       We’re looking for a Backend Tech Lead to lead one of our core engineering teams working on critical crypto operations.
       This role combines technical leadership, delivery ownership, and hands-on backend engineering in a correctness-critical environment.

    You’ll work close to the product and infrastructure backbone of the exchange, where reliability, predictability, and engineering judgment matter more than buzzwords.

    What you’ll do

    • Lead a backend team: set clear goals, run regular 1:1s, give feedback, and support hiring and team growth
    • Own delivery end-to-end: planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery transparency
    • Take responsibility for backend architecture of core operational flows and integrations
    • Drive evolution of existing systems toward a more scalable and maintainable architecture
    • Ensure correctness and reliability of critical backend processes
    • Stay hands-on where it matters: design APIs, review code, and contribute to core backend logic (Go)
    • Support and gradually improve legacy components where required

    Requirements

    • 3+ years in a Tech Lead / Team Lead / Engineering Lead role with real ownership of delivery
    • Strong backend engineering experience with Go in production environments
    • Experience working with high-load or correctness-critical systems
    • Solid understanding of distributed systems and failure scenarios
    • Practical experience working with monoliths and evolving them over time
    • Strong delivery mindset: prioritization, clear communication, ownership of outcomes
    • Engineering best practices: clean APIs, testing, CI/CD, observability
    • Ability to work pragmatically with legacy codebases (including PHP when needed)
    • Reliability and security-first mindset

    Nice to have

    • Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure

    We’ve been operating in the crypto industry for over 10 years, building long-term teams and sustainable processes. Now we’re looking for a CFO who can take full ownership of the financial and legal function in a crypto business — from daily liquidity control to building structures that can withstand audits, regulators, and rapid growth.

    This role is hands-on and strategic at the same time. You’ll work closely with the CEO, shareholders, Compliance, Product, and Operations, and will be responsible for the financial stability and transparency of the entire group.

     

    What you’ll be doing

    • Take ownership of the financial and legal function across the group of crypto companies.
    • Ensure stable liquidity and asset safety (fiat and crypto).
    • Oversee treasury management, cash flows and reserves, preventing cash gaps and account blockages.
    • Maintain full financial visibility and control at group level.
    • Prepare and oversee management reporting for leadership and shareholders.
    • Control and optimize cost structure.
    • Manage the group legal structure (opening and closing entities, financial reporting).
    • Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Product and Operations on financial topics.
    • Support licensing and regulatory processes from the financial side.
    • Manage and develop the finance & legal team (5–10 people).

      What we expect from you 
    • 2+ years of experience as CFO / Head of Finance / Deputy CFO in the financial industry.
    • Experience in fintech, crypto projects, exchanges or PSPs.
    • Strong understanding of how a crypto exchange operates
    • Ability to analyze and reconcile on-chain transactions with internal reports and accounting.
    • Practical experience dealing with incidents: stuck transactions, balance discrepancies, delayed withdrawals, cross-chain issues.
    • Solid background in treasury management (fiat & crypto): liquidity, reserves, risk of blockages.
    • Experience working with complex multi-entity legal structures, including offshore jurisdictions.
    • Understanding of tax and legal structuring principles.
    • Proven people management experience (5–10 team members).
    • Experience building or improving finance processes: treasury, controlling, management reporting.

    We’re hiring a financial analyst to help with monthly management accounts and statutory reporting, support senior team members on ad hoc tasks, and work closely with other departments. The role includes a mix of analytical and operational finance work.

    Key responsibilities: 

    • Assist senior team members in collecting and reconciling data from multiple internal sources, including trading data, banking and payment systems, and derivatives platforms, to prepare accurate management reports
    • Support senior colleagues in preparing statutory reports in accordance with international accounting standards across various jurisdictions
    • Work proactively with other departments to gather data, clarify issues, and resolve arising questions to ensure completeness and accuracy
    • Contribute to the implementation of new financial reporting, data collection, and operational tools and systems
    • Support initiatives aimed at automating, simplifying, and standardizing internal processes within the company

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Financial Analyst or FP&A role
    • Strong understanding of management reporting processes and financial data reconciliation
    • Proven ability to work with large data sets and proficiency with BI tools for data processing and analysis
    • Experience with trading data and / or cryptocurrency transactional data is a significant advantage and a key factor in the hiring decision
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data management.
