To accelerate our company’s growth, we’re looking for ambitious and proactive specialists. We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager / Project Manager to lead and support our VIP clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clearly communicate the value of our platform: schedule calls, identify clients’ business needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Guide users through the product: conduct demos and create detailed roadmaps.
• Oversee the integration process: ensure quick onboarding and better client results.
• Analyze client performance and develop strategies to improve key metrics.
• Facilitate communication between the client, integration team, and other departments.
• Advocate for the client: gather and analyze feedback, and relay insights to relevant teams.
   

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or customer care, preferably in online services or product-based companies.
• Basic understanding of SQL, machine learning, and e-commerce.
• English proficiency at intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
   

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience with Elastic or Looker Studio.
• Background in e-commerce: knowledge of different business models, user experience, and strategies to increase conversion and sales.

We are looking for a Content manager / Copywriter.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating and refining texts for our website and other marketing platforms tailored to the target audience and industry (marketing automation for mobile applications, customer data management) - from short notes to comprehensive white papers.
• Writing and publishing case studies (in cooperation with other team members).
• Enhancing texts with visual materials (images, diagrams, system screenshots, message examples, etc.).
• Simple editing of short videos and translating them with AI-powered tools + publishing them to our YouTube channel with SEO-optimized text descriptions.
• Producing various types of content for the product, including presentations, social media posts, newsletters, and other campaigns.
• Translating existing website content & product-related materials.
• Collaborating with designers, editors, and other specialists within assigned tasks and projects.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent research abilities & analytical mindset.
• Basic math knowledge (necessary for case study calculations and articles on performance metrics).
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (Figma, Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
• Familiarity with video editing software (CapCut, Descript) is a plus.
• Experience in IT or marketing is a plus.

-Підготовка розсилок, налаштування сценаріїв та інтеграція із системами клієнта.

-Спільне складання стратегії retention-маркетингу з клієнтами платформи.

-Ведення проєкту згідно з планом робіт, дотримання дедлайнів, спілкування з клієнтом.

-Активна участь у вдосконаленні сервісу eSputnik.

-Участь у заходах компанії для підвищення експертизи в галузі повторних продажів і retention-маркетингу.

-Підготовка кейсів і статей для публікації в блозі або розділі підтримки.

-Аналіз і підготовка звітів про результати виконаної роботи, презентація замовникам та обговорення з командою.

ПРОФЕСІЙНИЙ ДОСВІД:

-Інтерес до трендів і технологій інтернет-маркетингу загалом і retention-маркетингу зокрема.

-Розуміння принципів retention-маркетингу (сегментація, підготовка користувацьких тригерів, побудова поведінкових моделей) і його використання.

-Навички роботи з текстами: написання статей, розсилок на різні теми.

-Навички роботи з GA: уміння аналізувати результати та робити висновки.

-Досвід роботи із сервісами розсилок.

-Ініціативність для пошуку найкращих рішень, самоорганізація.

-Досвід віддаленої роботи.

БУДЕПЛЮСОМ:

-Знання англійської мови на рівні Intermediate або вище.

-Базові знання верстки та дизайну (HTML, CSS, Photoshop тощо).

-Досвід роботи в агенції.
