Наразі ми шукаємо Chief Financial Officer — фінансового лідера, який вміє моделювати майбутнє, мислить стратегічно та вміє будувати системи: що працюють навіть у нестабільності.
Що потрібно буде робити:
— Підтримка поточної фінансової звітності по всіх проєктах екосистеми CLUST;
— Підготовка звітності за стандартами: P&L, CF, BS — для внутрішніх потреб та проєктів, які запускаємо;
— Моделювання фінансового стану проєктів із використанням сценарного підходу та розрахунком дохідності;
— Планування бюджетів для стартап-юнітів, погодження з фондом, контроль відповідності до планів розвитку;
— Автоматизація рутинних операцій у фінансовому департаменті;
— Побудова управлінської звітності у Google Sheets для оперативного аналізу показників;
— Оптимізація фінансових потоків, включно з крипторахунками;
— Робота в QuickBooks і супровід обліку по мультиюрисдикційним проєктам;
— Погодження цілей для команди фінансистів та управління їх виконанням.
Що для нас важливо:
— Від 3 років досвіду на позиції CFO / Head of Finance;
— Навички управлінського обліку та моделювання в стартапах/венчурних структурах;
— Досвід роботи з іноземними юрисдикціями (США, Кіпр, ОАЕ);
— Експертиза в роботі з Excel / Google Sheets та QuickBooks;
— Досвід роботи з криптовалютою, ФОП, дивідендними моделям;
— Високий рівень системного мислення, стратегічного бачення та клієнтоорієнтованості в роботі з внутрішніми командами;
— Впевнені знання корпоративного фінансового права та практик керування ризиками;
— Англійська на рівні Upper-Intermediate+;
