We’re hiring a financial analyst to help with monthly management accounts and statutory reporting, support senior team members on ad hoc tasks, and work closely with other departments. The role includes a mix of analytical and operational finance work.

Key responsibilities: 

• Assist senior team members in collecting and reconciling data from multiple internal sources, including trading data, banking and payment systems, and derivatives platforms, to prepare accurate management reports
• Support senior colleagues in preparing statutory reports in accordance with international accounting standards across various jurisdictions
• Work proactively with other departments to gather data, clarify issues, and resolve arising questions to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Contribute to the implementation of new financial reporting, data collection, and operational tools and systems
• Support initiatives aimed at automating, simplifying, and standardizing internal processes within the company

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Financial Analyst or FP&A role
• Strong understanding of management reporting processes and financial data reconciliation
• Proven ability to work with large data sets and proficiency with BI tools for data processing and analysis
• Experience with trading data and / or cryptocurrency transactional data is a significant advantage and a key factor in the hiring decision
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data management.
• Proactive approach, ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments and external partners.
• Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian (for internal communication)
• English, at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level for external communication and documentation.

Your tasks 🧑‍💻

• Manage the full product lifecycle — from research and strategy to launch, optimization, and scaling (mobile apps and web).

• Prepare and maintain product documentation (BRD/PRD/specifications, backlog, user stories).

• Develop and enhance key features, including onboarding, deposits & withdrawals (fiat/crypto), investment products, user security mechanisms, blog, and utilities of the native platform token.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, QA engineers, designers, analysts, content, and marketing teams.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.

• Proven experience in crypto / blockchain products (must-have).

• Experience managing the full product lifecycle (research → launch → scaling).

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into product requirements.

• Skilled in writing product docs (BRD, PRD, backlog, user stories).

• Excellent teamwork with tech, design, analytics, and marketing.

• Upper-Intermediate English.

We are now looking for an experienced Go Engineer with strong production operations skills to help us improve the reliability and scalability of our critical systems.

What you will work on

• Building and maintaining high-load backend services written in Go.
• Ensuring stable operation of production systems: monitoring, alerting, incident response, root-cause analysis.
• Managing deployments, rollbacks, CI/CD pipelines, configuration updates.
• Working with logs, metrics and tracing tools to diagnose performance issues and prevent incidents.
• Improving observability, reliability and resilience across services.
• Collaborating with product, security and infrastructure teams to deliver safe and predictable updates in our fintech environment.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 3+ years of hands-on Go experience in commercial products.
• Has real production / SRE experience: incidents, on-call, debugging live systems, optimizing performance.
• Understands how high-load fintech or payment-related systems behave under real traffic.
• Is confident with Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD, metrics/logging/monitoring tools.
• Communicates clearly, takes ownership and works well with cross-functional teams.
• Has English at an intermediate level or higher.

Will be a plus

• Experience with wallets, financial APIs, or crypto-related products.
• Familiarity with modern protocols and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to solve business problems and identify product, market, and customer trends and opportunities;
• Act as a data owner for a wide scope of metrics and reporting layers — from core data logging to end-user data visualizations;
• Maintain, optimize, and expand key dashboards, reports, and metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making;
• Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define, track, and maintain core business KPIs;
• Lead complex deep-dive analyses and provide actionable insights that shape product strategy and business growth.
• Mentor and guide a Junior BI Specialist within the team, providing technical direction, support, and feedback on tasks and development goals.

Required skills

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure ambiguous problems using data;
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets;
• Experience with BI tools (Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
• Familiarity with mobile/web analytics platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Firebase, Amplitude);
• Experience in the fintech or crypto industry
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical teams
