Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
Write clean, testable code following SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices
Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and technical debt (e.g., refactoring legacy code, improving database queries)
Provide insights and recommendations on architectural improvements, tools, and processes
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system inefficiencies to ensure robust and maintainable solutions
Requirements:
2+ years of software development experience
Proficiency with JavaScript libraries (jQuery, React)
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and OOP principles
Experience with MySQL/MariaDB
Proficiency in Git/GitHub
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and task management tools (Jira, Trello)
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
