About the role:

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong data expertise to design, implement, and improve our backend systems that power its narrative intelligence platform. Your role will involve working collaboratively to impact our product and service capabilities, and contributing to our growth and success in the narrative intelligence space.

As an early-stage startup, there's the fast-pace that comes with it: we make rapid decisions, shift priorities quickly, and you'll often be figuring things out as we scale.

Team: 25 engineers and 75 people in total within a product.

🛠 Desired Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of experience in building data analytics infrastructure.
• 4+ years of experience with FastAPI
• Great knowledges of data algorithms
• Great comprehension of distributed systems and cloud-oriented development (AWS experience is a preference).
• Ability to deliver absolutely clean, well tested code.
• Very strong understanding of large-scale database systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (B2 at least)
• Passion for the AI industry and experience with its tech.
• Proven background in working on products/start-ups/companies from Israel is a MUST;

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Rust developer with expertise in vehicle device communication and IoT integration, specifically with Azure platforms. The ideal candidate will work on developing and maintaining secure, efficient communication protocols between vehicle devices and cloud-based IoT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Rust-based applications for vehicle device communication
• Integrate vehicle data with Azure IoT services
• Improve and ensure reliable data exchange between devices and cloud platforms
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality technical solutions

• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and testing

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Rust programming 3+ years
• Experience with C++/C# 4+ years
• Strong understanding of IoT protocols and vehicle device communication
• Experience with Azure IoT platform and related services
• Knowledge of embedded systems and telematics is a plus

• Have 5+ years of proven industry experience in applying Machine Learning and AI techniques.
• Hold a university degree, preferably a PhD, in relevant fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Computer Science, or possess equivalent industrial experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Machine Learning principles and generative models, with an understanding of computational limitations and data privacy considerations.
• Showcase expertise in NLP/LLM, including prompt engineering, training, fine-tuning, RAG, evaluation, transfer learning techniques, and anomaly detection.
• Possess knowledge of Data Analysis/Processing, Data Visualization, and Storage systems (e.g., Databases, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses).
• Advocate for best coding practices, thorough documentation, rigorous reviews, data integrity, security, and performance optimization, with expertise in the Python ecosystem and popular ML libraries/frameworks, including those tailored for LLM. Have experience in Infrastructure management (MLOps/LLMOps, AWS/GCP Clouds, SQL, REST APIs, GitHub), and overseeing end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Previous software development experience and familiarity with our tech stack (React and Java) are advantageous.

• Lead AI/DS/ML initiatives organization-wide, overseeing the entire ML lifecycle from conception to execution.
• Drive continuous development of AI/ML functionalities for our SaaS product, prioritizing well-structured, secure, and scalable code, complemented by comprehensive documentation and rigorous testing protocols.

For our client in the semiconductor industry, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in agile software engineering and containerization technologies. You will play a key role in enhancing automation, extending CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining cluster infrastructure applications in Kubernetes-based environments. This position is ideal for someone passionate about infrastructure efficiency and security, with a hands-on approach to DevOps in on-premise setups.
 

The role is remote, however, onsite workshops in Germany or Austria (4-6 times per year) are an important part of the job, and attendance is required.

🛠 Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes application development.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (must-have); OpenShift experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Helm charts, ArgoCD, GitOps, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes edge and non-edge solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes security features and best practices.
• Focus on on-premise Kubernetes environments (no cloud DevOps focus).

• Proven experience as a Senior-level DevOps professional.

🎯 Responsibilities
 

• Lead the migration of applications and test setups from Linux-based Kubernetes to OpenShift (on-premise).
• Enhance application security with Service Mesh, Pod Admission Policies, Network Policies, and secure image whitelisting.
• Maintain and improve monitoring and logging components.
• Optimize alerting mechanisms and cluster resource usage.
• Perform version updates and upgrades on infrastructure applications.
• Provide technical support to resolve incidents related to both technical and process flow issues.
• Support customers in migrating projects to Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless DevOps operations.
