We are seeking a skilled Senior Business / System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support client discovery phases, identify pain points and improvement opportunities, and help translate business needs into clear functional requirements and delivery-ready specifications. This position requires hands-on experience in the manufacturing domain, with a solid understanding of operational workflows and business processes. 
Location: Toronto, Canada (ideally). We also consider candidates from Europe/UA with Canadian visa and ability to travel for crucial project phases. ​Can stick to European business hours.
Engagement: part-time or full-time, we are ready to discuss both.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Conduct process discovery workshops with business stakeholders and operational teams;
• Analyze current-state processes and identify:    
◦ inefficiencies;    
◦ bottlenecks;    
◦ repetitive/manual tasks;    
◦ opportunities for automation and optimization. 
• Document business requirements as:    
◦ functional specifications;    
◦ user stories / acceptance criteria;    
◦ process maps and workflow documentation. 
• Support delivery teams (engineering / DevOps / QA) by clarifying requirements and aligning expectations; 
• Assist in defining project scope, priorities, KPIs, and success criteria; 
• Contribute to solution validation, including supporting UAT preparation and feedback collection. 

Required Skills & Experience:
• 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Systems Analyst 
• Manufacturing domain experience (required) — e.g.:    
◦ production & operations:
◦ quality control;    
◦ supply chain / logistics;    
◦ warehouse operations ;   
◦ ERP / MES-related workflows.
• Strong experience in:    
◦ business process documentation (BPMN / flow diagrams);    
◦ writing user stories, epics, functional requirements;    
◦ working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams.

Nice to Have: 
• Understanding of enterprise IT systems and integrations (ERP, MES, CRM, WMS); 
• Knowledge of data reporting, analytics, and BI tools;
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.).

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior L2 Support Engineer to join our 24/7 technical operations team. This position is ideal for someone at the beginning of their IT career who is eager to grow, learn, and gain real hands-on experience from senior engineers.
Working schedule - 2 shifts/10 hours (04:00–14:00 and 14:00–00:00). Also on-calls (00.00-04.00). There's a flexibility of splitting the shifts within the team.
Location: Ukraine, fully remote.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for escalated incidents and requests.
• Communicate clearly and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Adhere to SLA targets, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Monitor system alerts and performance dashboards.
• Troubleshoot basic issues on servers, applications, and network components.
• Escalate complex cases to L3 engineers with clear documentation.

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT infrastructure, systems support, and operations.

• Experience working with command-line interfaces (CLI).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• English level B2 (mainly written communication).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Close cooperation with Head of TA and Hiring Managers on effective sourcing strategies for open roles;

• Active sourcing for open positions using different tools and techniques;

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the company’s ATS system;

• Neat and accurate database tracking;

• Support candidate communication and ensure a smooth initial engagement experience;

• Salary map tracking, other data or analytical reviews that can be helpful in recruitment process;

• Contributing in employer brand building.

Qualification & Experience:

• Proven track record of successful IT talent sourcing experience, ideally 1-2 years;

• Strong experience with different sourcing channels, techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, Github, job boards, professional communities, telegram channels, Boolean and X-ray search);

• Understanding of different position profiles (DevOps, BA, PM, Software Engineers etc)

• Experience working with different markets and locations (Ukraine, Europe, Canada, US) - nice to have;

• Experience working with ATS (ideally People Force);

• Higher education in psychology, management or related fields; 

• English - B2+
