ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on CRM position for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges as much as optimizing customer journeys.

Your primary mission during the first months will be to restore the existing CRM infrastructure, ensure all communication channels are fully operational, clean and validate the customer database, and launch the key automated lifecycle campaigns.
