We are looking for a proactive and responsible AQA specialist with experience in a QA Lead role, proven success in product releases, strong hands-on skills in both manual and automated testing, the ability to build and optimize testing processes, and effectively lead a small QA team.

📈Your Responsibilities:

Automation & Framework Development

🔹Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of test automation frameworks using Playwright.

🔹Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automation testing from scratch.

🔹Define, document, and uphold automation standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.

🔹Create and maintain reliable, scalable, and maintainable test environments.

Leadership & Team Development

🔹Act as a Tech Lead for the QA automation team, offering guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.

🔹Inspire and coach AQA engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

🔹Drive automation roadmaps, from planning and prioritization to successful delivery.

🔹Partner with cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps, Product, Manual QA) to align testing strategy with business and product goals.

Strategy & Continuous Improvement

🔹Own the automation architecture and shape the long-term vision for testing automation.

🔹Ensure automation is deeply integrated into development and release cycles.

🔹Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance QA efficiency and coverage.

🪄Your Experience & Skills:

🔹Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a QA Automation Tech Lead or similar leadership role. 

🔹 Deep understanding of testing techniques and methodologies, including performance testing

🔹 Strong hands-on expertise with Playwright.

🔹Experience in setting up automation frameworks from scratch. 

🔹Solid understanding of automation architecture and test design patterns. 

🔹Strong programming skills in Java. 

🔹Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and test management tools. 

🔹Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. 

🔹Proven experience managing or mentoring engineers in a QA automation environment.

🔹Java 17 (Understanding of Collections, JMM, GC), Maven

🔹Selenium WebDriver, Selenoid, TestNG, Allure, Postman

🔹 OOP, SOLID, LLD, Design Patterns

🔹 REST API knowledge, HTTP, Docker

🔹 Basics with Linux command line
