We're hiring a Full-Stack Engineer for an internal product engineering team within a large international technology group.
The team builds and owns the company's digital infrastructure — internal tools that power the entire
organization: custom CRM systems, admin panels, internal communication platforms, and knowledge management systems. You'll be making the company's operations faster, smarter, and more efficient.

This is pure product engineering work focused on internal tooling — think building your own version of Notion, Retool, or internal dashboards from scratch. Here, engineers have real impact: you won't just deliver features, you'll shape the product and directly influence how hundreds of people work every day.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver end-to-end features — from UI to database/events
• Contribute to team growth
• Take ownership and responsibility for solutions

• 4+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Strong proficiency with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Hands-on experience building APIs with Fastify and tRPC
• Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM
• Practical experience with Redis for tasks such as caching and pub/sub
• Understanding of Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Experience working with S3 (uploading, storing, access management)
• Ability to think systematically, decompose tasks, and communicate solutions clearly to the team
  
  

• Experience with Web3 (viem.js), monorepositories, mentoring/technical leadership
• Understanding of Kafka and modern UI approaches
• Participation in international products or in large outsourcing teams working on real products

• Location: remote or offices (Kyiv, Dnipro)

We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (with growth potential into a Team Lead) for an internal product engineering team within a large international technology group.

The team builds and owns the company's digital infrastructure — internal tools that power the entire organization: custom CRM systems, admin panels, internal communication platforms, and knowledge management systems. You'll be making the company's operations faster, smarter, and more efficient.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver end-to-end features — from UI to database/events

• Mentor mid-level engineers and contribute to team growth

• Take ownership and responsibility for solutions

• Grow into a Team Lead role once the team expands to 5+ engineers
  
  

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript

• Strong proficiency with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS

• Hands-on experience building APIs with Fastify and tRPC

• Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM

• Practical experience with Redis for tasks such as caching and pub/sub

• Understanding of Kafka and event-driven architectures

• Experience working with S3 (uploading, storing, access management)
