We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and multi-channel outreach across US, European, and Asian markets. You will be the tip of the spear for Cargofy sales engine.

Why This Role Exists Now

Our product sells itself in demos — conversion is strong. But we need dedicated pipeline generation to match the scale of the opportunity. You will find, engage, and qualify prospects so the sales team can focus on closing deals.

What You Will Do

• Outbound prospecting — research and build targeted prospect lists (carriers, shippers, 3PLs, freight brokers), execute multi-channel outreach: cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, run 80-120+ touchpoints per day
• Inbound lead response — respond to all inbound leads (demo requests, content downloads, event signups) within 5 minutes, ensure no lead goes cold
• Lead qualification — qualify leads using Discovery framework (BANT/MEDDIC), conduct initial discovery calls to understand pain points, workflows, and buying process
• Pipeline development — maintain CRM hygiene in Odoo CRM: every activity logged, every deal staged, build and maintain 30+ qualified opportunities per month
• SQL handoff — route qualified leads to AEs or Head of Sales with clear context: pain points, timeline, budget, decision-makers
• Market intelligence — document objections, competitor mentions, and market patterns, feed Product and Marketing with field intelligence, refine ICP and messaging

Who You Are

• 1-3 years in B2B SaaS sales, SDR, BDR, or lead generation
• Strong cold outreach skills: email, LinkedIn, phone
• Excellent written and spoken English (international prospects)
• Persistent, organized, and metrics-driven — you live in dashboards
• Comfortable with CRM tools (Odoo CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Coachable and hungry to learn — this is a launchpad role into sales leadership

• Logistics, freight, or supply chain industry knowledge is a bonus

We need a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with our largest customers — deploying, customizing, and scaling Cargofy AI platform inside their operations. You are the technical bridge between our product and the real world of freight logistics.

Our enterprise customers operate complex logistics workflows with unique integrations, data flows, and business rules. They need a hands-on technical partner who can make Cargofy indispensable inside their operations — fast. You will be that partner.

What You Will Do

• Deploy and configure Cargofy for enterprise customers — remotely or on-site at their operations centers
• Build custom integrations with customer systems: ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Odoo), TMS platforms (MercuryGate, TMW, McLeod), ELD providers, and load boards
• Translate complex logistics workflows into platform configurations, automations, and AI agent setups
• Debug production issues in real-time — when a carrier dispatch system goes down at 2am, you ensure Cargofy keeps their freight moving
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to feed real customer needs back into the roadmap
• Build reusable tooling, scripts, and deployment playbooks to accelerate future customer launches

• Own technical relationship with key accounts — you are their trusted engineer

   

Who You Are

• 3-7+ years as a software engineer, solutions engineer, or technical consultant
• Strong in at least one of: PHP/Laravel, Python, Node.js, or Vue.js
• Comfortable with APIs, databases, webhooks, and system integrations
• Experience with ERP or logistics systems (Odoo, SAP, TMS platforms) is a strong plus
• Excellent communicator — you can talk to both senior engineers and logistics operators on a warehouse floor
• Thrive in ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and high-stakes customer situations

• Willing to travel occasionally for key customer deployments

We need a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale experience for our international English-speaking clients — ensuring they onboard fast, adopt AI agents fully, and expand their usage over time.

What You Will Own

• Onboarding — platform setup, configuration, training sessions, and first-value delivery using Cargofy web platform and Odoo CRM for account tracking
• Ongoing success — regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, health score monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation
• Product adoption — drive usage of AI agents (load matching, rate negotiation, automated dispatching) and new platform features
• Expansion — identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, partner with Sales on renewals and plan upgrades
• Voice of customer — structured feedback loops to Product team, feature requests prioritization, bug escalation

Who You Are

• 2-5 years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
• Fluent English — hard requirement (all client communication is in English)
• Technical comfort: APIs, integrations, platform configuration
• Data-driven — comfortable with health scores, usage metrics, and retention analytics
• Logistics or supply chain experience is a significant plus
