We are looking for an Operations Manager assistant to help set up and control processes both in the Gamedev company and in a marketing agency. 

Responsibilities:
   - Manage the daily operations of the company and ensure the efficiency of all processes.
   - Participation in the development of company strategies.
   - Support in project management related to the development and launch of games.
   - Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports for the management.
   - Implementation of best practices in project and process management.
 

Requirements:
   - 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
   - Excellent project and team management skills.
   - Knowledge of modern project management methods and tools (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
   - Excellent analytical and communication skills.
   - Ability to make decisions in stressful situations.
   - Knowledge of English at least B2+ level.

About the role: 
- You will be responsible for developing our sales capabilities, expanding our client base in the GameDev industry and related fields by creating and implementing an effective sales strategy.

- You will focus on finding customers for GameDev projects and projects with a related technology stack (art, video, co-development, etc.).

Main Functions:

- You will be one of the team members in our product area, where you will be responsible for the full cycle of customer acquisition (search - analysis and definition of requests - presentation - participation in the final stage of negotiations together with the CEO - assistance in maintaining signed contracts)
- Generate new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- If necessary, attend exhibitions and fairs to meet with potential customers (optional)

Required skills:

- B2+ level of spoken English

- 2+ years of experience as a salesperson/lead generator 
- Willingness to work in the field of game development

- Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently with a result-oriented attitude.

 We are looking for a system administrator to join our team. The involvement of a specialist will be required in two business areas.

  Responsibilities:

• Support and administration of corporate IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations). 
• Monitoring, backup, updating and troubleshooting.
•  Management of accesses, user rights, accounts.
•  Work with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ensuring cybersecurity at the basic level: antiviruses, firewall, encryption.
•  Installation, configuration, and maintenance of corporate software.

• Team support: technical assistance to employees.

   

  Requirements:

• Experience as a system administrator from 2 years.
•  Knowledge of Windows/Linux, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
•  Understanding of the principles of information security.
•  Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, VPN, SSH. 
• Basic knowledge of automation (Bash, PowerShell).
•  Ability to work with technical documentation.
