Dripify is looking for a Product Owner who can turn ideas, customer needs, and data into exceptional user experiences. You’ll do discovery, define solutions, and ensure Dripify continues to innovate in LinkedIn automation, analytics, email, and AI-powered outreach.
 

You’ll work closely with Head of Product and Operations, transforming business requirements into clear specifications, epics, and acceptance criteria. From gathering insights and conducting market and competitor analysis to refining processes and shaping solutions, you’ll make sure every feature is well thought-out, valuable, and perfectly integrated into the product.
 

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and UX/UI designer to ensure requirements are clear, technical questions are resolved, and features meet quality standards. You’ll turn feedback from sales, support, and other teams into actionable improvements, manage the backlog to ensure we’re always ready for development, and continuously improve how we collect data, document processes, and deliver updates.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role working with B2B SaaS products
• You deliver complete features end-to-end, from discovery and research to specification writing, prototyping, refinement, release, and post-launch evaluation
• You have hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and work effectively in sprint-based teams
• You write clear, structured, and testable acceptance criteria, ensuring effective communication between product, design, development, and QA teams
• You have a strong analytical mindset and take initiative in conducting competitor research and gathering user feedback to shape impactful features
• You communicate effectively and align cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, QA, support, marketing, and sales around a shared product vision
• You have practical experience with Jira and Confluence for managing epics, user stories, backlogs, and product documentation at scale

Responsibilities:

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and research to prototyping, specification, development, release, and iteration

We're looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to co-own organic search strategy and execution at Dripify spanning technical and on-page SEO as well as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

This is a hands-on individual contributor role working alongside our content and marketing team. You'll define and execute the SEO roadmap, own our approach to AI-search visibility, and partner closely with content, product marketing, and analytics to grow qualified organic signups.
You'll also help define Dripify's strategy for emerging search experiences - making sure our content is structured, accurate, and citable across both traditional and generative search.

Responsibilities:

Technical SEO

• Own technical SEO and execution for Dripify web.
• Implement and maintain structured data (JSON-LD), sitemaps, canonical tags, and redirect strategies
• Run regular technical audits (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and prioritize fixes by business impact
• Monitor site speed, Core Web Vitals, and crawl/indexation health
• Develop content architecture and internal linking strategy to build topical authority

Content & Web SEO

• Own keyword research and prioritization, briefing writers on search and GEO intent
• Partner with the content team on the editorial roadmap, balancing bottom-funnel content (including competitor comparison pages) with category and cluster content
• Establish and maintain quality and accuracy standards for high-stakes commercial content
• Optimize content structure and formatting for AI Overviews and other LLM-powered search experiences

GEO / AI Search Visibility

• Build and own Dripify's approach to Generative Engine Optimization - structuring content so it's accurately surfaced and cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar platforms
• Track AI visibility and share of voice across Dripify's core categories using AI-visibility platforms
• Monitor the competitive landscape for GEO tactics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Implement entity and schema strategies that strengthen how LLMs parse and represent Dripify's content

External SEO / Off-Page Strategy

• Set the direction for link building and off-page SEO, working closely with in-house link building specialist to prioritize targets and campaigns
• Define what "quality" means for backlink acquisition - relevance, authority, and topical fit over volume
• Identify and prioritize link-worthy content opportunities (data studies, tools, thought leadership) in partnership with content
• Guide digital PR and outreach efforts to build domain authority and earn citations from reputable industry sources
• Monitor the backlink profile for toxic links, lost links, and competitive gaps, and adjust strategy accordingly
• Evaluate how off-page signals and citations feed into both traditional rankings and LLM trust/authority signals for GEO

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate with content, product marketing, and design on messaging and information architecture
• Present SEO/GEO performance and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership
• Work with engineering as needed on technical implementation

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally with real ownership of a B2B SaaS site's organic strategy
• Have deep technical SEO expertise: crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture
• Have hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC/GA4) and AI-visibility platforms (Otterly, Profound, or similar)
• Have practical experience with GEO/AEO - you've optimized content for AI Overviews or LLM citations and achieved results, not just read about the concept
• Take a data-driven approach to prioritizing SEO opportunities and can tie organic performance to paying customers, not just traffic
• Communicate clearly and can influence cross-functional stakeholders, including content and product marketing
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for effective communication.

Requirements:

• 10+ years building production software, several of them in a dedicated architecture capacity, primarily on Java / Spring or C# .Net or Python.
• Demonstrated ownership of platform-level architecture spanning multiple teams.
• Deep distributed-systems expertise — microservices, event-driven and event-sourced designs.
• A proven record of scaling systems through real growth in traffic, data volume, and contributing teams.
• Command of data, caching, and search architecture (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch) and of cloud-native operations — Kubernetes / EKS, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and CI/CD — with the ability to design infrastructure as a reusable, governed platform.

• Define and own the north-star architecture, the guiding principles, and the guardrails that keep six teams coherent without becoming a bottleneck.
• Establish lightweight architectural governance — reference architectures, Architecture Decision Records, an RFC process, and a tech radar — so decisions are deliberate, documented, and durable.
• Drive domain decomposition and service boundaries (DDD, bounded contexts), and design event-driven systems with sound consistency, idempotency, and resilience semantics.
• Set the observability strategy — metrics, logging, tracing, SLOs, and alerting standards — so teams can understand system behavior, debug quickly, and operate confidently at scale.
• Shape initiatives upstream: frame the problem, weigh build-vs-buy against total cost of ownership, and set a defensible long-term direction before engineering commits.
