Farsight Vision converts flight footage into digital 2D and 3D twins for real-time intelligence in GNSS-denied environment, making analytics and situational awareness convenient and accessible while saving time and effort. We create multi-layered digital twins of terrain with dynamic tracking and object/landscape monitoring and predicting.

As a Senior Python Software Engineer, you will be a core part of our technology team, responsible for building and maintaining the backend infrastructure of the FSV Platform. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, including Python-based frameworks, cloud services, and machine learning operations (MLOps), to develop a platform that processes and analyzes drone data to create 3D models and orthophotos. Your role will involve not only backend development but also basic DevOps tasks and collaboration with frontend teams, making this a dynamic and versatile position.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for the platform.
• Implement, deploy, and maintain machine learning algorithms in production environments.
• Work with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration and occasionally contribute to frontend tasks if necessary.
• Work with the platform’s cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Actively engage in solving platform issues, optimizing processes, and contributing innovative solutions.
• Stay updated with new backend, cloud, and ML technologies, and quickly adapt to new protocols or tools as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development.
• Proficiency with Python (3+ years) and frameworks such as Django, Flask, etc.
• Proven experience in implementing ML algorithms in production environments.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Solid understanding of AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Basic experience with frontend frameworks, such as React. Ability to assemble a simple project independently.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, capable of deploying models when needed, and managing environments.
• A strong sense of initiative and self-drive to rapidly acquire, understand, and effectively implement new technologies, protocols, and frameworks to meet project needs and challenges.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related field.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Communications Manager to coordinate the company’s PR and communications activities in Ukraine and globally. This role focuses on building strong media relationships, ensuring consistent brand visibility, and supporting business objectives through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry opinion leaders
• Develop high-quality communication materials, including partnership announcements, company news, and product-related content
• Ensure consistent brand presence in media through expert articles, comments, press releases, and podcasts
• Support and execute Government Relations (GR) initiatives
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Communications Manager or PR Manager role
• Proven track record of systematic and effective collaboration with media and opinion leaders
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience preparing PR materials (press releases, articles, editorials, expert commentary)
• Experience with analytical and media monitoring tools (e.g., LOOQME, Determ, CoverageBook)
• Experience in budget management
• Solid understanding of crisis communication and reputation management principles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
• High level of autonomy, proactivity, and ownership
• Willingness to travel for work when required
• Strategic mindset with a structured approach and strong focus on business outcomes
• Experience in tech or defense-related industries is a strong advantage
• English proficiency at the C1 level or higher

We are scaling our cloud infrastructure and looking for a DevOps Engineer who can help us build a stable, automated, and production-ready environment.
 

Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and optimize infrastructure in AWS / GCP
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS / GKS / K3s) in production environments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / ArgoCD)
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics / Loki / Grafana)
• Support Linux-based production servers and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with backend and ML engineers on deployments, scaling, and production reliability
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Advise on cloud security, networking, and high-availability patterns
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in software infrastructure, DevOps, or related role
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience
• Strong experience with AWS or GCP in production
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics / Loki / Grafana)
• Knowledge of Gazebo and ROS is also an asset
• Experience collaborating closely with development teams on deployment and infrastructure automation
• Understanding of cloud networking and security best practices
