Location: Ukraine preferred, fully remote.

Engagement: full-time.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Social Media Management (B2B or tech preferred);
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Hands-on B2B Marketing experience with LinkedIn (US/EU audience, content, growth, engagement);
• Experience managing multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.);
• Ability to create clear, engaging content (posts, captions, basic visuals);

• Understanding of analytics and performance tracking.

   

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn;
• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar;
• Create and publish engaging content (posts, carousels, videos, Shorts, etc.);
• Adapt blogs, case studies, and videos into social media content;
• Engage with audience: comments, messages, industry discussions;
• Support campaigns, launches, webinars, and events.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT, Tech Industry;
• Experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.);
• Basic video editing or working with video content;
• Experience with community management or Reddit.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with campaign themes;

• Manage daily posting schedules across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Reddit with platform-specific optimization; 

• Create social media content calendar coordinating with Content Manager, Video Editor, and Paid Media Manager; 

• Adapt long-form content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos) into engaging social posts tailored to each platform; 

• Develop platform-specific content strategies recognizing the unique audience and engagement patterns of each channel; 

• Plan and execute social media campaigns supporting launches, events, and lead generation initiatives.  

Required Qualifications:

•  2-3+ years of social media management experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software; 
• Proven track record managing LinkedIn as primary B2B channel with demonstrated follower growth and engagement; 
• Expert knowledge of all major social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit) and their best practices; 
• Experience creating and managing social media content calendars and posting schedules; 
• Understanding of social media analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights; 
• Visual content creation skills with knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools; 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; French is a plus). 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in cloud computing, AWS, DevOps, or technical B2B social media marketing; 
• Background managing social media for regulated industries (healthcare, financial services); 
• Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar);

This role combines HR operations, internal communications, team member engagement, and office coordination. We are looking for someone who enjoys organizing processes, coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously, and independently driving operational activities that support a positive team members experience.
 

Location: Lviv; 1 day/week attending the office.

Responsibilities:
People Operations:
• Support onboarding and offboarding flows from an operational perspective.
• Maintain team members data in HR systems and ensure information accuracy. 
• Maintain and update automated flows for HR processes. 
• Keep the internal knowledge base up to date: guides, policies, and process documentation.

Internal Events:
• Organize internal online activities such as quizzes, games, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate offline team-building activities in Lviv. 
• Support team members engagement initiatives and company culture activities.

Internal Communications:
• Prepare internal announcements and team members communications.
• Coordinate birthday, anniversary, holiday, and newcomer announcements.
• Support internal communication initiatives and HR digest preparation.
• Share updates regarding internal activities and events.
• Conduct HR surveys.

Benefits Administration:
• Manage health insurance: add and remove team members, communicate with the insurer, verify coverage lists, coordinate payments with Finance.
• Administer speaking clubs: onboard new participants, process payments, liaise with the vendor.

Office Operations:
• Coordinate basic office needs and supplies for an office space.
• Organize delivery and shipment logistics, including international package coordination.
• Track people-related operational expenses.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High level of ownership and ability to work independently.
