• At least 5 years of experience as a .NET Developer (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core), preferably in a tech-focused environment.
• Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
• Deep understanding of software principles: SOLID, IoC, OOP, design patterns, and client/server architecture.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with version control using Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, reviews).
• Familiarity with authentication concepts and secure application development (OAuth2, JWT).
• Experience with relational databases and ORM tools (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Entity Framework Core).
• Experience with testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Moq).

We are building, from scratch, a modern intranet hub for 350+ employees across 5 units (4 business units + Core). You will lead both the architecture and the hands-on build: shape the SharePoint Modern structure, apply our brand so it looks genuinely corporate and polished, and hand it over as a living product. Our landscape is multi-tenant: a Devart Group hub plus separate Microsoft 365 tenants across 5 units (4 business units + Core). Making them feel like one coherent portal — cross-tenant navigation and shared design — is part of the challenge.

Your future team of professionals 

You’ll join a cross-functional team of experienced professionals including a COO, IT Lead, internal designer, and developer/markup specialist. The team also involves HR and Business Unit representatives who ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with company culture.

Impact you will make 

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Specialist to lead the design and implementation of the new Corporate Portal on SharePoint Online (Modern).

This is a 3–4 month flex-time contract engagement focused on building a high-impact, user-centric intranet hub for 350+ employees across multiple business units.

The load is intentionally variable:

• Phase 1 — dense build (~2-3 months) to deliver the MVP portal.
• Then — light ongoing support with a floating load as the portal goes live.
• Later — a likely Phase 2 sprint (deeper custom work, Power Platform, Viva, integrations).

For an experienced specialist who already has a main engagement, this is a paid, high-impact side engagement with a long-term horizon.

What you will do

• Define the SharePoint Modern hub architecture across our multi-tenant landscape (Home, BU, Core, Culture, Career, Policies, Tools).
• Set up Communication and Hub Sites for Devart Group and each Business Unit, including cross-tenant navigation and search.
• Apply Devart branding through theming and CSS, and build the page layouts and web parts from the UX wireframes.
• Add targeted custom components (SPFx / React) for specific blocks where out-of-the-box is not enough.
• Configure information architecture, permissions, metadata, libraries and lists; integrate with Azure AD and Teams (and, as scoped, PeopleForce, Jira, Confluence).
• Run regular demos, gather feedback, iterate on both look and function.
• Produce technical documentation, admin and user guides; train content editors; prepare the handover package for internal IT and HR.

Skills we are looking for 

• 5+ years with SharePoint Online (Modern), ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong with theming and branding, page design, standard web parts, information architecture and navigation — you can make SharePoint look corporate.
• A real eye for design and intranet UX — you care how the portal looks and feels.
• Comfortable with targeted SPFx / React customizations where out-of-the-box is not enough (you do not need to be a heavy SPFx developer).
• Microsoft 365 and Azure AD fundamentals; governance basics.
• Good communication, independence and a collaborative, team-minded style.

Nice-to-have

• AI-augmented development — using Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot day to day. This is genuinely how our team works.

• Deeply understand product vision, business model, and platform architecture (devart.com and portals) to drive informed decisions.
• Gather and analyze user needs, support feedback, funnel data, and stakeholder input to shape product direction.
• Define, own, and continuously refine roadmap and backlog for web systems, portals, identity, and checkout flows — aligned with business, revenue, and monetization goals.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, conduct backlog refinement, and prioritize features based on business value, dependencies, and risks.
• Drive Agile processes end-to-end: sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives, release management, and large-scale delivery planning across multiple systems.
• Coordinate delivery with Web, IT, and Presentation Content teams ensuring CI/CD collaboration and shared ownership of performance metrics including Core Web Vitals.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, IT, Sales, Marketing, Support, Legal, and Finance — managing expectations, resolving dependencies and conflicts.
• Monitor platform performance through traffic, conversion, behavioral metrics, KPI dashboards, and A/B testing; define and track KPIs, make data-driven strategic decisions.
• Present roadmap updates, KPIs, and progress to stakeholders and participate in executive-level discussions.
• Establish engineering best practices and collaboration standards together with Head of Engineering.
• Lead team development: performance discussions, feedback, hiring, onboarding, and team scaling.

Skills we are looking for  

• 5+ years in Product Management, Software Development, or related technical roles.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams, driving large-scale initiatives, and managing product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Experience with platform-level, SaaS, or enterprise products; preferably data-intensive, integration-heavy, or database-related.
• Solid understanding of enterprise data infrastructure: relational databases, data warehouses, SaaS data sources, basic SQL.
• Understanding of data governance, access control, and authentication models (RBAC, OAuth, API keys, audit logging).
• Awareness of enterprise security and compliance considerations, including cloud/on-premise deployment models.
• Working knowledge of the AI ecosystem: LLM providers, AI assistants, agents, and external integrations.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, managing and prioritizing product backlog.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and modern product delivery practices across the full SDLC.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization; financial acumen including ROI estimation and budgeting.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for admin consoles and configuration-heavy enterprise interfaces.
• Understanding of web architecture, APIs, identity and authentication systems, and frontend/backend performance fundamentals.
• Experience with platform modernization and third-party/vendor integration management (e.g. billing providers such as 2Checkout).
• Degree in a technical field; advanced certifications in Product Leadership, Project Management, or Architecture are a plus.

• Technical Strategy & Alignment
  Define and own the long-term technical vision aligned with Mobion’s growth strategy (SaaS+ Franchise expansion). Translate business objectives into scalable architecture and execution roadmaps. Act as a strategic partner to the Head of BU and Product leadership.
• Architecture & Innovation
  Lead high-level architectural decisions for a distributed, real-time ride-hailing ecosystem (dispatch, mobile apps, admin tools, APIs). Ensure platform scalability, performance, and resilience under growing load and regional expansion.
  Drive Buy vs. Build decisions and continuously evolve the tech stack.
• AI & Automation Strategy
  Lead the integration of AI-driven capabilities into the product and engineering workflows, including:
  -Demand prediction & dynamic pricing optimization

  -AI-assisted development (code review automation, test generation, performance analysis)

• Has 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP of Engineering, CTO, Head of Engineering), ideally within high-load systems or the ride-hailing / logistics domain.
• Can translate business objectives into technical strategy and long-term roadmaps.
• Has proven experience leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps) and managing capacity and resource allocation.
• Possesses a deep understanding of software development methodologies and process optimization.
• Has a strong architectural-level understanding of Node.js, React, and microservices (to guide and challenge the team, not necessarily to code).
• Has experience planning and managing technical budgets, infrastructure costs, and engineering resources.
• Demonstrates solid knowledge of AWS / Google Cloud / Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and scalability & reliability principles.
