Working hours for this position is: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM，Ukranie Time, with a 1-hour break.(No pay for lunch break) . Candidates need Base in Ukraine.

-Responsibilities:

1. According to the client's direction, actively seek customer leads, make calls to customers, introduce the company's products or services, understand customer needs, and actively explore lead information and potential business opportunities.

2. Communication and Guidance: During phone conversations, use effective communication skills to guide customers to express their needs, record customer feedback and intention information (such as recording specific brands, products, models or promotional activities that the other party is interested in), follow up with interested customers, arrange further communication or meetings with local BDs, and promote the conversion of sales opportunities. Record and analyze data related to data collection and analysis.

3. Record and Feedback: In the designated system, detail record the content of each phone conversation, customer feedback, follow-up status, etc., to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data. Regularly analyze the lead mining data and actively communicate with interested customers again.

4. Team Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the sales team, promptly transfer interested customer leads to the BD team, and assist the BD team in subsequent follow-up and communication.

5. Other Arranged Work: Complete other related tasks assigned by the superior leader, such as customer relationship maintenance, follow-ups, continuous follow-up of leads, etc.

-Requirements:

1. Education Background: College degree or above, native Ukrainian at the C1 level. English can support inner training.

2. Work Experience: More than 1 year of experience in telemarketing, pre-sale or sales, cold calling in customer service or related fields. Possess good telephone communication skills and customer acquisition capabilities. Those with experience in solar power sales or sales of electronic components are preferred, but not mandatory.

3. Skills: Excellent communication skills, clear speech, logical thinking, fluent expression, good at listening and guiding customers.

4. Data Processing Ability: Proficient in using office software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and capable of organizing, analyzing and statistically summarizing lead data.

5. Learning Ability: Strong learning ability, able to quickly understand the characteristics, advantages and application scenarios of the company's products or services.

6. Diligent and Responsible: Ensure the quality of leads. Have strong pressure resistance. Pay attention to customer needs and provide high-quality services.

About the Project Callnovo is a professional Contact Center with over 21 years experience in the BPO industry. One of our Renewable Energy client is expanding their footprint in the European Market. We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Lead Generation & Outbound Sales Specialist to join us as an Independent Freelancer for a long-term, stable collaboration.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential European local suppliers/partners, initiating direct cold/warm outbound calls, evaluating interest in our renewable energy solutions, and guiding interested prospects through our online registration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier & Prospect Sourcing: Research and compile accurate local supplier data across target European markets based on provided profiles and criteria.
• Outbound Cold/Warm Outreach: Make outbound phone calls (and follow-up communications) to potential B2B partners and suppliers in Germany/DACH region and Europe.
• Pitch & Qualification: Introduce our renewable energy project, evaluate key decision-makers' interest, and qualify lead potential.
• Onboarding Assistance: Guide interested prospective partners step-by-step to complete the online platform registration process.
• CRM & Data Maintenance: Accurately update call outcomes, lead status, and notes in our CRM/tracking sheets.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent German (C1/Advanced or Native) is mandatory (for phone calls). Strong English (B1/Upper-Intermediate+) for internal team communication.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Inside Sales, or Telemarketing (experience in Green Energy / Tech / Industrial sectors is a plus).
• Communication Skills: Professional phone manner, confident pitch execution, strong active listening, and objection-handling capabilities.
• Self-Motivated & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating independently, navigating basic CRM systems, and utilizing digital communication tools.
• Reliable Work Environment: Stable internet connection, noise-canceling headset, and a quiet home office setup for calling.
