Your Mission: Generate Pipeline, Build Our Foundation.
As one of our first dedicated Sales Development Representatives, you will be the crucial bridge between our innovative product and the dealerships that need it. You'll be prospecting, engaging, and qualifying leads, setting the stage for our Account Executives to close deals. This isn't just a dialing job; it's a career launchpad into SaaS sales at a high-growth AI company.
What You'll Do:
Outbound Outreach & Engagement (The "Reach"):
Multi-Channel Outreach: Contact prospects through a combination of:
Cold Email: Crafting short, compelling, value-driven emails.
Cold Calling: Picking up the phone to have direct conversations (still a critical skill).
Follow-Up Sequences: Persistently but professionally follow up (6-12+ touches) and finally try to book them an appointment with the AE
What We're Looking For:
- +1 Year of outbound sales or SDR experience (SaaS/tech preferred, but hungry candidates from any industry are encouraged).
- A track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. You're motivated by results and uncapped commission.
- Exceptional communication skills—you can build rapport quickly and articulate value.
- Resilience and a "no-fear" attitude towards cold outreach and rejection.
- A curiosity about AI and a passion for learning how technology transforms traditional industries.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous startup environment.
