Senior Network Engineer

Role Description:

Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Develop and implement complex networking solutions.
• Design and manage data center networks.
• Install, configure, and optimize servers.
• Provide Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Internal Infrastructure maintenance.
• Server Configuration management.
• Perform advanced network troubleshooting.
• Analyze packet captures.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and support teams.
• Provide Tier-2 client support.
• Implement and manage network monitoring.
• Utilize log analysis and visualization tools.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts.
• DataCenter hands on experience and Backup Tape management.
• Work with Virtual Machines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in configuring Fortigate and Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• Candidates holding a CCNP or expert-level certification are highly preferred; however, those with equivalent hands-on networking experience will also be strongly considered.
• Understand TCP/IP (TCP and UDP) protocol top-to-bottom, including troubleshooting traffic.
• Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP), ACLs, and NAT.
• Experience designing and managing high-availability data center networks with stringent SLAs.
• Experience with Arista, Cisco, Juniper, Dell Force10 network hardware.
• Expert-level proficiency in Linux (Red Hat, CentOS/Alma) and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with server configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible).
• Experience with Internal Infrastructure maintenance (IPMI, BMC, iDRAC, ILO).
• Advanced network troubleshooting skills, including packet capture analysis (PCAP) with tools like tcpdump and Wireshark.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to provide Tier-2 client support.
• Experience implementing and managing network monitoring solutions using open-source tools (Nagios, Centreon, SNMP, Sflow).
• Proficiency in using the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (BASH, Python, Perl).
• Data Center hands-on experience and Backup Tape management.
• Experience working with Virtual Machines.

Senior C++ (Linux) Developer

Ukraine, remote

What you will do:

· Leading a module/subject

· Giving a hand with emergencies in other modules (i.e. you will be familiar with the entire system)

· Going full cycle, from spec through design and coding to unit tests

What you will need:

· -5-6 years+ of development experience, mainly C/C++

· Extensive Knowledge in Linux environment.

· Strong Multi threading background

· Intermediate English+

· Experience with large-scale systems (not small applications)

Advantage:

· Experienced in High performance or High load software systems, code optimization and latency measurement.  

· Experience in the financial industry and algorithms

· Exposure to a wide range of systems, software and libraries.

Fluent Trade technologies  is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful onboarding and adoption of our Solution by our valued clients. You will provide technical and functional assistance, guiding clients through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Experience or a strong understanding of foreign exchange (FX) markets and processes is a significant plus.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the implementation phase.
• Guide clients through the software setup, configuration, and integration processes.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance related to the implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the Development and QA teams to ensure a seamless client handover and to escalate complex issues.
• Document the implementation process, including configurations, customizations, and client-specific requirements.
• Track implementation progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of implementation best practices and documentation.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide specialized support and guidance to clients implementing the FX-related features of our software.
•  Assist in the configuration and troubleshooting of the system 

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, including log analysis, regular expressions, and process management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the implementation of big and complex projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent speaking English skills.
• Experience in writing Project management documentation in English.
• Proven experience in working with customers within US/EU business hours.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.

Will be a Plus:

• Strong understanding of forex and software development methodologies
