🔹 About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and development teams to collect, formalize, and communicate requirements, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with business goals.
 

🔹 Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for the team
• Conduct sessions to clarify business problems, goals, and context
• Gather, analyze, and structure information via interviews, document review, observations, and data analysis
• Prepare business and functional requirements documentation
• Support tasks throughout their entire lifecycle — from requirement gathering to final acceptance
   

🔹 Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical / Business Analyst in eCommerce projects
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients
• Ability to write clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria
• System thinking — ability to see dependencies between requirements and business goals
• English — B2

Responsibilities:

• Managing eCommerce projects according to the standard SDLC (initiating, planning, executing, and controlling, closing)
• Communicating with external and internal stakeholders
• Applying Agile methodology and following best practices
• Managing changes during implementation
• Managing risks and interdependencies during implementation
• Ensuring full transparency of project implementation for all participants and interested parties
• Preparing and facilitating management decisions related to project implementation based on formed alternatives

• Supporting and implementing a corporate culture aimed at transparency, speed, initiative, efficiency, customer orientation, and achieving business results

   

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in managing a software project team (3-6 people at least)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Risk assessment and construction of implementation road maps
• Knowledge and practical experience of applying the change management methodology (ADKAR, or other)
• Upper-intermediate/Advanced level of English
