Your primary responsibility will be creating advertising creatives and launching paid acquisition campaigns across multiple traffic sources in highly competitive and challenging niches.
 

Responsibilities

• Create static, video, and UGC-style advertising creatives.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns.
• Test new traffic sources, angles, funnels, and audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance and scale profitable campaigns.
• Work closely with the team on creative strategy and user acquisition.
• Monitor account health and advertising compliance requirements.
   

Requirements

• Experience running paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience creating or managing advertising creatives.
• Understanding of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, native ads, or alternative traffic sources.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
• Ability to work independently and generate new testing ideas.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience working with high-risk, regulated, or heavily moderated advertising verticals.
• Experience recovering, warming, or maintaining advertising accounts.
• Understanding of compliance limitations and platform policies.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, lead generation, gambling, betting, dating, or similar industries.

• 1+ years of commercial experience with React Native
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with Redux or similar state management solutions
• Experience working with GraphQL APIs
• Experience with testing libraries (Jest, React Native Testing Library, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Node.js
• Experience integrating third-party services and APIs

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• English level: Intermediate or higher
