Clearance Partners

Clearance Partners is a reputation management agency for founders, executives, companies and products. Before every deal, bank check or launch, someone looks you up. We make sure what they find in search, AI answers, media and reviews is accurate, consistent and works in your favour.

We’re looking for a Content Manager who can do more than write: plan, publish, distribute and measure. You’ll create content that influences what people think about founders, companies and products in search, AI answers and online communities.

What you’ll do

• Set up scalable content production processes, including delegation, AI integration and quality control
• Write content in a range of formats: SEO articles, sponsored publications, press releases, and posts for community platforms such as Reddit and Quora
• Build content plans for our own channels and for community engagement
• Publish content and manage distribution through contractors
• Research new distribution platforms, industry trends and competitors
• Develop SEO content strategy to grow traffic to our or affiliated websites
• Bring new ideas and approaches to how we write and plan content

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years of experience in content production / copywriting / SEO / reputation management / digital marketing
• Proven copywriting experience
• A mix of creative and technical skills: from copywriting to account setup and content publishing across platforms
• Practical SEO knowledge and an understanding of how search algorithms and ranking factors work
• Experience improving brand visibility in search
• Ability to analyse content and turn findings into clear recommendations
• Strong communication, coordination and vendor management skills
• A fast learner who enjoys exploring new tools and approaches
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Serpstat or Google Search Console
• Experience using AI tools in content production

What We Offer:

• Fast professional growth. Ambitious goals and varied tasks across reputation management and content marketing.
• Real ownership. Take the lead in shaping processes, strategies and best practices, with impact from day one.
• Freedom to experiment. If you have an idea, test it. If it works, we scale it.
• Flexibility. Fully remote work with a flexible schedule.
• Time off. 20 paid vacation days per year (after probation) and 5 paid sick days.

Hiring process

1. Interview with the Hiring Manager
2. Test task
3. Final interview with the CEO
