Your mission:

As Head of Engineering at Mobion, your mission is to transform engineering into a true strategic growth engine — not just a delivery function.

You will architect the technological foundation that enables Mobion to scale across countries, handle millions of rides reliably, and continuously reduce time-to-market in a highly competitive mobility space.

• Technical Strategy & Alignment
  Define and own the long-term technical vision aligned with Mobion’s growth strategy (SaaS+ Franchise expansion). Translate business objectives into scalable architecture and execution roadmaps. Act as a strategic partner to the Head of BU and Product leadership.
• Architecture & Innovation
  Lead high-level architectural decisions for a distributed, real-time ride-hailing ecosystem (dispatch, mobile apps, admin tools, APIs). Ensure platform scalability, performance, and resilience under growing load and regional expansion.
  Drive Buy vs. Build decisions and continuously evolve the tech stack.
• AI & Automation Strategy
  Lead the integration of AI-driven capabilities into the product and engineering workflows, including:
  -Demand prediction & dynamic pricing optimization
  -Smart dispatch & route optimization
  -Fraud detection & anomaly monitoring
  -AI-assisted development (code review automation, test generation, performance analysis)
  Build a roadmap for leveraging AI to improve both customer value and internal engineering productivity.
• Engineering Leadership & Team Growth
  Own hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies. Define competency frameworks, career paths, and drive continuous growth of engineering talent and knowledge sharing.
• Operational Performance & Delivery Excellence
  Set KPIs for engineering leads, run performance reviews, and own PDPs. Optimize the SDLC to ensure predictable delivery, quality, reliability, and security.
• Culture & Ways of Working
  Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and technical excellence. Champion Agile/Scrum and DevOps best practices across teams.
• Resources, Budget & Operations
  Plan and manage engineering resources, capacity, budgets, and vendor relationships.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP of Engineering, CTO, Head of Engineering), ideally within high-load systems or the ride-hailing / logistics domain.
• Can translate business objectives into technical strategy and long-term roadmaps.
• Has proven experience leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps) and managing capacity and resource allocation.
• Possesses a deep understanding of software development methodologies and process optimization.
• Has a strong architectural-level understanding of Node.js, React, and microservices (to guide and challenge the team, not necessarily to code).
• Has experience planning and managing technical budgets, infrastructure costs, and engineering resources.
• Demonstrates solid knowledge of AWS / Google Cloud / Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and scalability & reliability principles.

The AI Innovation Team is building a cutting-edge product designed to redefine how professionals interact with complex data and workflows, leveraging modern AI technologies and advanced integrations.

Product Content brings together teams responsible for website content, documentation, and design, covering the entire content ecosystem within the Devart BU. This includes managing and evolving the website, blog, product documentation, and the overall UI/UX content experience.

• Deep understanding of software principles: SOLID, IoC, OOP, design patterns, and client/server architecture.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with version control using Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, reviews).
• Familiarity with authentication concepts and secure application development (OAuth2, JWT).
• Experience with relational databases and ORM tools (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Entity Framework Core).

Your future team of professionals   

You will become part of a dynamic team of professionals who are deeply passionate about our product. The team includes Head of Sales, 2 Customer Success Managers, a Sales Development Representative, and a Sales Manager, each playing a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering success. 

Your future challenges     

You will be building the outbound lead generation function from scratch, with a unique opportunity to directly influence and shape processes, messaging, and overall strategy. This role offers high ownership and the ability to make a tangible impact on how the lead generation engine is built and scaled. 

Impact you will make   

This is a hunter role with partial SDR coverage. Primary focus - outbound pipeline generation; secondary responsibility - support selected inbound flows. 

• Conduct ICP and account research to identify target accounts, buyer personas, key triggers, and relevant use cases aligned with Skyvia’s ideal customer profile. 
• Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, CRM data, and other research sources. 
• Execute personalized multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate new conversations and opportunities. 
• Drive pipeline creation by booking qualified discovery meetings and continuously testing messaging, segmentation, and outreach approaches to improve conversion rates. 
• Own selected inbound channels and ensure timely responses within agreed SLAs to avoid losing promising leads. 
• Qualify and prioritize inbound leads by identifying business needs, technical requirements, urgency, and fit (MQL/SQL criteria). 
• Maintain consistent follow-up, nurture high-potential leads, and identify partnership or expansion opportunities when relevant. 
• Keep Zoho CRM up to date with accurate information on activities, lead sources, scoring, notes, and next steps. 
• Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to Sales Executives, providing clear context, use cases, and recommended next actions. 

• Share insights on lead quality, objections, and messaging performance with Marketing and Product teams. 

   

Skills we are looking for   

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or outsourcing/service IT businesses in a lead generation role, with a strong focus on outbound. Proven success in outbound prospecting is required. 
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken). 
• Confident use of outbound prospecting tools and data sources (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, CRM systems, sequencing tools). 
• Ability to research ICP, personalize outreach, run multi-channel prospecting, and qualify opportunities through discovery. Ability to turn cold prospects into warm leads is a must for this role. 
• Strong CRM discipline, pipeline management, and reporting skills, with the ability to balance outbound targets and inbound SLA execution.

Які навички для нас важливі: 

• 3+ років досвіду в операційному управлінні в сферах marketplace, логістики, last-mile, ride-hailing або FMCG 
• Досвід управління командою від 10+ людей

• Навички управління процесами, побудови SLA та KPI 
• Впевнене володіння Excel/Google Sheets, аналітичний підхід, уміння прогнозувати

Твої майбутні челенджі:

• Залучення користувачів в мобільні застосунки OnTaxi
• Оптимізація рекламних кампаній з просування застосунків у Google Ads (фокусний канал) та в інших каналах

• Розробка та реалізація аналітичних дашбордів у GA4 та Аppsflyer;

Як ти впливатимеш на сервіс:

• Впроваджуй комплексну стратегію цифрового маркетингу для залучення нових користувачів (водіїв і пасажирів) та утримання наявних;
• Розробляй та проводь А/Б тестування підходів до взаємодії з користувачами через онлайн рекламні кампанії, аналітику та інтерпретацію результатів;
• Працюй з Firebase, Data Studio та Google Analytics;
• Визначай ключові цілі, показники ефективності (KPI) та способи їх вимірювання для оцінки успішності кампаній;
• Управляй РРС каналом цифрового маркетингу для ефективного залучення користувачів;
• Оптимізуй та покращуй текстове наповнення та зовнішній вигляд офіційного сайту, лендингів та вигляд сторінок застосунків у маркетах;
• Готуй регулярні звіти про результати реалізованих рекламних кампаній, оцінку ефективності заходів за допомогою аналітичних інструментів;
• Приймай участь у підготовці та контролюй виконання бюджету свого напряму.

• 2+ роки у маркетингу, досвід роботи з застосунками;
• Розуміння методів залучення клієнтів (PPC та інші);

Робота з цифровою рекламою

• Налаштування та оптимізація кампаній у Meta Ads або Google Ads для промо застосунків 
• Робота з ретаргетингом, сегментацією, тестуванням стратегій;
• Оцінка ефективності через ROI, LTV, CAC (CPA).

Аналітика та прийняття рішень

• Використання Google Analytics, Power BI для аналізу користувачів та ефективності реклами;
