requirements
      • Collect and organize partner documentation
      • Working with CRM (create and maintain customer info)
    • Prepare and deliver performance reports for senior partnership managers
