Your role

We are looking for an Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive person with experience in managing financial transactions and vendor relationships. This position is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is attentive, energetic, and ready to grow and learn within the field of finance.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a related field.;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced knowledge, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools will be a plus;
• Understanding of GAAP: Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
• Experience with accounts payable processes, 
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or others;

• English Level: Upper Intermediate.

• Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement;
• Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and precision in data entry, reporting, and documentation;
• Problem-solving: Proactive approach to resolving payment disputes, vendor queries, and system inefficiencies;
• Communication & interpersonal skills: Strong ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and handle sensitive financial communications with professionalism and diplomacy;

• Organizational skills: Effective time management and prioritization of multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

   

Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing;
• Preparing reconciliation AP  reports (monthly) and occasionally reconciliations with Vendors.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies, payment delays, and financial issues;
• Posting of source documents and bank statements in Odoo;

• Engagement in other financial activities.

About Us

Entravel Group is a high-growth B2B travel technology infrastructure company specialising in hotel API distribution and B2B travel connectivity, powering OTAs, fintechs, neobanks, and enterprise partners across EU, Asia, ME, North America, and LATAM.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to own day-to-day financial operations across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions, working directly with the CFO. We expect this person to actively lead AI adoption within the finance function.

What You’ll Own

• Full-cycle accounting operations across multiple legal entities;
• Month-end close, reconciliations, and multi-currency reporting;
• Administer and maintain Odoo ERP, including chart of accounts, system configuration, user management, and creation of new company entities within the system;
• Treasury operations: liquidity management, FX, banking relationships, payments processing;
• Onboarding, compliance, and operational relationships with payment providers;
• B2B payment flows, settlement processes, and AP & AR management;
• Intercompany transactions and cross-border financial flows;
• Financial reporting and support for board-level materials;
• Tax and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU);
• AI adoption: redesigning workflows, deploying automation, building internal playbooks;
• Cross-functional coordination between finance, operations, suppliers, and tech team;
• Lead and manage a small but experienced finance team.

Requirements:

• 8+ years progressive finance, 3+ in a senior or leadership role;
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments;
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting platforms such as Xero, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar;
• Experience with payment providers and B2B settlement processes;
• Active daily user of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot;
• Proven interest or track record in automating finance workflows using AI;
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset;
• English: Advanced or Fluent, written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Background in fintech, travel tech, or B2B infrastructure;
• Experience with compliance and KYB processes.
