The Role
As a Paid Social Media Buyer at Evestar, you will be the catalyst for the growth of your clients' businesses. You'll manage paid social campaigns across a portfolio of e-commerce accounts, primarily on Meta with exposure to TikTok, and serve as the primary point of contact from strategy through reporting. You show up every week as the most prepared person in the room.
This role is as much about people as it is about performance. You will be on weekly calls with clients, presenting results, walking through strategy, and earning trust through clear communication and confident delivery. You will not just execute tasks handed down from above. You will build strategy, own outcomes, and act as a true performance partner to every brand on your roster.

What Success Looks Like
- Building and scaling profitable Meta campaigns for e-commerce brands month over month

- Hitting and exceeding client revenue targets while managing budgets with precision

- Running weekly client calls where clients are confident, informed, and looking forward to next week

- Collaborating seamlessly with creative, retention, and paid search teammates to drive full-funnel results

- Staying ahead of platform changes and bringing proactive strategy recommendations before clients ask

What You'll Do
Campaign Management
- Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, with secondary exposure to TikTok Ads

- Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign structure across 4-8 e-commerce accounts

- Run structured creative testing frameworks to identify winning ad concepts and iterate quickly

- Monitor performance daily and make proactive optimizations to improve ROAS, NC-ROAS, and MER against client targets

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary client contact for your pod, leading weekly performance calls with confidence and clarity

- Own the presentation from start to finish, walking clients through results, trends, and next steps without needing hand-holding

- Build trust-based relationships where clients see you as a strategic partner, not just a vendor

- Communicate performance in plain language that resonates with business owners and marketing leads alike

- Keep clients engaged and confident even when results are challenging, through honest context and a clear action plan

Strategy and Reporting
- Develop monthly and quarterly paid social strategies aligned to each client's revenue goals

- Build and maintain reporting using TripleWhale, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets

- Contribute to creative briefing by identifying high-performing hooks, formats, and messaging angles

- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats relevant to e-commerce

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with creative teams to brief, review, and iterate on ad content

- Coordinate with email/retention and Google Ads team members to ensure cohesive full-funnel strategy

- Contribute to internal performance reviews and agency knowledge-sharing

What We're Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience managing e-commerce Facebook/Meta Ads (not just lead gen or boosted posts), with at least one account at $100k+/month in spend

- Proven track record scaling direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses through Meta ads at an agency or in-house

- Outstanding client communication skills - you are comfortable leading calls solo, presenting to business owners, and holding the room

- A natural presenter who can take a week of campaign data and turn it into a crisp, confident narrative that clients actually look forward to hearing

- Outgoing, energetic, and relationship-driven - you get energy from people, not just dashboards

- High emotional intelligence - you know how to read a room, deliver hard news with grace, and build trust over time

- A unique combination of humility (willing to do the dirty work) and ambition (a clear vision for where you are headed)

- Deep understanding of Meta campaign structure, auction dynamics, pixel/CAPI tracking, and creative performance

- Familiarity with key e-commerce metrics: ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC, and LTV

- Commitment to staying current on platform changes, strategies, and best practices - the landscape shifts fast and you stay ahead of it

Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and/or other paid social platforms

- Familiarity with TripleWhale, Northbeam, or other MTA/attribution tools

- Working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, and how paid and retention channels work together

- Exposure to Meta CAPI or server-side tracking configurations

- Background in creative strategy, UGC, or performance creative

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Paid Search Media Buyer, you will be the driving force behind our clients’ paid search success. Collaborating closely with CMOs and Creative Teams, you’ll develop and execute cutting-edge paid search strategies that maximize ROI and fuel business growth. Your expertise will be critical in navigating the complexities of eCommerce and lead generation, leveraging advanced tools and technologies to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Advanced Paid Search Strategies: Develop and execute sophisticated paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant platforms, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Spearhead Feed Optimization: Manage and optimize product feeds in Google Merchant Center, ensuring accurate, high-performing product data through advanced attribute optimization and troubleshooting.
• Implement Conversion Tracking: Set up and refine eCommerce conversion value tracking, integrating seamlessly with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to support intelligent bidding strategies like tROAS.
• Drive DTC and Lead Generation: Scale DTC eCommerce brands and manage high-performing lead-generation campaigns, including optimizing landing pages and nurturing funnels.
• Leverage AI and Automation: Collaborate with data scientists to utilize machine learning models for campaign optimization, audience targeting, and predictive analytics.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate campaign performance.

Job Requirements

To excel in this role, you must bring a wealth of experience and expertise:

Experience

5-7+ years managing eCommerce paid search campaigns, with a proven track record of scaling DTC brands and lead-generation campaigns.

Platform Expertise

Extensive experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display), Microsoft Advertising, and familiarity with emerging platforms like TikTok Ads or Pinterest Ads.

Feed Optimization

Advanced proficiency in Google Merchant Center, including feed management, attribute optimization, and resolving complex feed issues.

Conversion Tracking

Deep understanding of eCommerce conversion value setup, GA4 integration, and advanced bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, manual CPC).

Lead Generation

Proven success running lead-generation campaigns on Google, including landing page optimization and lead nurturing.

Technical Skills

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; SQL knowledge is a plus.

Tool Familiarity

Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Wordpress and other eCommerce tools; understanding of how these integrate to scale brands.

AI and Automation

Familiarity with AI-driven optimization tools (e.g., for automated bidding, creative generation, or predictive analytics) is a significant plus.

Soft Skills

Exceptional problem-solving, high emotional intelligence, and outstanding written/verbal communication to articulate strategies to diverse stakeholders.
