We're Dreaver. We're a lifestyle brand, that currently sells treadmills and other fitness equipment for the home, direct to people who want to move more without a gym membership or the pressure from booking a class. We run ads in the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden — more markets can follow. Creative is the lever that moves the needle for us, and we are looking for a loyal editor to own our video output long-term.
This is direct-response editing, not video production. If your scope is weddings, corporate or long-form YouTube, we won't be a good client for you.
What you'd be doing
Cutting UGC, founder footage and mash-ups into Meta ads, 9:16 and 4:5. Hook variants tested against each other. Editing to AI voiceover with clean sync and pacing. Comfortable with AI b-roll or AI UGC shot from Higgsfield, made to not look like AI. Captions, pattern interrupts, retention pacing, end cards. Re-cutting winners into new angles instead of starting from zero.
Multiple markets | NL, DK, SE, ...
Native translators on the team handle scripting and copy per market, you don't need to write or speak Dutch, Danish or Swedish. A creative sense for scripting and concepting, someone who can push back on a script or suggest a better opening, is a big plus.
How we work
- Ownership matters, you don't wait for a brief to fix what you can already see.
- Speed. We'd rather test fast than think long. We learn by doing and improve as we go.
- Proactive. You don't wait around. You spot opportunities, flag problems, and act.
- Fix > perfect. See something that could be better? Fix it. Perfection isn't the requirement, progress is.
Tools
Premiere Pro or CapCut, non-negotiable. Comfortable with Higgsfield and ElevenLabs for the occasional AI shot and voice-overs. We're not hiring an AI specialist, just someone who won't freeze the first time AI footage lands in their timeline. When working together, we pay for all AI subscriptions, on our accounts.
What we offer
- Full-time
- $1300-2200+ per month, depending on level
- Perform well and you grow with us. More scope, better pay.
- Work when you work best. No fixed hours, just deadlines and a few hours overlap with Amsterdam CET
- Long-term. We want someone for years, not a project
How to apply
Reply with the subject line in exactly this format:
[Your name] | [years editing DR ads] | [months using Higgsfield] | [length in seconds of the AI video you're sending]
Example: Anna Nowak | 3 | 7 | 24
Then in the body, exactly these six lines and nothing else. No cover letter, no CV, no attachments — links only.
1. Best UGC or founder ad you've edited:
2. What it sold and how it performed:
3. Best AI video you've made (if any)
4. Best moment in the ad from line 1 — timestamp (mm:ss) and why, max 2 sentences:
5. Loom link (90 seconds max, camera on) --> open one of the two videos on your screen and talk us through one editing decision, and why. Not a pitch, not your CV. We want to hear how you think.
You will be skipped for: wrong subject format, a CV instead of links, attachments, "I am hardworking and a fast learner," or anything that could have been sent to any company.
We want to hear from you. Really see you and build that true connection.
