Responsibilities:

• Working with the automated lead generation system Convertix.io (must-have)
• Adjusting and fine-tuning job application criteria (niche, budget, keywords, filters)
• Handling incoming responses from clients
• Communicating with clients and guiding them to:
  • a call, or
  • a direct deal
• Client handover after agreements are reached

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience with Convertix.io
• Hands-on experience with Upwork (practical, not theoretical)
• Understanding of the funnel: proposal → reply → call → deal
• Confident written English (B2+)
• Ability to lead clients to a decision, not just reply to messages

Вимоги:

• 3+ роки комерційного досвіду з React Native
• Досвід розробки та публікації iOS-застосунків
• Робота з Firebase (auth, firestore)
• Досвід з in-app subscriptions
• Інтеграція push-нотифікацій (OneSignal або аналоги)

• Увага до UX та якості мобільного інтерфейсу

   

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід з App Store review process
• Робота з аудіо / voice-фічами

Voice CRM — мобільний додаток для психологів, який автоматизує роботу після сесій з клієнтом

Продукт вирішує реальний біль:
після 6–8 сесій на день психологи або не пишуть нотатки взагалі, або роблять це через силу й із затримкою.

Потрібно:

• 2+ роки досвіду Product Manager / Product Owner
• Досвід роботи з mobile apps (iOS / Android)
• Розуміння B2C / B2B2C продуктів (психологи, терапевти, коучі)
• Вміння працювати з user feedback, гіпотезами, MVP
• Бажання бути co-owner’ом продукту → % від прибутку + частка в компанії

Статус продукту:

• PoC уже готовий
• Є перші користувачі
• Чітке розуміння ніші та проблеми
• Зараз фаза доведення до сильного PMF -> перші продажі
