    About the Project

     

    We are developing a new, high-availability platform for the financial services sector where data integrity, seamless integration, and flawless contact center operations are paramount.

    Key Technologies You'll Master:

    • Salesforce FSC: The core CRM and financial data management system.
    • MuleSoft: The central integration layer for all internal and external systems.
    • Genesys VoIT / Service Cloud Voice: The solution providing advanced telephony and contact center features.

     

    Your Core Responsibilities

     

     

    1. QA Strategy & Leadership

     

    • Define and implement the overall QA strategy, test plans, and methodologies for the entire project (Salesforce, MuleSoft, Genesys integrations).
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, promoting best practices in manual, automation, and performance testing.
    • Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters, providing clear status reports and metrics to stakeholders.

     

    2. Test Design & Execution

     

    • Design and oversee the creation of comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test data for functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Oversee the testing of complex MuleSoft integrations between Salesforce FSC and various systems, validating data integrity and flow.
    • Ensure the quality of the contact center solution: testing call routing, IVR, screen pops, and data synchronization between Genesys and Salesforce.
    • Implement and manage test automation frameworks for both the Salesforce and MuleSoft layers to maximize efficiency and regression coverage.

     

    3. Process Improvement & Tooling

     

    • Identify and implement the right tools for test automation, performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner), and API testing (e.g., Postman).
    • Establish a robust defect tracking and management process, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
    • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies, including integration with CI/CD pipelines.

     

    Required Skills and Experience

     

    • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
    • Proven, hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications, including both standard and custom functionalities.
    • Strong experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and a deep understanding of MuleSoft APIs and integration patterns.
    • Familiarity with contact center technologies, specifically testing of Genesys VoIT and/or Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
    • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Apex Test Classes).
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD concepts.

    • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
      • Conduct in-depth workshops with university stakeholders (Admissions, Marketing, IT) to thoroughly document current "as-is" processes for lead generation, application, admissions, and communication.
      • Identify existing pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
      • Define detailed "to-be" functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases for both Salesforce Education Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
      • Assist in high-level data model design and outline specific integration requirements.
    • Solution Design & Documentation:
      • Translate functional requirements into precise technical specifications for Salesforce Education Cloud and Marketing Cloud configurations (object and field design, automation design utilizing Flows and Apex, security model definition).
      • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows (current and future state), detailed requirements documents, and functional design specifications.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
      • Serve as the primary liaison between business users, project managers, solution architects, and developers.
