The role

We are looking for an AI-Driven Creative Marketing Manager to work on our subscription-based mobile app (B2C, Tier-1 market, web2app). The primary acquisition channel is META.

This is not a traditional managerial role where you assign tasks to a design team. It’s an AI-oriented, and “hands-on” position. You will work with a smart system that helps you quickly and efficiently manage and drive the creative process, featuring smart automation and AI solutions under the hood for rapid scaling. Your mission is to operate this system: curate and tweak the creatives generated by the AI, dive deep into the analytics, and make final strategic decisions based on the data.

Responsibilities

• Operate the AI system that generates ad creatives (static & video): curate the outputs, guide the generation process, and make necessary adjustments — no dedicated designers will be involved.
• Manage the end-to-end AI marketing loop: from concept generation to META campaign launches.
• Analyze the effectiveness of ad campaigns and the web funnel, initiating improvements based on a strict data-driven approach to boost performance marketing metrics.
• Critically review, read, and verify the analytics — make the final strategic decisions.
• Cooperate daily with the team to discuss acquisition results and business metrics, bringing new ideas and approaches to meet team goals.

Requirements

• Experience in evaluating and curating catchy ad concepts oriented toward a Western target audience (Tier-1 markets).

• The ability to merge human understanding of customer pain points with strict curation of the system’s outputs.

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Leader to lead growth for a global EdTech mobile product with a proven, scaled acquisition engine. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys momentum, ownership, and the challenge of pushing a strong system further.

You’ll step into an organization running at a 7-digit monthly marketing spend, with a clear ambition to triple that level in 2026. Your focus will be on scaling performance marketing, raising the bar on creative and experimentation, and continuously improving efficiency as we grow.

As Head of Marketing, you’ll own the marketing function end to end — performance marketing, experimentation, creative production, and team development. You’ll work closely with the GM and leadership team to translate business goals into clear, measurable growth plans, while keeping execution fast, collaborative, and a little bit fun.

What will you be responsible for

• Define and own the overall marketing strategy for one of our subscription-based EdTech mobile apps, turning business goals into a clear, executable acquisition plan.
• Own and optimize product-wide CPA at scale, with Meta Ads as the primary growth driver and a strong focus on efficiency and volume.
• Scale acquisition through continuous experimentation, testing new UA channels and approaches beyond the core setup.
• Own marketing performance tracking end-to-end — from channel-level KPIs to CPA monitoring and optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the UA and Creative Production teams, supported with the right resources, tooling, and clear priorities.
• Drive team performance through regular feedback, structured evaluations, and individual development plans.
• Evaluate, test, and implement new MarTech tools and integrations to improve speed, insight, and scalability.

Your expertise

• Strong marketing leadership background with 5+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing (Mobile/Web, Tier-1). We’re looking for someone who has previously excelled as a Head of Performance, UA Lead/Meta Lead, or Creative Marketing Lead.
• Proven track record of managing 7-figure monthly spends with a focus on positive ROI and net profit growth.
• Deep-dive expertise in Meta Ads, along with a strong understanding of Google UAC, TikTok, and other UA sources.
• Hands-on experience solving complex scaling problems and navigating platform-specific volatility.
• Expertise to build and optimize a creative production process/factory, with a strong focus on automation and efficient integrations.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced startup environments, including hiring, performance management, and building IDPs.
