As our client portfolio grows, we're looking for a Middle-Senior Account Manager to strengthen our team and take full ownership of our existing European client accounts.

Your area of responsibility:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned European client accounts, owning the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding through retention and growth.
2. Conduct regular client calls, status updates, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure ongoing alignment and satisfaction.
3. Coordinate internally with delivery teams, Project Managers, and developers to meet client expectations and resolve issues proactively.
4. Manage contracts, Statements of Work (SoW), service agreements, renewals, and scope change requests.
5. Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, proposing additional services aligned to client business needs.
6. Prepare and manage invoices, track payments, and maintain financial accuracy per account.
7. Monitor developer utilization, account health metrics, and client satisfaction signals; produce regular reporting.
8. Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and account development plans for existing clients.
9. Escalate and resolve client concerns quickly, acting as an internal advocate for the client's perspective.
10. Maintain accurate account records in the CRM — contacts, contracts, activity history, deal stages.

What's important to us:

1. 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Engagement Manager in an IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or SaaS company.
2. A demonstrated track record of managing 10+ international client accounts simultaneously, with experience in contract management (SoW preparation, renewals, pricing negotiations, scope changes).
3. Proven upsell or account expansion results — not just retention, but measurable revenue growth within managed accounts.
4. Experience working with EU, UK, DACH, or CEE markets, with understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, T&M and Fixed Price engagement models.
5. Confident use of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive), project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana), and Google Sheets/Excel for financial reporting.
6. Strong written and spoken English (B2/C1+, mandatory for all client communication) and native or fluent Ukrainian.
7. A relationship-first, commercially driven mindset: organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage parallel accounts without a drop in quality, with strong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to self-manage remotely.

Will be a strong plus:

1. Polish (significant advantage for Polish/CEE-market clients) or German (advantage for DACH-market accounts) language proficiency.
2. Experience writing or contributing to RFP/RFI responses.
3. Prior experience at a CRM, marketing technology, or digital agency company.
4. Attendance at industry events, conferences, or trade shows as a company representative.
5. Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI) integrated into daily workflow.
6. Experience building account management processes or playbooks from scratch.

As our client portfolio expands and we enter into international agreements, we are looking for a specialized Sales Development Representative to strengthen our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven, self-sufficient Sales Development Representative to join our remote sales team. The SDR will own the full top-of-funnel pipeline targeting European B2B clients — from prospecting and outreach to qualification and discovery call booking.

This is a middle-senior level role suited to a proven outbound professional with a track record of generating qualified pipeline in IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or SaaS environments. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Ukrainian, operates with minimal oversight, and brings structured, data-driven habits to their daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email — targeting decision-makers (CTO, VP Engineering, Founder, Head of Product) at European companies
• Build and execute personalized multi-channel outreach sequences using Sales Navigator, Apollo.io (Lusha), and email automation tools
• Qualify inbound (emails, calls in Ukrainian and English) and outbound leads based on defined ICP criteria; convert into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
• Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive / Sales team
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline data in CRM — deal stages, activity logs, next steps
• Run A/B tests on messaging, subject lines, and outreach sequences; analyze results and iterate
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on ICP refinement, campaign alignment, and lead quality feedback
• Stay informed on European market trends, competitor positioning, and target account triggers

Requirements:

Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SDR, BDR, or Lead Generation Specialist in the IT industry
• Proven track record: demonstrated pipeline creation, or meeting-booking performance — not just activity metrics
• Experience working with EU, DACH, CEE, or UK markets
• Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rate), and pipeline velocity

Skills & Tools:

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator — confident, daily user; proven results from LinkedIn outreach
• Apollo.io or equivalent prospecting / data enrichment platform
• HubSpot CRM (or Pipedrive / Salesforce / Zoho) — clean pipeline discipline
• Email automation tools: Lemlist, Outreach.io, Salesloft, Expandi, or similar
• Strong written English — able to craft highly personalized outreach; no generic spray-and-pray
• Warm calling (inbound) — comfortable initiating and leading conversations with senior stakeholders
• Boolean search and account research — ability to identify and build targeted prospect lists independently

Languages:

• English — C1 or higher, strong written and spoken (mandatory)
• Ukrainian — native or fluent (mandatory)
• Polish — significant advantage

• Self-driven — operates effectively without daily oversight in a remote environment
• Proactive and results-oriented — owns their numbers, pipeline, and KPIs

• Experience with AI/LLM tools integrated into the sales workflow (e.g., using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for research, personalization, or sequencing)
• Upwork lead generation experience
• Prior experience building an SDR function or outbound playbook from scratch
• Familiarity with sales methodologies: MEDDIC, BANT, Challenger Sale

Що робити:

1. Будувати launch roadmap, координувати всі етапи запуску, керувати дедлайнами і ризиками.
2. Брати участь у формуванні маркетингової стратегії: аналіз аудиторії, логіка прогріву, структура воронок, оффери.
3. Будувати воронки та ставити грамотне ТЗ технічним спеціалістам — по рекламі, ботах, автоматизаціях — і приймати роботу з розумінням того, що там відбувається.
4. Контролювати рекламні бюджети, якість лідів і ефективність каналів; досягати планових CPL, ROAS, CAC.
5. Вести аналітику запуску: дашборди, аналіз вузьких місць, відхилення від плану, рекомендації щодо покращення.
6. Проводити post-launch розбір: що спрацювало, що ні, що масштабувати.

Зараз ми шукаємо Бізнес-аналітика для проєктів з впровадження Odoo ERP, який зможе підсилити нашу команду.

Твоя зона відповідальності:

1. Проводити discovery-сесії, збирати, аналізувати та документувати бізнес-вимоги клієнтів.
2. Проводити gap-аналіз, оцінювати проєкти з урахуванням ризиків та моделювати процеси в BPMN/UML.
3. Готувати технічні завдання, діаграми та документацію, формувати BRD за результатами discovery.
4. Формувати вимоги до інтеграцій та готувати технічні специфікації для реалізації інтеграцій через API і webhooks.
5. Разом із Project Manager супроводжувати проєкти на всіх етапах: від збору вимог до впровадження та тестування.
6. Презентувати рішення клієнтам, навчати їх роботі з системою та готувати інструкції.

7. Підтримувати клієнтів після впровадження, забезпечуючи якісний супровід.

    

Що для нас важливо:

1. Досвід у ролі бізнес-аналітика: впевнене проведення discovery, requirements elicitation, документування вимог.
2. Сильні аналітичні навички: gap-аналіз, моделювання процесів (BPMN/UML), структурне мислення.
3. Розуміння повного циклу розробки — від вимог до запуску.

4. Розвинені soft skills: модерація зустрічей, презентація рішень, самостійне ведення проєкту.

    

Буде суттєвим плюсом:

1. Досвід впровадження Odoo (або іншої ERP — 1С/BAS, SAP, MS Dynamics тощо).
2. Знання глобальних налаштувань і технічних параметрів Odoo (cron, системні змінні, email-alias).

3. Робота з REST API, Postman, webhooks, HTML-шаблонами; розуміння ООП та структур даних.
