Our philosophy: No AI Theater
Most AI looks great in a demo. Ours works at 3 AM on Friday night.
Every claim we make has a number, a platform name, a timeline, or a concrete example behind it. We'd rather talk a prospect out of a bad fit than sell them into one. Same applies to hiring β we'd rather pass on a candidate than oversell the role.

- AI Voice Agents. Phone agents on Vapi, Retell, and LiveKit. Sub-second latency, HIPAA-ready. Our NYC restaurant agent (Milina) handles 50+ reservations a night at $0.09 per call. Our dental AI receptionist (CleverAnswerAI) hits 100% answer rate, up from 62%.
- AI Chatbots. Multi-channel on WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Instagram DM, web. RAG on client docs, CRM-integrated, human handoff. 80%+ deflection rates in production.
- AI Agents & Automation. Multi-agent LangGraph systems automating CRM, sales, lead scoring, and internal workflows across HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel.
We've also placed first in the Enterprise RAG Challenge and rebuilt an iGaming QA system from 66% to 91% accuracy via schema-guided reasoning.
Stack we run in production:
Python 3.11+, FastAPI, LangGraph, PostgreSQL/pgvector, Qdrant, LiveKit, Twilio, Vapi, Retell, Deepgram, Cartesia, OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenTelemetry, Docker. Observability via LangSmith and Helicone. Claude Code is mandatory β every engineer uses it daily.
What it's like to work here:
- Direct contact with the founder. No layered management, no recruiter gatekeeping. You write code, we review it, we ship.
- You inherit closed deals. Sales, discovery, and PoC are handled. You take over and execute end-to-end.
- Fixed scope, fixed price, weekly demos. Same model we sell to clients applies internally β we don't do month-long silences.
- Honest about scope. When something doesn't work, we roll it back and write the post-mortem.
- Clean engagement. Ukrainian Π€ΠΠ β direct contract with our EU entity. Hubstaff for time tracking β same rules for the founder as for everyone. Retainer + per-project performance bonus.
