Your future team of professionals  

You will join a collaborative team focused on creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation for Skyvia. The team currently includes TW Lead and 2 Technical Writers. 

Your future challenges & opportunities   

You will have the opportunity to work with a technically complex B2B SaaS product and directly influence the quality of Skyvia’s documentation and overall user experience. You will dive deep into data integration, data management, and the modern data stack, work with new functionality from development through release, and evolve the documentation alongside the product. 

At the same time, the role involves navigating a broad set of product features and technical concepts, independently validating product behavior, and turning complex information into clear and user-friendly documentation. You will also balance release-related documentation work with the continuous improvement of existing content. 

Impact you will make   

• Create, update, and continuously improve Skyvia technical documentation, including product guides, how-to articles, and other user-facing content. 
• Prepare release notes and documentation for new product features and releases. 
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, Product, Development, QA, and other teams to gather and validate technical information. 
• Review, refactor, and improve existing documentation structure and content.  
• Proofread and edit content created by internal and external authors. 
• Create and update UI copy for Skyvia and SkyBackup applications. 
• Create and maintain website content for Skyvia and SkyBackup. 
• Prepare content for the Partnership team, Integration Gallery, and Automation Gallery. 
• Create and edit video content for Skyvia’s YouTube channel and marketplaces. 
• Participate in technical demos to understand new functionality and prepare accurate documentation. 
• Contribute to improving documentation standards, structure, and overall user experiencе. 

Skills we are looking for   

• At least 2 years of experience creating technical documentation for software or SaaS products, including user guides, tutorials, how-to articles, release notes, API documentation, UI texts, and other product-related content. 
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher. 
• Ability to understand complex technical functionality and explain it clearly to end users. 
• Experience working with technical topics such as databases, APIs, integrations, developer tools, and client-server architecture. 
• Understanding of DBMS, cloud storage, client-server architecture, and SDLC principles. 
• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or any programming language. 
• Hands-on experience with Markdown, Git, HTML, and CSS; familiarity with Jade or similar markup/template languages is a plus. 
• Familiarity with popular technical writing style guides, such as Microsoft, Google, or Apple. 
• Ability to process large volumes of technical information, identify key concepts, and present them in a clear and structured way. 
• Experience working with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas, or similar software would be a plus. 
• A portfolio or examples of technical documentation would be an advantage.

Your mission:

As Head of Business Development, you will own revenue growth and build a scalable sales engine focused on proactive customer acquisition and international expansion.

Your key mission will be to build outbound sales from scratch, identify and engage high-potential accounts, and turn them into closed deals while expanding existing lead generation through account-based outbound, partnerships, and industry-specific channels.

• Build and shape Mobion’s commercial function with direct ownership of revenue and pipeline growth.

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years of individual quota ownership and end-to-end deal closing.
• Proven experience building outbound sales from scratch, from segmentation and messaging to first closed deals.
• Experience in complex mid-market sales with multiple decision-makers, 1–6 month sales cycles, pilots, and technical implementation.
• Experience launching B2B products in new geographic markets and owning commercial results.
• Strong understanding of the unit economics of different sales channels and GTM motions.
• Experience leading sales teams, including pipeline management, coaching, and performance tracking.
• Experience selling into traditional, non-tech industries and engaging decision-makers through phone and in-person outreach.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1+).

Will be a plus:

• Experience in mobility, ride-hailing, fleet management, logistics software, or related industries.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will help establish the quality foundation for a new AI-powered product.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business Analysis, and other QA professionals to define quality standards, testability requirements, automation priorities, and release criteria. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with a high level of ownership.

You will not only test features after implementation. You will contribute to product quality throughout the development lifecycle — from requirements and solution design to release validation and continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Build and evolve the QA strategy, quality standards, testability requirements, and release criteria for a new AI-first product.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams during requirements refinement, solution design, risk analysis, and estimation.
• Define and execute a risk-based testing strategy focused on critical user journeys, integrations, data integrity, and reliability.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, acceptance, exploratory, and non-functional testing of web, backend, API, and data-driven workflows.
• Validate product behavior through the UI, APIs, logs, database queries, observability data, and pipeline artifacts.
• Build, maintain, and improve automated tests for critical user flows, APIs, integrations, and regression scenarios; integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Report, investigate, and verify defects; collaborate with engineers to identify root causes and improve product testability.
• Test AI-powered features with non-deterministic outputs using evaluation criteria, quality rubrics, thresholds, tolerances, and representative test datasets.
• Support AI regression testing and validate AI behavior for relevance, correctness, groundedness, reliability, safety, and expected workflow outcomes.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Experience testing web applications, backend services, APIs, and client-server systems.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and QA best practices.
• Experience designing, writing, maintaining, or significantly contributing to automated test coverage.
• Experience with API testing and API debugging tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Fiddler, Charles, or similar tools.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, pytest, NUnit, xUnit, SpecFlow, or similar tools.

— Expert knowledge in SQL

— Knowledge of mathematical and applied statistics, probability theory, regression analysis

You will lead and work closely with the Mobion Backend Team, currently consisting of four Backend Developers. In this role, you will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, helping the team make sound architectural decisions, improve engineering practices, and deliver reliable backend solutions.

• Combine hands-on Node.js/TypeScript development with technical leadership of the Backend Team.

Working within a product-focused company environment, the specialist supports the preparation and maintenance of test environments for internal teams, ensures the proper operation of various operating systems and software, and performs initial diagnostics of infrastructure-related issues.

The position involves close collaboration with the IT team and business units, participation in internal IT projects, and a gradual expansion of responsibilities as technical expertise grows.

IT Support & HelpDesk (L1–L2):

• Handling user requests, diagnosing issues, and resolving incidents.

• Має досвід роботи з mobile-продуктами (iOS/Android) та високонавантаженими real-time системами
• Має досвід marketplace optimization — управління балансом supply і demand, liquidity, matching та conversion rate
