The product that needs your engagement

The role is open as we grow the team building our new greenfield platform. We have invested in defining the architectural foundation upfront — including the layered structure, module boundaries, and core contracts — and are now moving into implementation. The first product built on this platform is an enterprise B2B offering at the intersection of AI and corporate data infrastructure. It enables organizations to securely connect modern AI agents and LLM-based assistants to their internal data sources — such as relational databases, data warehouses, and SaaS systems — while maintaining strict governance, access control, and auditability. A defining constraint is that data never leaves the customer’s perimeter: the product can be deployed fully on-premise within the customer’s infrastructure, which makes security, compliance, and admin experience first-class concerns alongside end-user value.

Your future team of professionals

You will join an ambitious and growing team that values collaboration, ownership, and thoughtful engineering. You will report directly to the Software Architect, and work alongside Frontend and QA Engineers on the team. Beyond your immediate team, you will interact closely with the Head of Engineering, and collaborate cross-functionally with a Product Manager, as well as with the Lead Engineering Manager of the team responsible for the engine and connectors that the platform builds on.

Your future challenges & opportunities
We are looking for someone strong in zero-to-one engineering who is comfortable working spec-first and ready to take ownership of key parts of the platform as it evolves from architecture into a working product.

Impact you will make 

• Build and maintain back-end modules and APIs using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Implement functionality within clearly defined architectural boundaries while contributing to their evolution where needed.
• Design clean and reusable contracts between modules and components.
• Develop secure, reliable, and testable server-side components following SOLID principles and established design patterns.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Work closely with frontend developers to design and integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

Skills we are looking for 

• 5+ years of commercial experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem, including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, dependency inversion / IoC, design patterns, and client-server architecture.
• Experience designing clear interfaces, contracts, and boundaries between application components.
• Experience designing and building REST APIs.
• Strong experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL and ORM tools such as Entity Framework Core.
• Understanding of authentication and secure application development, including OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
• Experience with automated testing using frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit and mocking tools such as Moq.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows, including pull requests and code reviews.
• Practical knowledge of Docker / Docker Compose and basic CI/CD practices.
• Experience profiling .NET applications, identifying bottlenecks, and improving application performance.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT, with an understanding of their limitations and appropriate use.

Balancing strategic ownership with hands-on execution, you'll build an efficient, high-performing team and drive sustainable pipeline and revenue growth.

• Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy focused on revenue growth and pipeline generation, reducing dependency on organic search by building differentiation across channels. 
• Own MQL targets and marketing-sourced pipeline in close collaboration with Sales and SDR teams.

• Proven track record of executing marketing strategies, scaling acquisition channels, and building sustainable organic growth engines. 
• Experience owning MQL and pipeline targets, with direct responsibility for marketing performance. 
• Strong leadership experience, including managing and scaling marketing teams (10+ people), hiring, training, and performance management. 
• Deep expertise in product marketing strategy, including segmentation, ICP definition, competitor analysis, and customer research (interviews, surveys, focus groups). 
• Strong understanding of core marketing concepts: positioning, customer journey, sales funnel, key messaging, content and media planning, KPIs, and performance analysis. 
• Proven experience launching and optimizing omnichannel campaigns across paid and organic channels (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), with a strong focus on conversion and ROI.

Product that needs your engagement  

Connectivity — An enterprise B2B product at the intersection of AI and corporate data infrastructure. It enables organizations to securely connect modern AI agents and LLM-based assistants to their internal data sources — relational databases, data warehouses, and SaaS systems — while maintaining strict governance, access control, and auditability. The product is deployed on-premise within the customer’s infrastructure, which makes security, compliance, and admin experience first-class concerns alongside end-user value.

Your future team of professionals 

You will be part of the Connectivity team and work with highly motivated professionals who are passionate about the project. You will collaborate with other .NET developers,  Product Owner, QA, and Support team. 

Impact you will make 

Product Management  

• Work closely with stakeholders to document business requirements, define user stories, and contribute to planning and execution  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX functionality, aligning with product vision and user needs  
• Verify requirements provided by a product management team and/or other stakeholders  
• Take part in preparing and prioritization of refactoring plans  
• Provide L3 support for clients (if applicable) 

Project Management  

• Decompose complex tasks into achievable work items  
• Interact with other teams involved in product development to optimize processes  
• Keep sprint workloads in an actual state 

People Management  

• Conduct coaching and mentoring activities to fulfill technical leadership for team members  
• Take part in technical interviews 

