About the Company:
We develop and promote niche mobile applications for iOS on a subscription model. Our focus is on high-margin products in the "cleaner" app segment. We are currently scaling our traffic and are looking for a true expert in user acquisition to join our team.

About the Role:
— Planning, launching, and optimizing traffic acquisition campaigns on Google Ads (the primary channel) for iOS applications.
— Developing and testing creative strategies with a focus on video creatives, specifically modal ads that mimic system notifications.
— Managing large budgets and distributing them effectively to achieve target CPA goals.
— Full-cycle campaign management: from creating creatives to analyzing performance and scaling successful setups.
— Close collaboration with the team to achieve key business metrics.

We are looking for a specialist who:
— Has a proven track record as a User Acquisition Manager / Media Buyer in large companies specializing in iOS applications (niche apps, cleaners, VPNs).
— Mandatory experience: Working with Google Ads and apps on a subscription model.
— The ideal candidate has deep experience with modal ad creatives for YouTube and other video platforms within Google UAC.
— Understands key metrics: Cost per Subscription (CPA), Cost per Trial, Retention.
— Has experience managing large monthly budgets (around $30k+ per month and above).
— Is ready to work on our products on a full-time basis.

It will be a big plus:
— Experience buying traffic for niche iOS applications (cleaners, utility).
— Skills in creating and analyzing video creatives.

We are looking for a Senior iOS Developer who can take full ownership of features and deliver high-quality production code with minimal oversight. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the product, navigating complex iOS internals, and making pragmatic technical decisions. 

About the Product & Impact

You will be joining a team building a secure, privacy-focused communication platform designed for organisations where data protection, control, and regulatory compliance are mission critical. The product provides encrypted messaging, voice, and video communication built on a zero-trust security architecture with strong end-to-end encryption. It supports flexible deployment models, including on-premise and controlled cloud environments, and is used by security-sensitive and regulated organisations to protect confidential communications and maintain full data sovereignty.

What You Will Do

• Own iOS features end-to-end: from design and implementation to release and post-release support
• Work autonomously, making architectural and technical decisions when needed
• Maintain and evolve an existing codebase, including refactoring and modernization efforts
• Collaborate asynchronously with clear and concise communication
• Debug complex production issues using logs, crash reports, and advanced tooling

Core Requirements 

• Strong proficiency in Swift
• Deep UIKit expertise with production iOS applications
• Strong feature ownership mindset - you build it, ship it, and maintain it
• High level of autonomy and accountability 
• Strong understanding of app signing, provisioning, certificates, and distribution workflows
• Advanced debugging skills: crash log analysis, LLDB, Instruments, and production issue investigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 

Strong Plus 

• Knowledge of multiple app distribution methods (App Store, TestFlight, enterprise, internal)
• Experience with multi-configuration or white-label builds
• Maintaining or migrating legacy iOS codebases
• Build and CI automation experience, especially with Jenkins
• Working knowledge of Network.framework and WebSockets 
• Experience with iOS App Extensions
• Familiarity with Objective-C in mixed codebases
• Experience with VoIP stacks: WebRTC, PushKit, CallKit 
• Experience with gRPC and/or Protocol Buffers
• Experience with iOS database systems (e.g. YapDatabase) 
• Working with private CocoaPods frameworks
• Experience with code obfuscation or protection systems 
• Exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM)
• Familiarity with applied cryptography concepts
