As a PR Intern, you will support the Marketing and Communications team in strengthening DICEUS’s brand presence in the international insurance technology market. You will leverage AI-powered tools and traditional PR methods to research, analyze, and produce high-quality content that positions DICEUS as a trusted InsurTech partner. 

This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in PR, media relations, and market research while working in a dynamic, innovation-driven industry. 

🔹 Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct market and competitor research in the insurance technology sector. 
• Support preparation of press releases, media pitches, and LinkedIn content. 
• Identify and evaluate media outlets, journalists, and industry awards (US, UK, Europe) for brand promotion. 
• Monitor PR and communication activities of competitors and summarize key findings. 
• Create infographics, visuals, and marketing materials using AI/design tools (Midjourney, Canva, Jasper, etc.). 
• Assist in identifying market intent signals (e.g., modernization projects, partnerships, acquisitions). 
• Support PR activities for conferences, awards, and industry events. 
• Prepare weekly summaries of PR and media activities. 

🔹 Requirements 

• Strong interest in PR, marketing, and technology. 
• Good written and verbal English (B1–B2+). 
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear language. 
• Solid research and analytical skills. 
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, GrammarlyGO, Midjourney, Canva AI, Meltwater AI, BuzzSumo, Similarweb/AlphaSense). 
• Proficiency with Google Workspace / MS Office. 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Background in communications, marketing, journalism, or business. 
• Experience with B2B PR (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or InsurTech). 
• Understanding of global insurance and technology trends.

About you:

We are looking for a hands-on specialist who will support outbound campaigns by building highly accurate target lists, enriching contact data, and executing first-touch outreach including cold calls. 

This role is focused on execution. You will work with structured processes and tools, collecting and validating data, identifying the right contacts, and supporting multi-channel outbound campaigns. 

You will work directly with the outbound lead and follow a clear system. 

Responsibilities:

1. Target List Building 

• Research and identify companies within defined segments: MGA, captive managers, captives, multinational insurance players 
• Build structured lists from: association directories, regulator websites, LinkedIn, industry sources  
• Ensure: no duplicates, full coverage of the market  

2. Data Verification 

• Validate each company: confirm business type, confirm relevance to ICP  
• Fill in key fields: website, location, business focus, LinkedIn  
• Follow strict rules: no guessing, mark unknown instead of incorrect  

3. Contact Research & Enrichment 

• Find the right contacts for each company: leadership, operations, finance  
• Collect: name, title, LinkedIn, email, phone (if available)  
• Use tools: LinkedIn, Apollo / Lusha / Hunter / similar  
• Verify emails before use  

4. Data Management 

• Maintain clean and structured spreadsheets  
• Update CRM (e.g., HubSpot)  
• Log all activities: contacts added, data verified, outreach actions  

5. Cold Outreach Support 

• Execute initial outreach steps: LinkedIn connection requests, follow-ups, email sends  
• Perform cold calls: call direct numbers or office lines, ask to connect to the right person, log call outcomes  

6. Process Execution 

• Follow defined outbound processes and sequences  
• Work in batches and maintain high accuracy  
• Meet daily targets for: companies added, contacts enriched, calls completed  

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in: lead generation, research, outbound support  
• Strong ability to: search and find information online, work with structured data, follow processes  
• Experience with: LinkedIn, Excel / Google Sheets  
• Basic experience with outbound tools or CRM is a plus  

Nice to have:

• Experience with:  Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, or similar tools, HubSpot or other CRM, AI tools such as ChatGPT  
• Exposure to insurance, fintech, and B2B markets
