We are looking for a proactive Lead Product Analyst to join Dripify (🔗 dripify.com) - a B2B SaaS platform that helps sales, recruitment, marketing teams and founders automate and scale LinkedIn outreach.

Our product enables businesses to generate leads, build meaningful professional relationships, and create predictable pipeline through smart prospecting workflows and automation.

In this role you will build the analytics function from zero, owning everything from event taxonomy and tracking plan to the warehouse architecture and the Tableau dashboards the product team checks every morning.

You will be a true partner to the product team: co-author of product decisions, not a ticket-executor. You will shape hypotheses, run experiments, find the Aha Moments for different user segments, and ensure that every roadmap decision is grounded in data.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a product / data analyst, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS
• Expert-level Amplitude, including hands-on implementation from scratch (event taxonomy, tracking plan, QA), not just using a pre-configured instance
• Expert-level Tableau, complex dashboards, LOD expressions, performance optimization, dashboard design for non-technical stakeholders
• Expert SQL, complex queries, window functions, data modeling for analytics use cases
• Proven experience building product analytics from zero: tracking plan, event taxonomy, naming conventions, data architecture
• Deep understanding of SaaS / PLG metrics: MRR, ARR, NRR, GRR, cohort retention, LTV, CAC, payback period, activation rate, expansion revenue
• Hands-on A/B testing experience: hypothesis design, power calculation, statistical significance, post-launch impact analysis
• Familiarity with the modern data stack: warehouse (BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift), ELT (Fivetran / Airbyte), transformation layer (dbt)
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)

Strongly preferred:

• Experience in a PLG product with a self-serve trial model
• Python for deeper analysis, automation, and statistical work
• Hands-on with FastSpring or similar merchant of record platforms: subscriptions, MRR movements, refunds, failed payments
• Experience selecting and implementing an analytics stack end-to-end
• Familiarity with the sales-tech/outreach/LinkedIn automation space

Responsibilities:

• Design and document event tracking structure, tracking plan, and naming conventions aligned to real business questions
• Implement Amplitude from scratch, spec requirements with engineering, QA events, configure charts and dashboards
• Design and build the data pipeline: product events + backend DB + payment system -> warehouse -> Tableau
• Make foundational decisions on the full analytics stack (warehouse, ELT, transformation layer) with full ownership
• Become a true partner to the product owners, co-author of product decisions, not a ticket-executor
• Participate in discovery: shape hypotheses, design experiments, identify user segments' Aha Moments
• Run end-to-end A/B testing: hypothesis, sample sizing, statistical significance, post-launch impact analysis
• Inform roadmap prioritization with data; push back when the data says otherwise
• Identify the Aha Moment for different segments: sales reps, recruiters, agencies
• North Star metric + supporting KPIs dashboard
• Funnel analytics: registration -> activation -> trial -> paid -> retention -> expansion
• User Base Overview and Account Base Overview with drill-down by status and company
• Activation flow with step-by-step drop-off and time-on-step visualization
• Cohort retention, feature adoption, MRR movement (new/expansion/churn/contraction/reactivation)
• Build dashboards across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition and activation to retention, expansion, and churn
• Build the analytics workflow: how requests come in, how insights flow back, how they feed into roadmap
• Create and maintain a metrics dictionary, data definitions, and ownership documentation
• Drive a self-serve culture, enable PMs to pull their own data without analyst bottlenecks

Dripify is investing heavily in organic content as a core acquisition channel, and we need someone who can execute at a high level.Your primary focus will be blog articles and web copy: product pages, comparison pages, landing pages, and the long-form content that brings in organic traffic month after month.You'll work inside our content team on content strategy and planning, but you'll own the writing end-to-end: research, structure, draft, and final output.You're comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow and know when the output is good enough versus when it needs real editorial work.

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years in content marketing or content writing in B2B, ideally SaaS or AI products.
• Strong writing across multiple formats: blog posts, pillar pages, landing pages, comparison pages.
• Solid grasp of SEO & GEO basics: keyword research, search intent, AI discovery.
• Regularly uses AI writing and research tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar) and knows their limitations.
• Good editorial judgment - you can take a mediocre draft and make it worth reading.

• Comparison and competitor pages: Write and maintain comparison pages that intercept high-intent searches and accurately represent where Dripify stands versus alternatives.
• Content refreshes: Audit existing articles, identify what's underperforming and why, and update or rewrite to improve rankings and quality.

We’re looking for a YouTube Content Manager who will manage Dripify content creation: YouTube as a primary brand awareness + inbound lead generation channel, lead-gen webinars, and a unified content system that compounds over time.

This role is strategic + operational. You’ll set the vision, orchestrate the end-to-end video content creation process, balancing hands-on execution with the effective management of inhouse team, external agencies, and run a high-output, high-quality content engine across video channels. • 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing/editorial/brand content roles with a primary focus on YouTube and video content creation.
• 2+ years in B2B SaaS (fast-growing and/or product-led is a strong advantage).

Video Content strategy & systems: Own Dripify’s YouTube and video content strategy and execution roadmap aligned with marketing and product goals. Build a scalable video content operating system: script briefs, production workflows, QA, planning cadence, and SOPs.

YouTube (brand awareness + lead gen): Manage YouTube as a growth channel: define pillars, formats, series, and production workflow. Own YouTube performance: packaging (titles/thumbnails), retention, watch time, CTR, and conversion into lead capture. Orchestrate the end-to-end video content creation process, balancing hands-on execution with the effective management of external agencies and vendors.

Webinars (lead generation engine): Launch and scale lead-gen webinars: topic selection, speaker strategy, landing pages, promotion, attendance, follow-up, sales handoff. Build repeatable webinar-to-content repurposing pipelines (clips, YouTube Shorts, and video assets for email/sales).

Inbound lead generation flow: Architect and optimize video-content-driven inbound journeys: video → LP → capture → nurture → MQL/SQL. Drive CTA strategy within videos and webinars to maximize conversion rates.

Team management & cross-functional collaboration: Manage and scale external agencies and vendors (video editors, designers, motion/video creators). Ensure brand voice, messaging, and tone are consistent, differentiated, and high-quality across all video and visual touchpoints. Collaborate with Sales to create and improve video-based sales enablement content (e.g., video case studies, product walkthroughs). Work with Product to translate features into clear, compelling messaging across video and webinar channels.

Analytics & optimization: Build dashboards to track YouTube and video content performance and make data-driven decisions (double down vs deprioritize). Run video content experiments: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.

• Experience producing or directing live-action videos (shoot planning, on-camera direction, scripting for real people).
• Experience partnering with influencers/ambassadors/industry spokespeople for co-created content.
• Experience building automation workflows in Make.com, n8n, etc. Hands-on experience building AI-assisted content systems (LLMs, AI writing tools, AI research workflows) that increase output without sacrificing quality, brand voice, or factual accuracy.
