For our client, we are looking for Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

iGaming | Pre-launch Project

About the Project

We are building a new iGaming business, starting with an online casino and developing toward betting expansion and a multi-brand model.

The project is backed by a private investor, with a three-year strategy and financial model already in place. Ukraine is the primary target market, while selected European markets will be evaluated for further expansion.

The launch is planned on a third-party platform. A CTO, Head of Legal, CMO and marketing team are already in place.

We are looking for an experienced CEO to lead the business from pre-launch through growth, build the management structure and take ownership of commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and execute the company’s three-year business strategy.
• Translate the strategy and financial model into priorities, budgets, milestones and measurable targets.
• Own business performance, including revenue growth, profitability and progress toward investment return.
• Build and lead the management team, establishing clear responsibilities and accountability.
• Align product, marketing, operations, technology and legal functions around business objectives.
• Oversee launch readiness together with the CTO, COO and functional leaders.
• Evaluate market performance and define priorities for expansion.
• Lead the development of betting and the future multi-brand strategy.

• Work directly with the investor, providing clear reporting on results, risks and investment needs.

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience within an iGaming operator.
• Demonstrated success in launching, building or scaling an online casino business.
• Strong understanding of operator economics, P&L management and the relationship between acquisition, retention, payments and profitability.
• Experience building teams and management processes.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution at the pre-launch stage.
• Commercial judgment supported by data and financial analysis.
• Independence in decision-making and clear accountability for results.

• Verifiable examples of business outcomes and your personal contribution to them.

A product or operational leadership background is particularly relevant. Candidates whose experience is primarily in affiliate acquisition should demonstrate broader ownership of an operator’s business and financial performance.

What We Offer

• The opportunity to build a business from the pre-launch stage.
• Direct collaboration with the investor and influence over key business decisions.
• An established strategic direction and an existing core leadership team.
• Fixed compensation discussed individually.
• A potential equity opportunity through an option arrangement linked to investment return, subject to agreed terms.
