Own the affiliate programme of a fast-growing US sweepstakes casino.

Epic Play Holding is scaling fast across the US, Canada and other Tier-1 markets, and our affiliate programme is one of the main engines of that growth. We're looking for an Affiliate Manager to take it over: grow the partners we already have, bring in new traffic sources and make sure every partnership delivers quality traffic that pays off.

You'll have the tools, the product and the freedom to decide how the programme grows. This isn't partner support. You'll run the programme and own the results.

What you'll own

• Existing partners. Build strong relationships with current affiliates and find ways to grow their volume and revenue.
• New partners. Research new traffic sources, then attract and onboard affiliates across the US, Canada and other Tier-1 markets.
• Performance. Track traffic, volume, conversion, revenue and profitability for every partner, and spot drops before they become problems.
• Traffic quality. Catch and stop fraudulent, low-quality or non-compliant traffic, and act fast when a partner stops meeting expectations.
• Deal terms. Negotiate and manage commercial terms, mostly RevShare.
• Affilka. Use it every day for onboarding, tracking and performance analysis.
• Clear reporting. Keep partner reports and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Industry presence. Represent Epic Play at affiliate conferences and industry events and build your network.

You're a great fit if you have

• proven experience in affiliate management, ideally in iGaming;
• hands-on experience with Affilka (this is a must for the role);
• a solid understanding of affiliate traffic, partner performance and RevShare models;
• experience with conversion, revenue, profitability and ROI;
• experience spotting fraudulent or low-quality traffic;
• strong negotiation and communication skills;
• English at B2 level or higher and confidence working with international partners;
• readiness to travel internationally for conferences;
• an analytical mind and attention to detail;
• ownership and drive: you find new partners and ways to improve results without being asked.

You'll stand out with

• an existing network of US or Canadian affiliates;
• experience with Tier-1 traffic;
• experience with US casino or gambling products;
• a track record at affiliate conferences;
• deep knowledge of affiliate operations and traffic monetisation.

Why Epic Play

• Salary + bonuses. Market-level base, and bonuses tied to your results.
• Real ownership. You run the affiliate programme, not a small part of it.
• Direct impact. Your partnerships drive traffic growth and revenue you can see.
• Tier-1 partners. Work with international partners in the strongest markets.
• Conferences. Attend the major affiliate events and grow your network.
• Autonomy and growth. Freedom to make decisions and room to grow with the company.
• Fully remote. Work from wherever you do your best work.

Sound like you? Send your CV, and tell us in two lines about a partnership you grew.

We're a fast-growing digital company with a traffic acquisition system that's built, running and bringing in a strong flow of traffic every day. What's missing is someone to own the commercial side: find the right B2B partners, close profitable deals and build a sales direction from the ground up.

The goal: grow to $500k in monthly revenue, around 2.500FTDs per month

The trafiic is already here. We need the person who turns it into revenue

No cold product, no waiting for marketing to deliver. You'll be selling quality traffic that already exists, to partners who need it.

What you'll own

• New partners. Find B2B partners who want to buy traffic and take them through the full cycle: prospecting, first contact, negotiation, close.
• Your pipeline. Build it yourself, keep it qualified and keep it growing.
• The deal terms. Negotiate pricing, commissions and partnership conditions that work for both sides.
• The pitch. Show partners the value of our traffic, and hold your ground when they question quality, price or terms.
• Tailored offers. Use traffic performance, conversion and partner economics to build the right offer for each partner.
• Revenue growth. Track how existing deals perform and find where they can earn more.
• Key relationships. Grow long-term partnerships with high-value partners.
• Team collaboration. Work closely with marketing and analytics to understand the traffic and improve monetisation.
• Industry presence. Represent us at industry and affiliate events and come back with new business.

You'll fit right in if you've

• proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships or affiliate sales;
• worked with traffic, digital advertising, affiliate or performance marketing;
• a commercial mindset: you naturally think in conversion, revenue, ROI and unit economics;
• strong negotiation and closing skills;
• worked against sales targets, revenue plans and measurable KPIs;
• built a pipeline on your own instead of relying on inbound leads;
• strong communication and relationship-building skills;
• English at B2 level or higher;
• energy and ownership: you look for opportunities yourself and push deals through.

Bonus points: experience with the US market or US iGaming traffic, and an existing network of operator contacts.

Why join us

• Salary + bonuses. Market-level base, and bonuses tied to the deals you close.
• Build, don't babysit. You'll create and scale a new sales direction, not manage someone else's client list.
• Traffic ready to sell. A working acquisition system and a strong traffic flow from day one.
• Direct impact. Your deals show up straight in company revenue.
• Ownership and autonomy. You decide how to hit the target.
• International scope. Partners and markets around the world.
• Fully remote. Work from wherever you do your best work.

In one sentence: find the right operators, close the best deals and help us reach $500K and 2,500 FTDs a month.

Sound like you? Send your CV, and if you have a deal you're proud of, tell us about it in two lines. 🚀

Must-have

• Досвід як first/only engineer, Tech Lead або в іншій ролі з високим рівнем technical ownership.

Nice-to-have

App Store.
KYC providers / antifraud solutions.
AI agents / AI-driven engineering.

• 2+ роки в CRM-маркетингу або retention, з них мінімум 1 рік в iGaming / betting на Tier-1 ринках;
• впевнена робота з Customer.io: складні автоматизації, динамічні сегменти, A/B тести;
• досвід тригерних кампаній: welcome series, депозитні стріки, реактивація (AWOL, Churn);
• вміння працювати з даними: аналізувати результати кампаній і формулювати гіпотези для покращення KPI;
• досвід щотижневих промо в iGaming (стріки, турніри);
• розуміння технічної частини email: репутація домену, DKIM/SPF, Postmaster (Gmail, Yahoo);
• вміння писати чіткі тексти для email, push та інших каналів, які конвертять;
Stripo.

Head.
