You will execute data-driven, personalized communication strategies across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messages, and website notifications (notification center).Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a multi-channel communication strategy, ensuring seamless integration between channels.
- Manage and optimize email marketing, push notifications, in-app and on-site messages, and notifications to improve user engagement.
- Design and execute triggered and manual communication campaigns that drive retention, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Continuously analyze the user base and behavioral patterns, segment users, and optimize messaging for each cohort.
- Identify opportunities to convert less valuable users into high-value customers through targeted communication.
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experiments to refine messaging and improve key metrics.
- Monitor and optimize performance across retention growth, service usage intensity, and segment development to maximize business impact.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to refine messaging strategies.
- Provide in-depth performance reports and recommendations based on user behavior analysis.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM marketing, product communication, retention, or marketing automation.
- Proven experience in building multi-channel communication strategies that drive retention and revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, push notifications, and in-app and on-site messaging.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Stripo, etc.).
- Expertise in user segmentation, personalization, and behavioral analytics.
- Experience setting up automated trigger-based communication flows.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and BI platforms. Experience with SQL queries is a plus.
- English proficiency (B1+ level) for communication and content creation.
- Bonus: Experience in FinTech, Crypto, or e-commerce.

This role includes providing legal advice to the board of directors, senior management, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong initiative, excellent management and leadership skills, strong business acumen, and effective communication skills.
The applicant’s prior experience should encompass the following:
- Oversight and assistance with both internal and external governance, which includes the review and drafting of terms, policies, and procedures.
- Management of disputes and litigation on behalf of the company, addressing both significant international litigation and smaller claims.
- Provision of legal guidance and counsel to senior management and other stakeholders concerning matters related to corporate
governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, as well as advising on associated risks and opportunities. - Ensuring comprehensive legal support throughout all organizational levels, encompassing the negotiation of precedent-setting contracts for new business lines and strategic partnerships, in addition to one-off freelancer engagements. This involves the review and negotiation of legal documents, including contracts, non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality agreements, commercial contracts, and partnerships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure their legal soundness and enforceability.
- Acquisition of necessary licenses for global business operations. This includes the leadership, planning, and management of high-quality deliverables in license applications, executed through end-to-end preparation, review, and submission for all target markets.
- Provision of guidance and support on legal matters pertaining to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Continuous monitoring of legal and regulatory developments and amendments that may impact the operations of the company.
The following experiences will be prioritized:
- Proven experience in the FinTech sector (payments, crypto, or financial services);
- Confident knowledge of common law jurisdictions; and
- Knowledge of securities laws.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- A law degree and working experience in the UK, the US or Europe;
- At least five (5) years of relevant working experience;
- Experience working as a lawyer within a regulated FinTech company will be an advantage;
- Proficiency in English language skills, and other languages - beneficial (Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Spanish, etc)
