Want to start your career in IT / B2B sales, but don’t have sales experience yet?

We’re looking for a Junior / Trainee SDR with strong English, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

This role can be a good fit for someone who has worked as an English teacher, tutor, translator, has a linguistic background, or simply feels confident writing and communicating in English.

We’re ready to teach you from scratch. What matters most to us is your English, attention to detail, clear communication, and motivation to grow in sales / lead generation.

What you’ll do:

• search for potential clients in international markets
• find relevant companies and decision makers through LinkedIn and other tools
• write personalized messages in English
• work with replies from potential clients
• help book calls for the Sales Manager
• keep lead information updated in the CRM

What we’re looking for:

• English level C1 or higher
• strong written communication in English
• interest in IT, sales, or business development
• attention to detail
• willingness to learn new tools
• ability to handle rejections, as they are a normal part of outbound communication

Nice to have:

• experience as an English teacher or tutor
• experience with translation or writing texts in English
• philology / linguistics background
• basic understanding of LinkedIn, CRM, email outreach, or B2B communication

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong English to take their first step into international B2B sales and gain practical experience in IT.

We’re looking for a QA who is comfortable not only testing but also talking to the client directly. The project is with a US-based client, and QA is the team’s technical face on calls.

What you’ll do

• Test Salesforce functionality: manual, regression, UAT support
• Run client demos and answer questions along the way
• Explain bugs, limitations, and edge cases in plain language for a non-technical client
• Proactively raise risks: what it was and what it is now, which modules may be affected, where regression risks are
• Join daily stand-ups and client calls

What we’re looking for

• Spoken English B2+: you answer the client live, without a script
• 2+ years in QA, Salesforce experience
• Experience running demos or regular client calls
• Ability to see changes beyond a single ticket
• Availability for quick questions during the client’s working day

Nice to have: fixing a minor configuration issue on the spot during a demo, Salesforce Administrator certification.

We're looking for a Salesforce specialist with real Consumer Goods Cloud experience. We need someone who knows CG Cloud from practice, not just Trailhead: someone who has configured Retail Execution, worked with the Offline Mobile App, and can combine functional setup with code.
What you'll work on:
configuring and evolving CG Cloud processes: Route Planning, Visit Execution, Perfect Store, Surveys, Order Capture, Promotions
working with the CG Cloud data model
Offline Mobile App configuration: sync rules, offline validation, performance
development with Apex, LWC, Flow
integrations with external systems
What matters to us:
3+ years with Salesforce, including at least 1 year hands-on with Consumer Goods Cloud
experience with Retail Execution and the Offline Mobile App
integrations via APIs, MuleSoft, or event-driven patterns
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to have:
ERP, TPM/TPO, DMS integrations
photo-based shelf audits, AI image recognition
Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional, Platform Developer I/II certifications
