We’re looking for a Google Cloud Security Engineer to harden client environments across GCP. You’ll implement and help design security controls, automate guardrails, improve detection & response, and guide stakeholders through pragmatic, risk-based decisions across EMEA.

Requirements:

• 3+ years proven, hands-on experience in a Security Engineer, SecOps (or similar) role.
• Strong knowledge of building and operating Security Porture, Edge protection, WAF, Endpoint security.
• Technical certifications related to CyberSecurity Google Cloud Solutions, Cloudflare and JumpCloud are an advantage.
• Experience of presentation, documentation.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities, able to explain trade-offs, influence remediation, and drive adoption of guardrails.
• Basic scripting experience (e.g., Python, Bash, or gcloud CLI).
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and operate security controls for internal needs and clients across.
• Perform cybersecurity audits.
• Configure and monitor Security Command Center, audit logs, and threat protection.
• Establish logging, detection and incident response.
• Assist clients with implementation of Cybersecurity products (Google Cloud Security Center, Google Workspace Security, Cloudflare, JumpCloud) and compliance controls.
• Generate security assessment reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Continuously assess the landscape: track new Vendors features and update baselines to improve posture, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

- Fluency in Ukrainian
- At least B2 level in English
- GCP Native Data Stack: Deep practical knowledge of BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and BigQuery ML.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering
- Strong experience with Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, or Dataform for building and maintaining optimized ETL/ELT processes in GCP.
- Proficiency in Looker / Looker Studio.
- Advanced SQL (focus on optimization and performance tuning) and Python (for API integrations and pipeline scripting).
- Comfortable in client-facing and pre-sales scenarios (live demos, requirements gathering) with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with high responsibility for data platform reliability and accuracy.
- Familiarity with integrating data from APIs, relational databases, NoSQL systems, and SaaS platforms.
- Ability to work seamlessly with architects, DevOps, and ML engineers to deliver end-to-end cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design and build modern data platforms for enterprise clients, working with both structured and unstructured datasets at scale.
- Lead the implementation of analytics solutions ensuring strict data quality, security, and rigorous performance optimization.
- Run workshops and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders to define and refine data architectures.
- Continuously monitor and tune BigQuery cost/scalability models and ETL performance.
- Collaborate with the team during discovery phases to provide technical expertise, live demos, and solution scoping.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Ukrainian.
• At least B2 level in English.
• From 2 years of proven sales experience in SaaS/IaaS fields, IAM, Cloud Security Command Center, VPC Service Controls, Zero-Trust Platforms or security related product selling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities;
• Proficient in managing CRM systems and understanding their strategic importance in sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Security solutions, primarily targeting enterprise clients within the Cloud Markets across EMEA and CEE.
• Conduct high-level negotiations and presentations with major companies across Europe.
• Continuously assess the competitive landscape and customer needs within the cybersecurity and web performance market, adapting sales strategies to meet market demands and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and penetrate new enterprise market segments.
• Work closely with marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
