We're looking for a Middle Product / Data Analyst to join our growing Analytics team. You'll help build and develop BI reporting, analyze product and marketing performance, optimize SQL queries, and transform data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Head of Operations to spearhead the operational wing of our newly established Game Provider. This is a highly engaged, hands-on role for a coordinator and executor who loves to build processes from scratch, bridge the gap between product and dev teams, and drive the project to success without corporate bureaucracy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Bridge the gap between Product, Development, and Design teams to ensure smooth workflows, identify delivery bottlenecks, and driving their resolution.
• Manage and monitor integrations with operators, ensuring milestones are reached on time and preventing any delays.
• Oversee day-to-day legal, compliance, payments, and payroll-related operational tasks in close collaboration with internal and external legal/finance advisors.
• Select, configure, and optimize project management tools (Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.) to establish structured reporting and transparent workflow tracking.
• Establish and enforce project deadlines, knowing how and when to "push" and micro-manage if necessary to keep launch dates on track.
• Prepare operational reports, status updates, and key performance summaries for the leadership team.
