Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (from sourcing to offer stage)
• Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)

• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications

   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Be familiar with our IT product https://cesar.chat
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn and other platforms
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for international markets (US/EU)
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search)
• Experience with employer branding initiatives

• Identify and research potential clients and target accounts
• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria

• Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives

   

Requirements

• 2+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR role

• Experience with cold outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B or SaaS sales
• Understanding of sales frameworks (SPIN, MEDDIC, etc.)
• Experience working with international markets (US/EU)
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist
