We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to own and optimize our cloud platform. You’ll manage GCP/AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure.

Work Experience:

• 3–5 years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE);
• Proven experience managing Cloud Platforms in production (Kubernetes clusters, Cloud Services/Functions);
• Background in mid-size engineering teams, collaborating with developers and QA;
• Familiarity with external logging and metrics systems;

• Knowledge of modern release practices (semantic versioning, blue-green, canary deployments).

   

Technical Skills:

• Experience with GCP/AWS (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM, networking, storage, cost optimization);
• Strong knowledge of GitLab (or similar) for pipelines, automated build/test/deploy, and release management;
• Skilled in deploying and managing workloads, Helm charts, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting clusters;
• Hands-on with Terraform or equivalent tools for automated environment provisioning;
• Container security, secret management, access controls, backup & disaster recovery;

• Experience with tools like DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix, ELK.

   

Nice to have: 
​

• Scripting (Python/Bash) for automation;
• Knowledge of modern release strategies (semantic versioning, blue-green, canary deployments);
• SQL scripting (PostgreSQL).

Responsibilities:
 

• Manage and optimize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure;
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines/builds/agents (GitLab);
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices with Terraform;
• Ensure observability through monitoring and logging solutions;
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enable fast and reliable releases;
• Enhance security across infrastructure and deployments.

We are looking for a UAV Tester - a test engineer who will be responsible for the full cycle of field tests for our products. This is a specialist who combines deep technical knowledge with practical hands-on skills in the field.
They will be involved not only in data analysis but also in the direct preparation and execution of tests 🙌

Requirements/Hard Skills:
 

• 1+ years of experience as a UAV tester or in related positions;
• Diagnostics, soldering, and repair of low-voltage drone systems (5–24 V);
• Full assembly of an FPV drone, connection, and configuration of all components (FC, ESC, RX, VTX, GPS, camera, buzzer) via UART;
• Betaflight configuration, comprehensive drone setup "from scratch," optimization of PIDS/Filters/Rateprofile, and working with the CLI (dump, remapping);
• Updating and flashing boards, working with the ExpressLRS radio communication system;
• Using a multimeter and smoke stopper, safe launch, flight data analysis;
• Ability to pilot a drone in difficult conditions, prevent failsafe, and return the drone without a video signal.

Soft skills:
 

• Problem-oriented thinking, the ability to quickly diagnose the causes of malfunctions and fix a "bad drone";
• Attention to detail during soldering, assembly, and configuration of PIDS/filters;
• Ability to act effectively in critical situations (e.g., returning the drone without video);
• Ability to anticipate loss of control based on RSSI indicators and prevent failsafe.

Additional mandatory conditions:
 

• Category "B" driver's license for performing work tasks.

• Expertise in Power Management (BMS, PMIC, DC/DC conversion, thermal management);
• Experience with sensor integration (IMU, RS, GPS, cameras, Lidar);
• Integration of communication systems (RC + VR, control & video system transmission);
• Essential protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, Mavlink;
• Hands-on experience with RTOS and specific Flight Control OS (Betaflight, Inav, Arducopter, Arduplane, PX4);
• Mandatory proficiency in C or C++.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering;
• Experience with Fusion 360;

• Demonstrated success managing projects involving cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure);
• Previous exposure to infrastructure, DevOps, or systems engineering teams;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical details into clear updates for leadership;
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a talent for prioritization and time management;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud), modern infrastructure practices, Linux environments, and edge computing concepts (enough to converse effectively with the team);

Will be a plus:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience);
• Experience coordinating teams that work with hardware devices or embedded systems is a strong advantage;

• Proven, high-level experience with professional soldering equipment, including excellent proficiency with both SMD and Through-Hole (THT) components in a production setting;
• Strong foundational knowledge of electronic components (resistors, diodes, transistors, etc.) and a clear ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly diagrams;
• Demonstrated experience in diagnosing, repairing, and documenting faults in complex electronic devices;
• A solid understanding of technical standards (e.g., GOST, ISO) and their practical application in a manufacturing environment to ensure product quality and safety.

Will be a plus:
 

• Hands-on experience with CAD software (especially Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks) for reviewing models or designing assembly/testing fixtures;
• Direct experience with drone configuration software such as Betaflight, Mission Planner, or QGroundControl;
• Any experience in developing or improving assembly documentation, testing procedures, or quality control workflows.

This is a critical, hands-on role for a technical expert who thrives on complex, low-level challenges. You will work at the intersection of hardware and software, bringing new products to life by debugging boot-time failures, optimizing performance, and ensuring our hardware is fully supported by a robust, custom-built Linux environment.

If it sounds like you:

You are a deeply technical engineer who is fluent in C and possesses a comprehensive understanding of Linux kernel internals. You are not just a software developer, you are comfortable reading schematics, using a logic analyzer, and debugging hardware-level issues. You excel at optimizing systems for performance and enjoy collaborating closely with hardware and firmware teams to bring new boards from concept to production.

Responsibilities:
 

• Design, implement, and maintain Linux kernel modules and device drivers for ARM-based embedded systems;
• Develop and debug device tree configurations and board support packages (BSPs);
• Analyze and optimize kernel performance, latency, and resource usage;
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and product teams to bring up new boards and peripherals;
• Investigate and resolve complex hardware interface issues, kernel panics, and boot-time failures;
• Contribute to internal kernel build, CI, and deployment workflows.

Requirements/Hard Skills:
 

• Experience with C programming, advanced use of pointers, structs, memory management, and low-level bit operations;
• Strong experience with kernel concurrency primitives (spinlocks, mutexes, atomics);
• Deep understanding of OS concepts including process scheduling, interrupt handling, paging, caching, and user/kernel mode transitions;
• Solid knowledge of core subsystems (Scheduler, Memory Management, VFS);
• Expertise in the full stack: bootloaders, kernel, and root filesystem;
• Proven experience developing and debugging character, block, or network drivers;
• Hands-on experience with driver mechanisms (IRQs, DMA, MMIO) and peripheral buses (I²C, SPI, UART);
• Experience with subsystems like GPIO, PWM, ADC, watchdog, and camera sensors;
• Expertise in authoring, compiling, and debugging Device Tree (DTS/DTB) configurations;
• Advanced skills using printk, dmesg, ftrace, perf, strace, bpftrace, and kgdb; 
• Ability to use JTAG, OpenOCD, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes to diagnose low-level issues.

Will be a plus:
 

• Familiarity with reading and understanding SoC reference manuals and hardware schematics;
• Previous embedded systems experience on bare-metal or RTOS platforms;
• Experience in the complete board bring-up process, from hardware verification to adapting Linux BSPs.

• 6+ years of professional experience as a General QA Engineer (focusing on backend or full-stack systems), including experience in a leadership role;
• Proven ability to design, implement, or significantly extend automation frameworks from the ground up;
• Strong proficiency in test design principles (unit, integration, API, end-to-end);
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Python-based frameworks like Pytest, Robot, or similar are strongly preferred);
• Practical experience with API testing (e.g., REST, Postman, requests library);
• Solid experience working with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins);
• A firm understanding of containerized environments (Docker, Docker Compose);
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain automated test documentation and reporting (test plans, coverage, results).

Responsibilities:
 

• Define, implement, and maintain the automated test strategy and coverage across our backend, desktop, and internal tools;
• Design and build robust, scalable automated test suites for APIs, data flows, and core business logic, primarily using Python-based tools;
• Set up, configure, and manage test environments for both local development and CI/CD pipelines using containers (Docker) or virtualized setups;
• Actively participate in feature planning and architecture reviews to ensure testability and reliability are built in from the start;
• Integrate all automated test suites into our CI/CD pipelines and establish clear, actionable reporting;
• Identify, track, and report defects with detailed logs and diagnostic data to assist in rapid resolution;
• Own the release validation process by running and maintaining automated regression and smoke test suites;
• Contribute to our observability efforts (logs, metrics, error reporting) from a quality assurance perspective.
