Role Overview:

At Drawer.AI, we're not just another IT company – we're on a mission to revolutionize the way the world sees Construction Industry with Generative Design and Reinforcement Learning.

We’re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Grasshopper specialist. You will be able to master your grasshopper and teamwork skills with us, by being a part of a complex project to shake the grounds of a traditional engineering design approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Automating Design Processes: Develop scripts to automate design processes for engineering networks, focusing on electrical and plumbing systems.
- Refinement and Optimization: Enhance and optimize existing script components to improve efficiency and functionality.
- Custom Node Development: Contribute to the development of custom nodes using Python or C# for increased functionality.
- Deadline Management: Demonstrate the ability to assess task scale and meet deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative Approach: Work collaboratively within the team to ensure seamless integration of automated design processes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Grasshopper.
- Proficiency in using data tree tools and managing complex data structures within Grasshopper.
- Writing custom nodes in Python and/or C#.

Nice to have:

- Experience in web development using JavaScript/TypeScript/Three.js/GLSL/WebGL.
- Familiarity with writing custom C++ methods and integrating them within a .NET environment.
- A solid understanding of linear algebra and its applications.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to scale and optimize our infrastructure. If you have strong expertise in cloud services, automation, and CI/CD, join us!

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, Serverless, RDS, S3, Route 53).

- Work with Kubernetes (Helm, ArgoCD, Karpenter, KEDA, gpu-operator).

- Automate infrastructure with Terraform (public/custom modules, Terraform Cloud, Scalr).

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

- Set up monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry).

- Support and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis).

- Tune Kafka and RabbitMQ for performance and reliability.

Requirements:

- AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry).

- Database management (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis).

- Kafka/RabbitMQ performance tuning.

Nice to have:
- Experience with ML projects and Apache Airflow.

- Understanding of event-driven architecture.

- Knowledge of FinOps (AWS cost optimization).

Role Overview:

At Drawer.AI, we're not just another IT company – we're on a mission to revolutionize the way the world sees Construction Industry with Generative Design and Reinforcement Learning.

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to oversee our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a proven track record of successfully managing software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan team composition and structure that enforce goals achievement and approve it with CEO/COO;

- Participate in product engineering strategy creation, suggest validated solutions;

- Decide on changes in work (methods, tools, and others) on a team level in consistency with Product approaches;

- Raise product risks to the Product manager, COO, CEO;

- Lead clarification of the technical background and estimate the projects for Product manager, COO, CEO;

- Maintain the delivery process;

- Escalate the internal issues to COO, CEO and contribute to its fast resolving;

- Request needed resources for a team (technologies, services, tools, budget, facilitation, etc.);

- Form requirements for the new positions;

- Suggest hiring/promotion/firing decisions;

- Adapt professional developments goals of the team with business needs, lead performance reviews.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in technology development, with at least 4 years in managing software development teams;

- Proven experience delivering software products effectively;
- Proven experience in establishing and improving SDLC processes;

- Strong experience and knowledge of agile frameworks of SW development like SCRUM, Kanban,  along with familiarity with code management and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployments (CI/CD);

- Strong analytical skills and data-oriented mindset;

- Excellent people management and communication skills;

- Experience with micro-service architecture;

- Proven record of products build from scratch;

- Understanding of testing approaches. proven record of releasing products of the right quality.
