Who we are

Farvero is a performance-marketing consultancy based in Barcelona. We run paid acquisition + tracking for B2C brands across Europe. We're founder-led and adding delivery capacity, you'd work directly with the founder.

The role
We're looking for a freelance paid-media specialist to own day-to-day campaign execution across our client accounts. You run and optimize the campaigns; we own strategy and the client relationship. It starts part-time/fractional and grows as we add clients.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search + Performance Max) and Meta Ads for lead-gen and e-commerce
• Keyword research, search-terms mining, negative-keyword and match-type sculpting
• RSA / ad-copy testing and Ad Strength; ad-extension upkeep
• Bid & budget management on Smart Bidding (tCPA / tROAS)
• Performance Max: asset groups, audience signals, brand exclusions, placement pruning
• Meta campaign builds, audience/creative testing, budget management
• Weekly performance checks and a monthly report against agreed KPIs (CPA / CPL, ROAS, impression share, lead quality)
• Conversion-tracking sanity checks (GA4 / GTM aware). Deeper tracking is handled by us

You should have

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads (Search + PMax) and Meta Ads management, with results you can show (before → after, timeframe)
• Google Ads Editor fluency
• Strong negative-keyword / search-terms discipline, Smart Bidding, RSA / Ad Strength optimization
• GA4 literacy and a reliable weekly cadence with clear, self-driven reporting
• English at a working level (B2+)

Nice to have

• GTM / server-side / Meta CAPI / consent-mode / offline-conversions experience
• Regulated-vertical (finance / tax) ad-policy sensitivity
• Looker Studio dashboards
• Russian is a plus (the founder speaks it), but not required

How we work
Remote, freelance/part-time, reporting to the founder. We start with a small paid trial task (audit a live account + a 30-day optimization plan); a strong trial converts to ongoing monthly work that grows with our client base.
