Join a fast-growing iGaming project as a Technical Integration Specialist and take full ownership of how our affiliate tracking and integrations work under the hood. You will play a key role in keeping commission plans, postbacks, and attribution flows accurate across our partner network.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain commission plans in the affiliate platform (Affilka): RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, minimum deposit requirements, baseline terms, and custom deals.
• Set up and troubleshoot S2S postbacks between the affiliate platform, tracking systems, and external partners (Affilka, Alanbase, Keitaro).
• Verify the full attribution flow: click → registration → FTD → repeat deposits, including sub-parameters, macros, and ID tracking.
• Set up affiliates, brands, promotional materials, and tracking links.
• Investigate discrepancies in statistics between partners and the platform: reproduce issues, identify root causes, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain documentation, including integration records, setup/configuration details, and Jira tasks.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a technical, integration, or affiliate operations role, preferably within iGaming, betting, or affiliate marketing.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms, ideally Affilka or similar solutions.
• Practical experience with tracking systems and S2S postback integrations; understanding of how postbacks are configured, tested, and troubleshot.
• Solid understanding of the affiliate attribution flow: click → registration → FTD → repeat deposits.
• Good knowledge of tracking parameters, sub-IDs, macros, click IDs, transaction IDs, and their role in attribution.
• Experience setting up and maintaining commission plans, including RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, baseline conditions, and custom affiliate deals.
• Ability to investigate tracking and statistics discrepancies, identify where data is lost or incorrectly transferred, and communicate findings to relevant teams or partners.
• Experience working with tracking solutions such as Keitaro, Alanbase, or similar tools would be a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of HTTP requests, URLs, GET parameters, redirects, cookies, and API/S2S integrations.
• Ability to independently test tracking links and integrations and validate whether events and parameters are transferred correctly.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation and working with task management tools such as Jira.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to troubleshooting.
• English sufficient for working with technical documentation.

We are building our gamification function from scratch within a fast-growing iGaming company. That’s why we are looking for a proactive Senior Gamification Manager to design and scale engaging player experiences, develop promotional mechanics, and drive retention and revenue through gamification.

This is a hands-on role with full ownership of gamification initiatives — from concept to execution — including large-scale promotional events, tournaments, and player engagement mechanics.

• Own and drive the gamification strategy across all brands and markets
• Identify opportunities to increase player engagement, retention, and NGR through gamification
• Develop scalable gamification frameworks aligned with CRM and promotional strategy
• Plan, build, and execute gamification campaigns end-to-end (missions, quests, tournaments, level systems)
• Manage the full operational setup, including configuration, QA, and launch of all mechanics

We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM & Retention Manager to strengthen and further develop the CRM function within our growing iGaming business.
This is not a role focused only on launching email or push campaigns. You will work with the full player lifecycle, retention and reactivation strategies, segmentation, automation, gamification, and CRM analytics.
The company is growing quickly, and our CRM processes are still evolving. Some foundations are already in place, but there is significant room to improve the existing approach, introduce new mechanics, test hypotheses, and influence how CRM operates across the business.
This role will suit someone who combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment with a high level of ownership.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
 

• Develop and continuously improve CRM, retention, and reactivation strategies across the player lifecycle.
• Identify CRM growth opportunities based on player behaviour, data, and business priorities.
• Build and optimise automated customer journeys, including onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, cross-sell, and upsell flows.
• Segment the player base by behaviour, lifecycle stage, value, activity, product preferences, and VIP status.
• Plan and manage CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, On-site, and In-app channels.
• Develop and test promotional, bonus, cashback, tournament, and gamification mechanics.
• Create and maintain the CRM campaign calendar in line with product, marketing, and commercial priorities.
• Analyse campaign and player performance using CRM and business metrics.
• Run structured experiments and A/B tests, evaluate results, and scale successful initiatives.
• Improve personalisation and communication relevance across player segments.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, VIP, Analytics, and other internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of CRM processes, reporting standards, and working practices.
• Present recommendations and support CRM decisions with data and clear business reasoning.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing.
• Relevant experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or betting.
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle, retention, reactivation, and CRM performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience building automated communication journeys.
• Strong knowledge of player segmentation and personalisation.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Smartico, Optimove, Emarsys, Braze, Fast Track, Customer.io, or similar.
• Experience with bonus, promotional, or gamification mechanics.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate data into practical decisions.
• Experience running A/B tests and CRM experiments.
