What We’re Looking For:

We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Senior Backend Developer specializing in C# to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will help architect and implement robust backend solutions that power our innovative hotel booking platform.

Core Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET Core (3.1–8).
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, LINQ, and dependency injection.

• Proven experience building scalable, distributed systems and microservices.

   

Databases:

• Proficiency with PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization, migrations).
• Experience with MongoDB for document-oriented data models.
• Working knowledge of Redis for caching and distributed state management.

Messaging & Event Streaming:

• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ for message queuing.
• Familiarity with Kafka for event-driven architectures and streaming data pipelines.

Monitoring & Observability:

• Experience integrating and using Kibana, Prometheus, and Grafana for logging, metrics, and alerting.

DevOps & Cloud:

• Strong understanding of Docker containerization and image optimization.
• Practical experience deploying and managing services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (e.g., GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL).

General Engineering Practices:

• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and gRPC service design.
• Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Commitment to clean architecture, unit testing, and code quality.
• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams in both English and Ukrainian.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility for deliverables and system reliability.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Knowledge of performance profiling and application security best practices.
• Familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD) and event sourcing.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the Entravel team and deliver exceptional service, working the night shift from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM (EEST), Wednesday through Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via chat, email, and social media, delivering solutions tailored to their needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages in English (knowledge of additional languages is a bonus).
• Support teammates by fostering a collaborative environment through peer learning and constructive feedback.
• Own customer issues: identify their needs and deliver effective solutions promptly.
• Educate customers on using our platform efficiently and guide them through the booking process.
• Act as a customer advocate, retaining loyalty through proactive problem-solving and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborate on team goals by supporting, educating, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Share insights with management regarding team performance, morale, and customer trends.
• Identify the root causes of customer issues and resolve them in line with company policies.

Requirements:

• Good command of English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• 1+ years of experience in customer support.
• Strong understanding of customer communication workflows.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues independently.
• Familiarity with complex systems, preferably within the travel, crypto, or financial services sectors.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Middle Automation QA Engineer to join the Entravel team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining automated tests to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our hotel booking platform. You will work closely with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality features and continuously improve our testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks.
• Create and support automated tests for backend services and APIs.
• Perform API testing for REST and gRPC-based services.
• Validate data integrity across microservices and databases.
• Analyze automated test results, investigate failures, and report defects.
• Execute regression testing to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and QA team members.
• Participate in sprint activities, planning, and daily team ceremonies.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage, and test reliability.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and SDLC.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
• Experience testing REST APIs (Postman or similar tools).
• Basic understanding of gRPC is a plus.
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of message-based or event-driven systems.
• Confident use of Git and Git-based workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile / Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to analyze test results and clearly document issues.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams in both English and Ukrainian.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Treasury Manager to join the Entravel team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day treasury operations, overseeing payments and bank relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with internal teams and external financial partners to optimize cash management, mitigate financial risks, and continuously improve treasury processes supporting our global hotel booking platform.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all treasury operations, including the execution of payments processing and wire transfers.
• Ensure accurate preparation of supporting documentation for payments and management of bank cards.
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial. institutions, handling services, fees, and credit terms negotiations
• Coordinate correspondence with banks on various financial matters and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Participate in month-end closing processes.
• Support the opening of new accounts and maintain relationships with internal departments and external partners regarding payments.
• Support KYC procedures, compliance, and limits management.
• Continuously improve and streamline treasury-related business processes, including payments, financial control, and FX management, by collaborating with internal departments and external partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury management or a related area, preferably in IT.
• BS/MS in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, and payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, online banking).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance, IFRS, and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, both oral and written.
• Results-oriented, hardworking, and innovative team player.
