About Flexifai
Flexifai is a Payment Service Provider specializing in payment processing solutions for the iGaming industry. We work with a global network of acquiring banks, electronic money institutions, and alternative payment providers to deliver reliable and scalable payment infrastructure for online gaming operators.
As we expand our payment network, we are looking for a Payment Partnerships Manager / Business Development Manager to identify, onboard, and manage relationships with payment providers worldwide.
 

Role Overview
The Payment Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with payment providers, including acquiring banks, PSPs, EMIs, and alternative payment method providers.
The role covers the full partnership lifecycle, from identifying potential partners and negotiating commercial terms to coordinating onboarding, supporting technical integrations, and managing ongoing relationships to ensure smooth payment operations.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely, while requiring presence at the office at least two days per week.
 

Key Responsibilities
Payment Partner Acquisition

• Identify and approach new payment providers including acquiring banks, PSPs, EMIs, and alternative payment method providers.
• Research providers that support iGaming payment processing across different regions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential payment partners.

Commercial Negotiations

• Lead negotiations with payment providers regarding:
  • Processing fees
  • Transaction limits
  • Settlement cycles
  • Rolling reserves
  • Chargeback thresholds
  • Other operational and commercial fees
• Support preparation and review of commercial agreements with partners.

Partner Onboarding & Integration

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new payment partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technical Integration.
• Assist with integration planning, implementation, and testing of new payment providers.

Relationship Management

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned payment providers.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure operational stability and growth.
• Monitor provider performance including approval rates, volumes, and settlement efficiency.

Operational Support

• Troubleshoot payment-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and payment providers.
• Support internal teams in resolving transaction, settlement, or integration issues.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor developments in the global payments ecosystem relevant to iGaming.
• Identify opportunities to expand payment coverage through new providers or payment methods.

Requirements
Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in payments, fintech, partnerships, or business development roles.
• Experience working with:
  • Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
  • Acquiring banks
  • Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs)
  • Payment gateways
• Experience in high-risk industries such as iGaming, Forex, or crypto is considered a strong advantage.

Knowledge

• Basic understanding of payment processing concepts including:
  • Card acquiring
  • Alternative payment methods
  • Settlement processes
  • Rolling reserves
  • Payment fees and transaction flows
• Familiarity with payment integrations and API-based payment systems is a plus.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams.

Languages

• Fluent English (required).
• Additional languages such as Russian are considered an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).

Tools & Technology

• Experience working with project and workflow management tools such as:

We are looking for a Technical Support Manager (L1) to provide high-level assistance to our customers and partners. This role includes diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues, as well as configuring customer and provider accounts, including AI models.

📌 Please note: This position requires working night shifts, including:

One shift from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (23:00 – 08:00)
One shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (22:00 – 07:00)
 

Primary responsibilities of a Technical Support Manager:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup;
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem;
- Guide clients and providers through issue resolution via phone, email, or chat;
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams;
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers;
- Oversee the integration pipeline;
- Configure provider and client accounts;

- Utilize AI models to automate issue diagnostics, analyze client data, and optimize support processes.

Requirements & Skills

- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role;

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues;

- Experience working with AI models for data analysis, process automation, or customer support;

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;

- Excellent skills in SQL;

- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal;

- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.

Probation

- Standard probation — 3 months (may be exceptional cases)

Вакансія: Integration Specialist (Fintech / Payments)

Ми шукаємо технічно підкованого та комунікабельного Integration Specialist, який стане сполучною ланкою між нашими клієнтами (мерчантами) та нашим продуктом. Ваша основна мета — забезпечити швидке, якісне та безперебійне підключення партнерів до нашої платіжної платформи.

Про роль

Ви будете супроводжувати мерчанта на всіх етапах: від створення першого кабінету до виходу в "продакшн". Ви не просто "технар", а консультант, який допомагає бізнесу обрати найкращі платіжні рішення.

Основні обов'язки:

1. Технічна інтеграція та налаштування:

• Створення інтеграційних кабінетів та керування доступами.
• Налаштування платіжних методів (H2H, HPP, routing, cascading) відповідно до бізнес-потреб.
• Підключення та технічна перевірка платіжних провайдерів і MIDs.
• Тестування параметрів через Postman (або аналоги) та верифікація за чеклістами.

2. Комунікація та підтримка:

• Супровід мерчантів під час тестування та переведення у продакшн.
• Надання рекомендацій щодо вибору платіжних методів та пояснення технічних параметрів.
• Постійний моніторинг стабільності інтеграцій (успішність транзакцій, помилки) та усунення проблем після запуску.
• Взаємодія з L1 підтримкою та передача типових помилок командам розробки/продукту.

3. Аналітика, документація та розвиток:

• Створення звітів за результатами запусків (KPI, % успішності) та ведення трекінгових таблиць.
• Оновлення технічної документації, гайдів та внутрішньої бази знань.
• Оптимізація інтеграційних процесів: автоматизація, покращення flows та скорочення таймлайнів.
• Збір зворотного зв'язку від клієнтів для покращення якості онбордингу.

• Розуміння принципів роботи API та методів інтеграції.
• Досвід роботи з інструментами тестування (наприклад, Postman).
