Candidate Requirements - Unity Multiplayer Developer
Required:
- Good C# and Unity fundamentals.
- Experience building gameplay features with prefabs, physics, UI, and input.
- Basic understanding of multiplayer client/server architecture.
- Ability to write and run Unity NUnit tests.
- Ability to use Git and document setup clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a small Unity project.
Assessment expectations:
-Build a functional, readable solution within the agreed timebox.
-Follow the task brief and keep the scope focused.
-Demonstrate the feature with two local players.
-Include a short README with setup and test instructions.
- State any assumptions or known limitations.
Helpful, not required:
-Mirror or similar Unity networking experience.
-VContainer or other dependency-injection experience.
-Experience integrating third-party Unity assets.
-Commercial game-development experience.

Recruting will be done in 3 phases:

-Send your CV, with examples of current, previous projects only!

-After passing you will receive a test task - it is required before interview. It will be paid for - if done properly it will be. If not - we will provide info what is done poorly.

-After passing test task - Interview with game dev niche questions.
