We are looking for a Project Manager who will become the operational backbone of the Product team and help ensure process transparency, effective cross-functional collaboration, and high-quality task execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, is comfortable working with large amounts of information, and is interested in growing towards Product Management.

What will be your main focus while working with us?

• Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of the Product team.
• Maintain transparency across processes, tasks, and cross-team communication.
• Create, maintain, and update internal documentation, knowledge bases, and process descriptions.
• Document meeting outcomes, key decisions, agreements, and follow-up actions.
• Support Product Managers in backlog management and keeping it up to date.
• Create, update, and monitor tasks in Jira or other project management systems.
• Track task progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Coordinate collaboration between Product, Development, Platform, Account Management, and other teams.
• Prepare status updates and ensure visibility into ongoing initiatives.
• Help the team adhere to established processes and agreements.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Have experience as a Project Manager, Product Operations Manager, Delivery Coordinator, Business Analyst, or in a similar process coordination role.
• Understand the product development lifecycle and how product or technical teams operate.
• Have hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or similar task management systems.
• Can effectively structure information, work with documentation, and maintain organized processes.
• Have strong organizational skills and can successfully manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
• Can communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• Have English proficiency sufficient for written communication and working with documentation.
• Are interested in further developing your career in Product Management.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of B2C product environments.
• Experience working with platform solutions, integrations, or Account Management processes.

Understanding of product metrics and data-driven decision-making approaches.

We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM & Retention Manager to strengthen and further develop the CRM function within our growing iGaming business.
This is not a role focused only on launching email or push campaigns. You will work with the full player lifecycle, retention and reactivation strategies, segmentation, automation, gamification, and CRM analytics.
The company is growing quickly, and our CRM processes are still evolving. Some foundations are already in place, but there is significant room to improve the existing approach, introduce new mechanics, test hypotheses, and influence how CRM operates across the business.
This role will suit someone who combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment with a high level of ownership.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
 

• Develop and continuously improve CRM, retention, and reactivation strategies across the player lifecycle.
• Identify CRM growth opportunities based on player behaviour, data, and business priorities.
• Build and optimise automated customer journeys, including onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, cross-sell, and upsell flows.
• Segment the player base by behaviour, lifecycle stage, value, activity, product preferences, and VIP status.
• Plan and manage CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, On-site, and In-app channels.
• Develop and test promotional, bonus, cashback, tournament, and gamification mechanics.
• Create and maintain the CRM campaign calendar in line with product, marketing, and commercial priorities.
• Analyse campaign and player performance using CRM and business metrics.
• Run structured experiments and A/B tests, evaluate results, and scale successful initiatives.
• Improve personalisation and communication relevance across player segments.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, VIP, Analytics, and other internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of CRM processes, reporting standards, and working practices.
• Present recommendations and support CRM decisions with data and clear business reasoning.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1.5-2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing.
• Relevant experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or betting.
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle, retention, reactivation, and CRM performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience building automated communication journeys.
• Strong knowledge of player segmentation and personalisation.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Smartico, Optimove, Emarsys, Braze, Fast Track, Customer.io, or similar.
• Experience with bonus, promotional, or gamification mechanics.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate data into practical decisions.
• Experience running A/B tests and CRM experiments.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise initiatives, and take ownership of results.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

It Will Be a Plus:

• Experience managing or mentoring CRM specialists.
• Experience working with several iGaming brands or products.
• Experience with both casino and sportsbook audiences.
• Experience developing a CRM function or improving existing CRM processes.
• Additional languages such as Spanish, German, or Greek.

We’re looking for a Affiliate Manager to grow and scale our affiliate direction in iGaming. In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing in new partners, onboarding and developing them, and driving performance to meet ambitious acquisition goals — with a strong focus on Tier-1 / Tier-2 GEOs.

What you’ll do:

• Source, attract, negotiate, and onboard new affiliates and partner networks (webmasters, media buyers, agencies, affiliate networks, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners.
• Scale partners and bring them to target ROI through continuous optimization and performance management.
• Work with Tier-1 / Tier-2 GEOs (e.g., DE, GR, ES, NED), with high-risk GEO experience as a plus.
• Analyze traffic quality and performance: monitor key KPIs, work with a wide range of metrics, and detect growth opportunities.
• Develop and test new growth / growth-hacking approaches to scale volumes and improve quality.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Tech teams to improve traffic volume, conversion, and quality.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online/offline meetups to expand your network and bring in new partners.

What we’re looking for (Must-have):

• 4+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming / gambling.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Ownership and proactivity: you take responsibility, move fast, and drive outcomes.
• A “test-and-learn” mentality and genuine interest in continuous growth-hacking.
• English level B2 or higher (for partner communication).
• Seniority level: Senior (ability to operate independently and own a direction).

Nice to have:

• Your own network / partner base in Tier-1 / Tier-2, especially SEO, PPC, and influencer partners.
• Experience with True Label or SoftSwiss brands/platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Affilka or similar tracking tools.
• Experience working with high-risk GEOs.

Success metrics:

• 1000+ FTD/month in Tier-1 by the end of probation, driven through affiliate acquisition, activation, and scaling with a clear ROI focus.
