We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the Entravel team and deliver exceptional service, working the night shift from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM (EEST).

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via chat, email, and social media, delivering solutions tailored to their needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages in English (knowledge of additional languages is a bonus).
• Support teammates by fostering a collaborative environment through peer learning and constructive feedback.
• Own customer issues: identify their needs and deliver effective solutions promptly.
• Educate customers on using our platform efficiently and guide them through the booking process.
• Act as a customer advocate, retaining loyalty through proactive problem-solving and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborate on team goals by supporting, educating, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Share insights with management regarding team performance, morale, and customer trends.
• Identify the root causes of customer issues and resolve them in line with company policies.

• Ensure a consistently high level of customer service at all times.

   

Requirements:

• Good command of English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• 1+ years of experience in customer support.
• Strong understanding of customer communication workflows.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues independently.
• Familiarity with complex systems, preferably within the travel, crypto, or financial services sectors.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Research-oriented, with a focus on internal issue resolution rather than escalation.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our product and development team. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring that business needs are clearly translated into functional requirements. You will play a crucial role in shaping and improving our hotel booking platform by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and helping deliver scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders;
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams;
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure accurate implementation of requirements;
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation;
• Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams;
• Participate in product planning, feature definition, and backlog refinement;
• Support the development lifecycle by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment between business goals and delivered solutions;

• Monitor product performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments;
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements;
• Experience working with complex digital products or platforms;
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation;
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand system architecture and integrations;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Middle Automation QA Engineer to join the Entravel team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining automated tests to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our hotel booking platform. You will work closely with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality features and continuously improve our testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks.
• Create and support automated tests for backend services and APIs.
• Perform API testing for REST and gRPC-based services.
• Validate data integrity across microservices and databases.
• Analyze automated test results, investigate failures, and report defects.
• Execute regression testing to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and QA team members.
• Participate in sprint activities, planning, and daily team ceremonies.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage, and test reliability.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and SDLC.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
• Experience testing REST APIs (Postman or similar tools).
• Basic understanding of gRPC is a plus.
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of message-based or event-driven systems.
• Confident use of Git and Git-based workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile / Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to analyze test results and clearly document issues.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams in both English and Ukrainian.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with integration testing in microservice architectures.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP or similar).
• Basic Linux command-line skills.
• Experience with monitoring or logs analysis (e.g. Kibana, Grafana).

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

We’re looking for Senior Customer Support Specialists to join the Entravel team and deliver exceptional service. You can choose between three available shifts:

• Morning shift: 8 AM — 5 PM (EEST)
• Evening shift: 4 PM — 1 AM (EEST)
• Night shift: 12 AM — 9 AM (EEST)

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with hotels and suppliers via phone and email to resolve booking disputes, waive cancellation fees, and secure refunds for customers.
• Provide excellent service for VIP clients, ensuring rapid response times, swift resolutions, and personalized communication based on previous interaction history.
• Act as the final point of escalation for the most challenging customer cases, using advanced empathy and persuasion skills to restore loyalty.
• Assist customers via chats and emails, delivering empathetic and tailored solutions that address their unique needs.
• Mentor junior staff on how to handle high-pressure negotiation calls.
• Identify and report edge cases to the tech team to ensure systemic issues are resolved and prevented.
• Own customer issues: identify their needs and deliver effective solutions promptly from start to finish.
• Act as a customer advocate, retaining loyalty through proactive problem-solving and suggesting product improvements.
• Collaborate on team goals by supporting, educating, and resolving issues through peer learning and constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• C1/Advanced English is a must. You should be comfortable negotiating over the phone and via email with international partners and hotels.
• 3+ years in Customer Support, with a strong preference for the travel, hospitality, or OTA sectors, involving both B2B and B2C interactions.
• Strong understanding of customer communication workflows, with expertise in managing ticket lifecycles, prioritization, and escalation processes.
• Ability to quickly master Entravel’s internal CRM and booking engines, along with the nuances of global travel regulations.
• Proven ability to multitask and switch seamlessly between phone, live chat, and email channels during busy shifts.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team, engage in group discussions to resolve difficult issues, and provide constructive support to peers.
• Research-oriented problem-solver with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues independently.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
