What You’ll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for escalated incidents and requests.
• Communicate clearly and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Adhere to SLA targets, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Monitor system alerts and performance dashboards.
• Troubleshoot basic issues on servers, applications, and network components.
• Escalate complex cases to L3 engineers with clear documentation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed ticket records.
• Assist with patching, backups, and regular system checks.
• Collaborate with global colleagues across different shifts.
• Follow operational procedures and suggest improvements when needed.

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT infrastructure, systems support, and operations.
• High attention to detail and responsibility.
• Basic understanding of Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Experience working with command-line interfaces (CLI).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• English level B2 (mainly written communication).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Requirements
 

• 2+ years of professional experience as a QA Engineer or Test Automation EngineerStrong experience with Postman, including writing test scripts (JavaScript assertions, chaining requests, environment variables).
• Practical experience using Newman to automate Postman tests via the command line or CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Newman reporters (CLI, JSON, htmlextra) and report analysis.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, response codes, and JSON data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications, focusing on functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test suites for RESTful APIs using Postman collections and Newman CLI.
• Build detailed Postman environments, variables, and data-driven tests (CSV/JSON) to cover different test contexts.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to understand APIs, expected behavior, and error handling logicParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings, actively contributing to an Agile development process.
• Provide clear and concise status updates on testing progress and defect reports to stakeholders.
