• Own and execute the product vision for Web Team, ensuring alignment with business strategy and growth goals.

Skills we are looking for     

• 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Certifications in Scrum (CSPO, PSPO), Agile methodologies, or Product Management (e.g., Reforge) are a plus.    
• English – Intermediate and above.  
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).  
• Experience in writing clear, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.  
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs.  
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.

The role involves building and scaling a multi-channel demand generation engine beyond organic growth, strengthening cross-functional collaboration with Product and Sales, and balancing strategic ownership with hands-on execution to drive pipeline and revenue impact.

Impact you will make 

• Conduct competitor analysis and continuously monitor market and consumer trends, presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategy focused on driving revenue growth and pipeline generation.

• Proven track record of executing marketing strategies, scaling acquisition channels, and building sustainable organic growth engines
• Experience owning MQL and pipeline targets, with direct responsibility for marketing performance
• Strong leadership experience, including managing and scaling marketing teams (10+ people), hiring, training, and performance management.
• Deep expertise in product marketing strategy, including segmentation, ICP definition, competitor analysis, and customer research (interviews, surveys, focus groups).
• Strong understanding of core marketing concepts: positioning, customer journey, sales funnel, key messaging, content and media planning, KPIs, and performance analysis.
• Proven experience launching and optimizing omnichannel campaigns across paid and organic channels (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), with a strong focus on conversion and ROI.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), and web analytics (GA4, UTM attribution), with the ability to measure and optimize performance.

This role focuses on building scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend solutions for white-label and SaaS platforms. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side systems, ensuring smooth integration with client applications and third-party services.

• Implement new technologies and engineering practices to optimize development processes and improve product quality.
• Define and maintain the overall system architecture, establish design patterns, and ensure technical decisions align with business objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure APIs.

• At least 5 years of experience as a .NET Developer (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core), preferably in a tech-focused environment.
• Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
• Deep understanding of software principles: SOLID, IoC, OOP, design patterns, and client/server architecture.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with version control using Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, reviews).
• Familiarity with authentication concepts and secure application development (OAuth2, JWT).
• Experience with relational databases and ORM tools (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Entity Framework Core).
• Experience with testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Moq).
• Knowledge of Docker/docker-compose and basic CI/CD processes.
• Performance optimization skills: profiling .NET applications, identifying bottlenecks, and improving throughput.

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Specialist to lead the design and implementation of the new Corporate Portal on SharePoint Online (Modern).  

This is a 3–4 month flex-time contract engagement focused on building a high-impact, user-centric intranet hub for 350+ employees across multiple business units. 

Note: The role combines architecture and implementation aspects. The project follows an OOTB SharePoint Modern approach for the MVP stage, with potential extension to Power Platform and Viva in later phases.  

• Define SharePoint Modern hub architecture (Home, BU, Core, Culture, Career, Policies, Tools) 
• Develop reusable page templates and layouts following Devart brand and UX wireframes 
• Configure navigation, permissions, search, and site hierarchy 
• Set up Communication and Hub Sites for Devart Group and each Business Unit 
• Configure metadata, libraries, lists, and user permissions 
• Integrate with Azure AD, Teams, and other tools (PeopleForce, Jira, Confluence) 
• Work closely with Product Owner (COO) and IT Lead to align on scope and priorities 
• Cooperate with Designer (branding), HR (content), and BU content coordinators 
• Conduct regular demos, gather feedback, and refine the solution iteratively 
• Create technical documentation, admin guides, and user manuals 
• Train content editors and administrators on portal management 
• Prepare the final handover package for internal IT and HR teams 

Skills we are looking for    

• 4–6+ years of experience with SharePoint Online (Modern), preferably in a tech or SaaS environment 
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online  
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, navigation, site design, and content structuring 
• Basic understanding of Azure AD integration and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) 
• Experience with Power BI embedding and content migration tools 
• Knowledge of intranet UX design principles and governance best practices 
• Strong communication skills, independence, and self-organization 
• AI-augmented development — confident use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate customization development (SPFx, JS/TS, PowerShell, Power Platform)

Our ecosystem includes rider and driver apps, a real-time dispatch system, admin dashboards, and branded web portals — all backed by a secure, scalable Azure infrastructure. We offer both SaaS and franchise models to help partners grow fast across regions.
 

Your mission:

As Head of Engineering at Mobion, your mission is to transform engineering into a true strategic growth engine — not just a delivery function.

You will architect the technological foundation that enables Mobion to scale across countries, handle millions of rides reliably, and continuously reduce time-to-market in a highly competitive mobility space.

This is a role for a builder and a system thinker.
You will design a scalable, future-proof platform, elevate engineering standards, and cultivate a high-performance organization where ownership, speed, and technical excellence coexist.

You won’t simply lead teams — you will define how engineering shapes product innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term business advantage.

The impact you will make:

• Technical Strategy & Alignment
  Define and own the long-term technical vision aligned with Mobion’s growth strategy (SaaS+ Franchise expansion). Translate business objectives into scalable architecture and execution roadmaps. Act as a strategic partner to the Head of BU and Product leadership.
• Architecture & Innovation
  Lead high-level architectural decisions for a distributed, real-time ride-hailing ecosystem (dispatch, mobile apps, admin tools, APIs). Ensure platform scalability, performance, and resilience under growing load and regional expansion.
  Drive Buy vs. Build decisions and continuously evolve the tech stack.
• AI & Automation Strategy
  Lead the integration of AI-driven capabilities into the product and engineering workflows, including:
  -Demand prediction & dynamic pricing optimization
  -Smart dispatch & route optimization
  -Fraud detection & anomaly monitoring
  -AI-assisted development (code review automation, test generation, performance analysis)
  Build a roadmap for leveraging AI to improve both customer value and internal engineering productivity.
• Engineering Leadership & Team Growth
  Own hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies. Define competency frameworks, career paths, and drive continuous growth of engineering talent and knowledge sharing.
• Operational Performance & Delivery Excellence
  Set KPIs for engineering leads, run performance reviews, and own PDPs. Optimize the SDLC to ensure predictable delivery, quality, reliability, and security.
• Culture & Ways of Working
  Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and technical excellence. Champion Agile/Scrum and DevOps best practices across teams.
• Resources, Budget & Operations
  Plan and manage engineering resources, capacity, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Reliability, Security & Compliance
  Act as the final escalation point for critical incidents. Ensure robust incident management, disaster recovery, and compliance with security and data protection standards (Fintech / Ride-hailing).

• Scaling Mobion to new countries while maintaining architectural integrity
• Improving estimation accuracy and predictability across teams
• Reducing time-to-market without increasing technical debt
• Managing platform complexity as the product ecosystem grows
• Implementing AI-driven features in a way that delivers real business value
• Ensure platform reliability (SLA/SLO), system scalability, incident reduction
• Strengthening cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Operations
• Building a strong second layer of engineering leadership

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP of Engineering, CTO, Head of Engineering), ideally within high-load systems or the ride-hailing / logistics domain.
• Can translate business objectives into technical strategy and long-term roadmaps.
• Has proven experience leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps) and managing capacity and resource allocation.
• Possesses a deep understanding of software development methodologies and process optimization.
• Has a strong architectural-level understanding of Node.js, React, and microservices (to guide and challenge the team, not necessarily to code).
• Has experience planning and managing technical budgets, infrastructure costs, and engineering resources.
• Demonstrates solid knowledge of AWS / Google Cloud / Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and scalability & reliability principles.