Software Development  

• Implement features of any level of complexity  
• Design tests (unit, integration, etc.)  
• Foster high quality standards for software development among team members by applying best practices  
• Conduct research while accepting features for implementation, decompose features into subtasks, providing accurate estimates  
• In collaboration with Head of Engineering and Solution Architect, design and implement architectural solutions within a project  
• Deliver features for testing and provide consultations to QA team during feature verification  
• Conduct code reviews 

Skills we are looking for 

• Deep knowledge and understanding of .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET and C# 
• Deep knowledge and understanding of OOP and OOD (including SOLID and GoF design patterns)

• Драйвитимеш ключові метрики: liquidity маркетплейсу (баланс попиту й пропозиції), completion rate, ETA, юніт-економіку поїздки та retention водіїв і пасажирів.
• Балансуватимеш між експериментами зростання й операційною надійністю платформи.

SaaS / Міжнародний напрямок

• Володітимеш продуктовою стратегією SaaS-напрямку.
• Розвиватимеш платформу як тиражований продукт: мультитенантність, конфігурованість під ринок, локалізація та швидкість запуску нового франчайзі.
• Балансуватимеш між кастомізацією під конкретного партнера й збереженням єдиного ядра.

Кросфункціональне лідерство

• Тісно співпрацюватимеш з Engineering, Operations, Marketing та фінансами.

AI та автоматизація

Навички, які для нас важливі

• Має 6+ років у продукті, з них 3+ роки в управлінні продакт-менеджерами
• Має досвід з маркетплейсами, двосторонніми платформами, on-demand або логістикою
• Розуміє юніт-економіку (gross bookings → take rate → contribution margin, вплив incentives на обидві сторони) та вміє пояснити, як продуктове рішення відображається на take rate, CAC, LTV і маржі поїздки
• Має досвід роботи з mobile-продуктами (iOS/Android) та високонавантаженими real-time системами
• Має досвід marketplace optimization — управління балансом supply і demand, liquidity, matching та conversion rate
• Розуміє системи, що лежать в основі: matching/dispatch, pricing, ETA-прогнозування, supply positioning — не потрібно писати код, але потрібно предметно сперечатися з інженерами про trade-offs
• Практикує data-driven product management — впевнена робота з метриками, аналітикою, експериментами та A/B-тестами

• Працюй з Firebase, Data Studio та Google Analytics;
• Визначай ключові цілі, показники ефективності (KPI) та способи їх вимірювання для оцінки успішності кампаній;

• Оптимізуй та покращуй текстове наповнення та зовнішній вигляд офіційного сайту, лендингів та вигляд сторінок застосунків у маркетах;

As Head of Product Management, you will build and lead Devart BU’s Product Management function, defining product vision, strategy, and execution across our portfolio. The portfolio includes dbForge, Connectivity, Insightis, and the next generation of AI-native products (dbForge 2.0, AI Connectivity, MCP).

Your future challenges and opportunities

Devart BU is building a dedicated Product function to strengthen product leadership across the portfolio. This role will define product strategy and delivery, transforming deep technical capabilities into market-leading products while accelerating the next generation of AI-native solutions, including dbForge 2.0, AI Connectivity, and Insightis.

• Build and mature a growing Product organization, establishing leadership standards, product culture, and scalable ways of working rather than stepping into an already established Product team.

Skills we are looking for

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B and technical software products, including 3+ years leading and building Product teams (Head of Product, Group Product Manager, Director of Product, or CPO level).
• Proven track record of defining product vision, strategy, and multi-product roadmaps for technically complex products (developer tools, databases, data infrastructure, connectivity, or enterprise platforms), delivering measurable impact on revenue, retention, adoption, and business growth.
• Strong technical product mindset. Comfortable partnering with Engineering, understanding complex technical concepts (databases, APIs, connectivity, developer tooling, enterprise software), and making architecture-aware product decisions.
• Experience driving AI-native product strategy, including LLM powered products, MCP, AI agents, developer tooling, or AI-assisted workflows. Able to identify opportunities where AI creates sustainable product differentiation.
• Experience building and scaling Product organizations, including hiring and developing Product Managers and establishing scalable product operating models, discovery practices, and delivery processes.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset. Comfortable defining product success through activation, retention, cohort analysis, ARPU, CAC, LTV, churn, ROI, and other business metrics to drive prioritization and investment decisions.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, and monetization for SaaS and/or licensed software products, including platform, API, and AI-enabled offerings.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to align Engineering, Marketing, Revenue, Customer Success, Support, and Analytics around shared product goals, influence senior stakeholders without formal authority, and successfully lead organizational change.
