We are looking for a UAV Tester - a test engineer who will be responsible for the full cycle of field tests for our products. This is a specialist who combines deep technical knowledge with practical hands-on skills in the field.
They will be involved not only in data analysis but also in the direct preparation and execution of tests 🙌

Requirements/Hard Skills:
 

• 1+ years of experience as a UAV tester or in related positions;
• Diagnostics, soldering, and repair of low-voltage drone systems (5–24 V);
• Full assembly of an FPV drone, connection, and configuration of all components (FC, ESC, RX, VTX, GPS, camera, buzzer) via UART;
• Betaflight configuration, comprehensive drone setup "from scratch," optimization of PIDS/Filters/Rateprofile, and working with the CLI (dump, remapping);
• Updating and flashing boards, working with the ExpressLRS radio communication system;
• Using a multimeter and smoke stopper, safe launch, flight data analysis;
• Ability to pilot a drone in difficult conditions, prevent failsafe, and return the drone without a video signal.

Soft skills:
 

• Problem-oriented thinking, the ability to quickly diagnose the causes of malfunctions and fix a "bad drone";
• Attention to detail during soldering, assembly, and configuration of PIDS/filters;
• Ability to act effectively in critical situations (e.g., returning the drone without video);
• Ability to anticipate loss of control based on RSSI indicators and prevent failsafe.

Additional mandatory conditions:
 

• Category "B" driver's license for performing work tasks.

Requirements/Hard Skills:
 

• Proven, high-level experience with professional soldering equipment, including excellent proficiency with both SMD and Through-Hole (THT) components in a production setting;
• Strong foundational knowledge of electronic components (resistors, diodes, transistors, etc.) and a clear ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly diagrams;
• Demonstrated experience in diagnosing, repairing, and documenting faults in complex electronic devices;
• A solid understanding of technical standards (e.g., GOST, ISO) and their practical application in a manufacturing environment to ensure product quality and safety.

Will be a plus:
 

• Hands-on experience with CAD software (especially Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks) for reviewing models or designing assembly/testing fixtures;
• Direct experience with drone configuration software such as Betaflight, Mission Planner, or QGroundControl;
• Any experience in developing or improving assembly documentation, testing procedures, or quality control workflows.

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a focus on backend systems automation. You will join our team to ensure product quality, expand test coverage, and enhance our CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain automated and manual tests for backend services, APIs, and integrations;
• Contribute to the expansion and stability of the existing automation framework under guidance from senior engineers;
• Design and execute functional, regression, and integration tests, ensuring coverage of key business logic and data flows;
• Participate in code reviews, planning, and QA activities, providing feedback on testability and quality;
• Support CI/CD integration by configuring automated test jobs and analyzing their results;
• Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues;
• Maintain and improve test documentation (test plans, reports, coverage metrics);
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices and tools within the team.

Hard skills:

• 3-4 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer, ideally working with backend or full-stack systems;
• Solid understanding of test design principles (unit, integration, API, end-to-end);
• Experience with test automation frameworks - Python-based tools such as Pytest, Robot Framework, or similar preferred;
• Hands-on experience with API testing (REST, Postman, requests library, or comparable tools);l
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins) and ability to integrate test execution within pipelines;
• Working knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Docker Compose);
• Ability to create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, test results, defect reports);
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.

We are looking for a hands-on operational leader who can build structure, scale processes, and turn strategy into clear execution.

This role is for someone who can design and improve operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the company runs efficiently during active growth. If you’re a practical builder of processes who is comfortable owning both strategy and implementation. We want to talk to you!

The role provides direct access to the co-founders and real influence on the company’s operational architecture.

• You understand how business processes work and can quickly improve them;

• You communicate well with founders, teams, and technical specialists;
• You can turn ideas into practical workflows, systems, and decisions.

Hard skills:

• 5+ years in operations/management (COO, Operations Lead, PMO, etc.);
• Experience in building or improving internal operational processes;
• Strong project coordination & prioritization skills;
• Confident with Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards;
• Understanding of financial indicators (budgeting, P&L basics);
• Experience working with ERP systems, especially 1C/BAF (as a power user or process owner);
• English B2 for communication with partners;
• We don’t expect you to be a 1C/BAF expert from day one - but we do expect you to own the transition and deliver results: the system works, processes are documented, the team uses it, and there is control and measurable metrics;
• Willingness to take ownership of setting up/rebuilding 1C/BAF processes: gathering requirements, translating them into tasks/specs for developers, testing, rollout, and user training.

Responsibilities:

• Define operational priorities together with the co-founders and drive execution through teams;
• Build operational discipline: clear roles and responsibilities, rules and routines, regular syncs/reviews, and execution follow-up;
• Build and optimize core operational processes (finance flow, procurement, logistics, internal workflows);
• Coordinate company operations and align cross-functional teams;
• Lead operational projects and new initiatives from idea to implementation;
• Own 1C/BAF improvements in partnership with developers: customize, automate, and refine functionality based on business needs;
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge bases;
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decisions;
• Communicate with external partners and suppliers.

Обовʼязки: 

• Розробка та підтримка динамічної фінансової моделі компанії (включно зі сценарним плануванням) для оцінки інвестиційної привабливості та ризиків.
• Реструктуризація системи управлінської звітності (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet). 
• Глибокий аналіз маржинальності продуктів та R&D-проєктів. 
• Розрахунок та контроль ключових метрик (Burn Rate, CAC/LTV, EBITDA) для прийняття рішень щодо прайсингу.
• Контроль грошових потоків, валютний менеджмент та робота з банківським комплаєнсом. 
• Участь у побудові ефективної корпоративної структури, податкове планування та контроль трансфертного ціноутворення в міжнародному середовищі.
• Підготовка дашбордів та аналітичних записок для CEO з рекомендаціями щодо оптимізації витрат та точок росту.

Обов’язки:

• Тестування, налагодження та адаптація безпілотних систем у лабораторних та польових умовах
• Участь у польових випробуваннях та демонстраційних видах польотів робототехнічних платформ
• Запис відео з випробувань і логів систем (Blackbox, DataFlash)
• Здійснення перед-польотної підготовки та технічного обслуговування тестових БПЛА та обладнання
• Вивчення власних або сторонніх продуктів компанії з метою їх ефективної інтеграції у безпілотні системи
• Аналіз проектних вимог до тестування пристроїв, функціоналу програм та тест-стендів
• Визначення пріоритетів і планування тестування відповідно до вимог та графіку проєктів інтеграції
• Написання тестової документації та виконання тестування (ручне та автоматизоване)
• Участь у написанні технічної документації (звіти з випробувань, інструкції по користуванню, схеми збірок і складання)
• Надання первинних консультацій та технічної підтримки користувачам
• Комунікація з технічними командами з метою уточнення вимог, поліпшення якості продуктів та платформ
• Співпраця з пілотами технічних команд компанії та партнерів, надання пропозицій і зауважень, щодо покращення проведення випробувань
• Участь в контролі якості технічних релізів, робота з технічними командами задля виправленням проблем, написання тестових звітів по оновлених фічах

Що важливо для нас:

• Вміння літати на БПЛА коптерного типу
• Високі навички аналізу та усунення проблем
• Базове розуміння електроніки й схемотехніки (цифрової та аналогової)
• Базові навички читання електричних схем та знання графічного зображення електронних компонентів

• Базові знання комп’ютерних мереж
• Розуміння процесів розробки та тестування software/embedded/hardware продуктів
• Знання теорії тестування та високі навички її застосування на практиці (включаючи аналіз вимог, створення та впровадження тест планів, створення тест кейсів, звітів про тестування, тощо)
