Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy aligned with Epicholding’s growth objectives.
• Lead the creation and management of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive product development.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Mentor and develop the product team, promoting professional growth and excellence.
   

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a product role within the iGaming industry.
• At least 3 years in a senior product leadership position in iGaming.
• Experience with B2C online casino products, including planning, launching, and scaling successful projects.
• Familiarity with sweepstake casino operations is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding teams.
• English B1.

We are looking for Data Analyst. Product: sweepstakes casino, US. 

What you’ll be working on:

• Build a visualized reporting system for an online social casino project, which will consist of the following basic reports: Financial P&L, Unit Economics, Product KPIs, Retention/Cohort Report, Marketing ROMI/ROI Report with predictions, and Conversion Funnel Report.
• Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches.
• Support the creation of reporting and insights dashboards across the organization.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the product experience.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
   

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data science.
• Experience with databases.
• Proficiency with technologies such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, and Python.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets (at least basic knowledge of Excel).
• Knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities & Expected Results

• Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor research and implement industry best practices.
• Growth Experimentation: Formulate and test hypotheses, explore new traffic channels, and leverage emerging technologies.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and optimize key metrics across all channels, including LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR.
• Creative Strategy: Develop and execute high-performing creative strategies to drive user engagement and conversions.
