Callnovo is looking for a Ukrainian-English Customer Engagement Specialist to support an international new energy project.

This role focuses on professional customer communication, outbound calls, customer information collection, and follow-up support.

We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with people, conducting structured conversations, and helping identify customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls with Ukrainian-speaking customers/prospects using provided contact information and guidelines.
• Communicate professionally in Ukrainian and English.
• Conduct structured questionnaires to understand customer needs and collect relevant information.
• Identify potential customer interests and provide accurate follow-up guidance.
• Record call outcomes and update customer information in CRM or reporting tools.
• Follow up with interested contacts and maintain accurate communication records.
• Support the project team with customer feedback and status updates.

Requirements

• Fluent Ukrainian communication skills (native or near-native level).
• Good English communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
• Professional communication style with a clear speaking voice.
• Responsible, organized, and able to follow processes independently.
• Stable internet connection and suitable remote working environment.
