We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our Recruiting team in executing search and attracting top-tier engineers capable of building innovative products for the defense sector. This role is ideal for someone who is result-oriented, tenacious, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced startup tech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from defining job profiles with Hiring Managers to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding coordination.
• Identify and engage talents in specialized niches such as Embedded Systems, Robotics, Computer Vision, AI/ML.
• Proficiency in specific sourcing tools and techniques: LinkedIn Advanced Search, X-Ray, Stackoverflow, Github, specialized technical communities, veteran associations, and engineering forums.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate alignment with company values (mission-driven mindset, resilience, and commitment to high-responsibility projects) and a technical background check.
• Maintain a high standard of communication, providing constructive feedback and enhancing the employer brand.
• Building and monitoring a robust talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure long-term hiring success.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in technical recruiting (prior experience in Software Engineering positions, Robotics, or Embedded systems is a significant advantage).
• Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray) to identify “hidden” talent who may not have active or public LinkedIn profiles.
• Sharp analytical skills to monitor competitor movements and provide insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate (B2) English for international networking and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with shifting priorities and urgent hiring needs.
• Experience with maintaining and ownership of analytics.

Nice to have:

• Solid understanding of the MilTech market, defense sector specifics, and key industry players.
• Previous experience in technical product companies.

As a Senior Python Software Engineer, you will be a core part of our technology team, responsible for building and maintaining the backend infrastructure of the FSV Platform. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, including Python-based frameworks, cloud services, and machine learning operations (MLOps), to develop a platform that processes and analyzes drone data to create 3D models and orthophotos. Your role will involve not only backend development but also basic DevOps tasks and collaboration with frontend teams, making this a dynamic and versatile position.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for the platform.
• Implement, deploy, and maintain machine learning algorithms in production environments.
• Work with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration and occasionally contribute to frontend tasks if necessary.
• Work with the platform’s cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Actively engage in solving platform issues, optimizing processes, and contributing innovative solutions.
• Stay updated with new backend, cloud, and ML technologies, and quickly adapt to new protocols or tools as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development.
• Proficiency with Python (3+ years) and frameworks such as Django, Flask, etc.
• Proven experience in implementing ML algorithms in production environments.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Solid understanding of AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Basic experience with frontend frameworks, such as React. Ability to assemble a simple project independently.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, capable of deploying models when needed, and managing environments.
• A strong sense of initiative and self-drive to rapidly acquire, understand, and effectively implement new technologies, protocols, and frameworks to meet project needs and challenges.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related field.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Communications Manager to coordinate the company’s PR and communications activities in Ukraine and globally. This role focuses on building strong media relationships, ensuring consistent brand visibility, and supporting business objectives through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry opinion leaders
• Develop high-quality communication materials, including partnership announcements, company news, and product-related content
• Ensure consistent brand presence in media through expert articles, comments, press releases, and podcasts
• Support and execute Government Relations (GR) initiatives
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Communications Manager or PR Manager role
• Proven track record of systematic and effective collaboration with media and opinion leaders
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience preparing PR materials (press releases, articles, editorials, expert commentary)
• Experience with analytical and media monitoring tools (e.g., LOOQME, Determ, CoverageBook)
• Experience in budget management
• Solid understanding of crisis communication and reputation management principles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
• High level of autonomy, proactivity, and ownership
• Willingness to travel for work when required
• Strategic mindset with a structured approach and strong focus on business outcomes
• Experience in tech or defense-related industries is a strong advantage

Обов`язки:

• Організація та контроль ведення всіх ділянок бухгалтерського та податкового обліку ТОВ (загальна система, ПДВ), резидента Дія Сіті.
• Супорт в звітуванні по використанню грантів.
• Супорт в проходженні аудитів.
• Оптимізація податкових платежів та контроль за дотриманням податкового законодавства.
• Контроль за дотриманням умов перебування в резиденстві Дія Сіті.
• Взаємодія з контролюючими та перевіряючими органами.
• Забезпечення своєчасного та коректного складання звітності.
• Надання консультацій з бухгалтерських та податкових питань керівництву компанії.
• Нарахування заробітної плати (трудові договори, гіг-контракти).
• Кадровий і військовий облік.
   

Ключові якості та навички, які ми шукаємо:

• Досвід ведення юридичних осіб, зареєстрованих в Україні — від 5 років.
• Знання податкового законодавства України в цілому, включаючи корпоративне оподаткування, оподаткування фізичних осіб, правила оподаткування резидентів Дія Сіті і т.п.
• Вміння вести облік доходів/витрат, правильно визначати об’єкт оподаткування.
• Вміння аналізувати фінансову інформацію, готувати запити та відповіді до податкових органів.
• Відповідальність, організованість, самостійність, вміння працювати в команді.
• Вміння працювати з великим обсягом інформації.
• Знання англійської мови на рівні Intermediate і вище.
• Вища освіта за напрямом «Бухгалтерський облік», «Фінанси», «Економіка».
• Бажання розвиватися професійно, відкритість до нових функцій, вміння працювати в команді.
• Бути відкритим до гібридного формату роботи (офіс потрібно відвідувати 2-3 рази на тиждень).
   

Обов`язково:

• Проживання у Львові або поблизу.
• Досвід ведення резидента ДіяСіті.
• Досвід самостійного ведення ТОВ (загальна система + ПДВ)
   

Буде перевагою:

• Досвід роботи з іноземними юрисдикціями.
• Досвід роботи в облікових системах крім 1С.
