Your role

We are looking for an Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive person with experience in managing financial transactions and vendor relationships. This position is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is attentive, energetic, and ready to grow and learn within the field of finance.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a related field.;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced knowledge, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools will be a plus;
• Understanding of GAAP: Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
• Experience with accounts payable processes, 
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or others;

• English Level: Upper Intermediate.

   

Will be a strong plus:

• Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement;
• Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and precision in data entry, reporting, and documentation;
• Problem-solving: Proactive approach to resolving payment disputes, vendor queries, and system inefficiencies;
• Communication & interpersonal skills: Strong ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and handle sensitive financial communications with professionalism and diplomacy;

• Organizational skills: Effective time management and prioritization of multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

   

Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing;
• Preparing reconciliation AP  reports (monthly) and occasionally reconciliations with Vendors.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies, payment delays, and financial issues;
• Posting of source documents and bank statements in Odoo;

• Engagement in other financial activities.

What We’re Looking For:

We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Senior Backend Developer specializing in C# to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will help architect and implement robust backend solutions that power our innovative hotel booking platform.

Core Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET Core (3.1–8).
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, LINQ, and dependency injection.

• Proven experience building scalable, distributed systems and microservices.

   

Databases:

• Proficiency with PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization, migrations).
• Experience with MongoDB for document-oriented data models.
• Working knowledge of Redis for caching and distributed state management.

Messaging & Event Streaming:

• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ for message queuing.
• Familiarity with Kafka for event-driven architectures and streaming data pipelines.

Monitoring & Observability:

• Experience integrating and using Kibana, Prometheus, and Grafana for logging, metrics, and alerting.

DevOps & Cloud:

• Strong understanding of Docker containerization and image optimization.
• Practical experience deploying and managing services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (e.g., GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL).

General Engineering Practices:

• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and gRPC service design.
• Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Commitment to clean architecture, unit testing, and code quality.
• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams in both English and Ukrainian.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility for deliverables and system reliability.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi).

In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring that business needs are clearly translated into functional requirements. You will play a crucial role in shaping and improving our hotel booking platform by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and helping deliver scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders;
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams;
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure accurate implementation of requirements;
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation;
• Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams;
• Participate in product planning, feature definition, and backlog refinement;
• Support the development lifecycle by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment between business goals and delivered solutions;

• Monitor product performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments;
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements;
• Experience working with complex digital products or platforms;
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation;
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand system architecture and integrations;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

Your role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to automate and scale high-volume data workflows, with a strong focus on hotel and room mapping across multiple data sources.
This is an ownership-heavy role: you will take full responsibility for turning a manual, repetitive process into a reliable, scalable system and ensuring it runs correctly in production.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end automation of hotel and room mapping workflows;
• Take responsibility for delivery, correctness, and reliability of the mapping outputs;
• Design and build data pipelines (ingestion → transformation → output);
• Translate manual mapping logic into scalable systems;
• Implement rule-based and fuzzy matching techniques for entity resolution;
• Leverage LLMs to improve mapping accuracy, classification, and edge-case handling;
• Normalize and clean inconsistent, messy real-world data;
• Build monitoring, validation, and retry mechanisms;
• Continuously improve pipeline performance and mapping accuracy.

Ownership & responsibility

• You own the mapping system in production;
• You are responsible for data quality, accuracy, and failure handling;
• You proactively identify gaps, edge cases, and inefficiencies;
• You define and evolve the mapping logic and data model;
• You ensure issues are detected, debugged, and resolved quickly;
• You drive the reduction of manual work and operational overhead.

What we’re looking for

• 3–6 years of experience in data engineering or similar roles;
• Strong Python and SQL;
• Experience building pipelines from scratch;
• Experience working with messy, third-party, or unstructured data;
• Experience with entity matching / deduplication / normalization;
• Hands-on experience using LLMs in production workflows;

Strong sense of ownership: you take responsibility for outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust for performance-critical components;
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow or similar);
• Experience with embeddings, vector search, or semantic matching;
• Background in travel, hospitality, or similar domains.

• Significant reduction in manual work within the first 1–2 months;
• Stable, reliable pipelines running in production;
