Extrums
Extrums is a software engineering company, founded in Ukraine in 2019.
We’re 40+ mid-to-senior engineers in Ukraine and across Europe, and we build software for companies in the US and Europe: whole products, or a dedicated team that keeps improving one month after month.
Since 2019 we’ve worked on products in 11 sectors, from marketing and e-commerce to finance, AI platforms, hospitality and HR tech.
Architecture, data, backend, frontend and mobile were our craft long before AI. Now AI sits on top. Code, tests and reviews go through models every day - but what ships is decided by engineers who know the system. AI made code cheap. Getting it right still takes engineers, and that’s who we hire.
Terms
- Remote, with a flexible 8-hour day. No time trackers - we look at results, not hours
- A fixed monthly rate in USD, paid twice a month..
- We cover 100% of your FOP taxes and can do the accounting too.
- As you grow, your rate is reviewed at least every six months.
- Paid internships for people just starting out in IT.
- Paid vacation and sick days; public holidays off.
