    We are expanding our Business Analysis team and are looking for a Business Analyst with strong eCommerce experience who wants to move beyond execution and be closer to business and delivery decisions.

    This role is a good fit for someone who already operates as a senior contributor and is ready to grow into a Lead role over time.

    🔑 Responsibilities:

    • Lead and own the Business Analysis practice
    • Drive and oversee discovery phases from initiation to solution design
    • Ensure consistent BA quality, standards, and best practices
    • Mentor and guide Business Analysts; support team development
    • Collaborate closely with delivery, sales, and clients
    • Contribute to pre-sales activities (scoping, estimation, solution alignment)

    Act as a trusted advisor during the discovery and delivery phases

    🧩 Requirements :

    • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including senior or lead responsibilities
    • Mandatory experience in eCommerce projects
    • Strong background in discovery, requirements definition, and stakeholder alignment
    • Experience in a service-based / delivery-driven environment
    • Leadership mindset and ability to build processes and teams
    • Strategic thinking beyond day-to-day delivery

    Advanced English (spoken and written)
